Oh my goodness! What a wonderful place ! Thank the horses, deer and Elk were just amazing ! The close proximity to town but the privacy of a private cabin is just what we were looking for . Hosts and cleaning staff are very kind and helpful. We will be back !

Great place to enjoy family time

The deck is a great place to hangout and visit. Great view and wildlife watching as well. The kitchen/dining/living area is also great for visiting and family meal prep. Very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. We had five people in our group and the space was adequate.

We loved the cabin. Especially having the 5 acres, with a beautiful view from the deck. Love to being able to let our dog outside without having to leash her. The master bedroom was wonderful, wished it was downstairs though. Was unsuccessful pulling down the TV to make its viewing range better for us, but we still enjoyed having it. The kitchen was well stocked with good appliances. We would love to return to this cabin for a long stay.

Perfect stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin with our 3 boys and dog. The views from the cabin were beautiful and we enjoyed seeing wildlife each day (deer, elk, and a fox). We all loved the large outdoor deck and chairs—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the weather and surroundings. The cabin was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Location was perfect. Communication with Jeff and Marjorie was great. Highly recommend. Would love to come back!

Hard to leave this adorable cabin

This was the perfect place to enjoy our Christmas vacation. The beds were comfortable, it was well stocked. The views were incredible. The driveway was cleared of snow for us. The only problem we had was leaving, could have stayed here forever!

Quiet country estate

Loved the quiet and wildlife. We met friends at this cabin and it was exactly what we were hoping for. Rustic decor throughout this fully furnished cabin. Ample parking just outside the door. We really enjoyed morning coffee on the deck. Pagosa Springs is a ten minute drive. We had never been to Pagosa Springs and found it to be very friendly and beautiful. Looking forward to visiting again.

Great Family Snow Trip

We truly did enjoy our stay here. It was close to town but far enough to enjoy nature and the quiet. It was very peaceful. The children had a blast sledding down the hills on the property. We enjoyed board games. The home is close to many of the local attractions such as the frozen waterfall, ice skating rink, Chimney Rock and Wolf Creek. All in all it was a great visit. Looking forward to visiting again.

Ski Trip 2023

We spent 5 days at this lovely house for an annual ski trip. It is conveniently located far enough from town to be peaceful but not too far to drive to town. During our stay, Pagosa received a hefty amount of snow. We did not have to bother with snow removal at all and there is a garage for your car. I have a Honda Pilot and the fit was tight but it worked. The only downside to the home is the outside heating unit is very loud. However, there is a wood burning stove to minimize the use of it. Overalll we really enjoyed our stay at this house!

Colorado home

This is a great property. It’s close to the western stores in Pagosa (grocery stores, Walmart, restaurants), and close to the upper lakes area. Downtown is only about 10 Minutes away. The property was great for our dog as there is a large fenced yard, although we didn’t let him out unsupervised. The house has Comfortable beds, everything you need to cook, good hot water, great washer/dryer, and a nice deck for morning coffee or an evening adult drink. We didn’t bring horses, but horse facilities are on site. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We jogged every day, and saw plenty of wildlife in the runs. There’s a very good gas grill, I grilled 4 times. Very good Wi-Fi. They even have games and puzzles for the evenings. There was not a single thing we wished we had during the week. This was an ideal rental. I plan to return.

Check in was very easy, plenty of room and everything was in working order. The beds were very comfortable so we slept well while there. We loved the deck and watching the birds, deer, and squirrels. We even got to see 4 elk on one evening. It was very relaxing and peaceful and just what we needed. Far enough from town to be quiet and close enough to not be a long drive.

This was our second time to stay at this wonderful cabin. Our Family loves this place and this time was no different. Our host even gifted us with a small flower welcoming us home. Beautiful Retreat

This cabin was a joy to stay in. Cozy and comfortable, just right for a romantic Valentines getaway!! Everything one could need to have a good time, well stocked kitchen, games, and everything else one could need to get along without a hitch. The Adairs were quick to respond to any concerns and were very accommodating. We highly recommend booking here!

152 Belford is an awesome property as it's an upgraded 3 BR log home on 5 acres. Located on the west end of Pagosa, it's secluded yet close to amenities.

The property is great for a family with pets or horses. We are pet friendly, have a 1 ac fenced dog run along with smaller kennel area and the property is fenced and cross-fenced for horses.
