Everything about our rental was great. We did have an issue with getting our check-in instructions, but once we called Evolve, they solved the issue immediately. While staying in Pagosa, we didn't have a reason to call the local host, but we have met her during our stay last year and she was very accommodating!

Well appointed condo. Kitchen/laundry/pantry clean and useful. The Bathrooms were above average with good water pressure and hot water but not enough washcloths. This unit has mostly hard floors with many rugs. Said rugs have an abundance of pet hair hiding in them. (My daughter unpacked her suitcase, putting everything on the floor…we had to wash it all-pet allergies.) Check in and check out was a breeze. Good location, too.

Of all the places we have stayed in Colorado this was by far and away our favorite. The property was beautiful and very well appointed. Loved playing bag toss while deer happily grazed just a few yards away. If I could I would give this location 10 stars

This was an amazing place for our family of 4. Each kid had his own room and bathroom--our youngest (teenager) thought the loft space and bunk beds were super cool. Everything was very clean and the hostess even provided shopping bags (grocery style) and first aide supplies. Having a washer and dryer was amazing with the water activity we did. The living room was very spacious with comfy furniture. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was conveniently located near the grocery store, coffee shop, rec center and bike path. The unit was clean and the kitchen had all the necessary items. We had significant internet issues while there (the internet was down at least half the time we were there which was a problem since my husband was working remotely and had to go to the coffee shop or use his phone for Zoom calls. Also the TV was for streaming only so we couldn't watch any movies for most of the time. The local property manager contacted the internet company who came by the second day we were there to tell us he was working on some lines at the complex but we received little or no information about why the internet was continuing to not function throughout the week and when it would be working again, despite our many texts with the local property contact as well as the management company, Evolve. They also made no effort to compensate us for our inconvenience. If you need reliable internet or hope to watch TV while there, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your review, and they wanted to share the following:- The internet outage was community-wide and, unfortunately, outside of our control. We and our property manager made multiple calls to the internet company throughout your stay, trying to resolve the issue.- This was an isolated occurrence; guests before and after your visit have experienced excellent service, as reflected in our reviews.- As a gesture of goodwill, we have authorized Evolve to issue a partial refund for the inconvenience, and we’ll continue working closely with our teams to ensure guests feel supported if unexpected issues arise.We appreciate your feedback and are confident that future guests will enjoy excellent stays with reliable internet service at this property.
