Charming Waterfront Cottage in St Michaels
Begin your day at Riverview Retreat with a beautiful sunrise and be amazed with a stunning sky at sunset. As soon as you enter this charming cottage you are greeted with wide open vistas of the Miles River from the foyer, living room, sun room, kitchen and dining room. Freshly painted and appointed with modern and comfortable furnishings, bedding and a well-stocked gourmet kitchen, this three-bedroom two and a half bath home is sure to please. Located close (75ft) to the water's edge, where you can fish or crab from the private dock. Crab cages are available for your use as well as 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, cornhole boards, and 2 adult bikes to mosey into St. Michaels for ice cream or a little shopping. Or simply relax in the Adirondacks and enjoy the sailboat races and wildlife that frequent, including osprey, turtles, rays and even the occasional pod of dolphin that make their way up the Miles River. St Michaels is a 15-minute walk or less than 5 minutes by bike with all the conveniences, including shopping, restaurants, wineries, the Chesapeake Bay Marine Museum and more!

One of the cleanest, nicest homes we have rented. This is a owners home home for living / vacationing, not just a rental-income home. Very well maintained, stocked and cleaned. We plan to return some time.

We had a wonderful stay at this well-appointed home in St. Michael’s. The property offered a beautiful view, making it the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The added bonus of the bikes, kayaks, SUP and crab traps was a wonderful treat. the neighborhood is friendly and quiet. The view is very relaxing and beautiful. Amazing!

Wow, what a gorgeous house in St. Michael’s! Our family had a wonderful time here. The house is perfect. The kitchen has everything you need for prepping food (great for kids). We loved the grill and outdoor space, especially the cornhole set and sitting on the dock. We can’t wait to come back!

Girlfriend get away

We loved the house. Clean, spacious, amazing view, quiet & peaceful neighborhood. Everything you want do is about a mile away. Tip - We walked everywhere, but if you don’t plan on walking make sure you have a car. Uber is not really available in St. Michaels.

Great location

The property was beautiful, right on the water and so close to the downtown area. We really enjoyed the stay and loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cookware. I’d definitely stay there again. Awesome experience!

Amazing Property

We stayed here while we were producing an event at the Inn at Perry Cabin. Unfortunately, we were only able to enjoy the property for a small amount of time due to our work schedule, but this is definitely a place I will return to on my leisure time!

Beautiful home and setting. Loved the visit. All the amenities were easily accessible but we could never find the keys to the boat!! "walking" distance to town is accurate but the quotation marks are necessary.

Great Saint Michaels location

Very clean and large property on scenic river. Only disappointing issues included problems launching kayaks over a tall wall and unfriendly TY cable system. Offset by abundance of great restaurants and peaceful and well maintained home.

Great Weekend!

Memorable 4th of July Week!

What a fun, peaceful and magical week on the water at this special property. It is not an exaggeration to say the house was perfect - much more spacious than we expected, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and it had all of the kitchen amenities you could imagine. The sun porch was a gem, perfect for gathering during the afternoon storms and also an ideal quiet spot for work calls We enjoyed the bikes, kayaks and SUPs daily and spent every evening on the lawn or dock. It was hard to leave and we can't wait to come back!

Great stay at Riverview Terrace

My family and I had a great stay at the house. It was super clean and comfortable. The house is an easy walk or bike ride into town. We loved hanging out on the dock and were able to dock our boat as well. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. We will sure to be back soon!

Perfect long-weekend on the water

We rented this property for a long-weekend in October. The photos do not do it justice! So well stocked - not just the kitchen, but laundry facilities and games (indoor & outdoor) for kids & grownups of all ages. Amazing views. Clean & convenient to town. Can’t wait to return!

Perfect

Beautiful house in a great location. We stayed with our kids (7, 9) and brought our bikes and our boat. The house was great with many extra touches including fun activities for the kids. They enjoyed the swing in the backyard as well as the beanbag toss, kayaks and paddle boards. We biked into town frequently and kept our boat tied to the dock for easy access to the bay.

Week stay with family

We spent the week there with family including a 2 year old. The place is beautifully renovated, modern and clean. Master bed and bath are excellent. Perfect waterfront setting. Very peaceful and quiet. easy drive/bike to downtown area. Our only complaint was the dishwasher was very tricky to use.
