Offrant une location de HOMEY sur la magnifique baie de Chesapeake - Leadenham Creek, Bozman, MD. The Gnome Home est niché sur 3 1/2 acres avec 200 pieds de front de mer, il y a des vues exceptionnellement belles et de la faune. Une magnifique salle de soleil avec 3 murs de fenêtres donne sur l'eau. Vous pouvez admirer notre faune et notre sauvagine abondantes - les aigles à tête blanche montent en flèche, les hérons bleus pêchent le long du rivage, les balbuzards qui volent et / ou nichent sur notre plate-forme à droite du quai, les oiseaux aquatiques indigènes propriété. Si vous avez de la chance, vous pourrez observer les loutres de la rivière. Indépendamment de ce que vous recherchez, vous trouverez confort, sérénité et détente dans notre maison tranquille.

La maison peut accueillir confortablement 10 personnes - 5 chambres et 4 salles de bains. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée, WiFi, télévision par câble, lecteur DVD, jeux, livres, belle terrasse de détente, des chaises au bord de l'eau, des kayaks, etc. Notre quai a l'amarrage pour un bateau, un nouveau flotteur, des pièges à crabe et de la pêche (pas de cannes à pêche fournies)! Nous sommes à 10 minutes en voiture de la rampe de lancement de Neavitt et à environ 30 minutes en bateau de notre quai.

Nous sommes très proches, dans les 10 minutes environ à St. Michael's, une ville pittoresque et riche en histoire américaine, une variété de magasins et de magnifiques restaurants. Easton, MD, se trouve à environ 20-30 km pour plus d’activités, de shopping, etc.

Amazing location, great home!

We absolutely loved our stay at the "Gnome Home" Lots of room, bed options and fantastic and beautiful location on the water. Communication with the owners was fantastic, you should definitely consider this home if staying in the St. Michaels area!

Perfect fall getaway

We had planned a year ago to attend a family wedding with our family of 10. Due to unforeseen schedule glitches plus one hurricane, when this past weekend arrived for the actual event, our numbers were cut drastically and my husband and I were the only members who actually were able to get there. Regardless, this is the perfect place to sit back, have quiet time on the dock, watch the fish jump and the ducks fly. This home had any and everything you could want, plus it offered us a tranquil spot away from the wedding frenzy, Despite being a bit away from town we were able to enjoy the offerings of St. Michaels and Easton. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Above all it was exceptionally clean. Were we ever to return to the Eastern Shore I would absolutely stay in this wonderful home again.

Gnome Home

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Our group appreciated the highchair, pack and play, and bed rail for a twin bed. When we had questions about a minor issue, the owner responded immediately. Everyone enjoyed the dock and beautiful views from the home. Overall, we would recommend a stay here and plan to return in the future! Thank-you!

WONDERFUL!

We've been searching for a perfect vacation rental for a number of years. We have 3 generations. The oldest is 87. The youngest is 25. This property was ALMOST perfect. We loved the layout & the view was breathtaking. Our only concern was the steps entering the house. We managed, but it would be better if there was a ramp. The people with the step issue were perfectly content staying in the home once they were in because it was so comfortable and lovely. The kitchen spigot wasn't quite right. It wouldn't "stay put". It was probably an easy fix, but we just used it as it was. We did a lot of cooking. The kitchen is well equipped as is the rest of the house. The house was very clean with lots of extra towels/sheets. We've stayed in a lot of homes that were not as well equipped. We have resorted to bringing a lot of things with us, but we won't have to do that next year! Thank you so much for sharing your home with our family and for a wonderful vacation!

Everything about the house was perfect for our 5 seniors, especially the waterviews, and the bonuses like 4 kayaks were great, but what sealed our deal is we ate crabs caught from the pier every day, and even Amazon can't promise that!

Beautiful views

This house is spectacular. Beautifully appointed, immaculately clean. My partner and son-in-law loved fishing off the pier. The comfortable outdoor chairs provided a serene area to enjoy the water. We also used the boat which was so much fun. It was great too that the house is on one floor. We didn’t have to worry about toddlers running up and down stairs. Comfortable mattresses and furniture, near to lots of activities. Perfect place.

Wonderful July 4th Weekend Get Away!

Our group was so delighted with our stay at the cozy "Gnome Home." Thank you for making everything effortless and enjoyable. The Great Room was spectacular and the primary bedroom suite is INCREDIBLY luxurious. We enjoyed fishing off the shore and relaxing on the dock, plus kayaking nearby at the BlackWater preserve, birdwatching, cooking out and more. On the eve of July 4th we enjoyed watching the neighbors' firework displays up and down the creek. We truly enjoyed our time and hope to return with the rest of our family soon. Our Third Stay

Our group of six older adults had a wonderful time during our stay. The great room with a view of the creek is superb for conversation, games and just relaxing. Excellent location for side trips to Tilghman, St., Michaels and Oxford.

The perfect getaway!

Just wow!!! This was the perfect spot for a peaceful get awake/ friends reunion. The best part of our stay was definitely being on the docks either during the day or at night. The house itself was bigger on the inside than we expected; we never even made it into the game room. Most of our time was spent outside and the day room with all the windows just looking out and in the kitchen. The town was unique and welcoming and reminded me somewhat of what backhome was like in NY. 100% would come back to this house!

Fabulous stay!

This was our 2nd year staying at the Gnome Home! The house is lovely and we had a fantastic time. Our family ranged in age from 83-4 and everyone enjoyed themselves, either watching the beautiful views, reading on the large deck, catching crabs (enough to steam) and fish off the pier, kayaking and canoeing, just being with each other in a beautiful setting. LuAnn answered any questions we had promptly and was a joy to work with. We'll be back next year for a 3rd year!

Great house for family vacation

This is our 2nd year at this home and we plan to book again for next year. Plenty of room for extended family. Great location. Nice dock on the creek with kayaks, canoe and life preservers. Good restaurants in town as well as community pool (Jellyfish prevent swimming off the dock). Luann very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Visiting Bozman for a family wedding.

WOW is the best word to summarize our stay. The house is perfect for family and friends. We had ten people staying here and there was more than enough room for all of us! There is so much living space and so much to do, we could have people playing Foosball and cards in the den, others having a meal in the dining room or enjoying the view from the beautiful knotty pine family room, while others fished off the dock or paddled around in the kayaks! TRULY something for everyone!! The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the towels were soft, and the kitchen had everything we needed! What else could you want?

The house was clean and had a beautiful view. We loved the master bedroo.m, bathroom, and great room with the wonderful view. We also loved being outside near the water, fishing on the pier and kayaking. We really enjoyed our visit.

A Great Getaway

Great week on the Chesapeake

We are a group of alums (and spouses) that have been getting together for a football game every year for more than twenty years. This year we picked Maryland. We moved fr hotels to houses about 10 years ago. Gnome Home was the best house we’ve ever rented. It was very clean. We all cook so had all dinners/breakfasts in the house, the kitchen is very well equipped for any kind of dinner. The house benefited from some beautiful fall weather and a full moon. You sit in the living room or on the dock and see amazing views 24/7. The beds were great, the bathrooms nice (4 of them!). Tons of activities in the area. First time in my life I ever caught fish in the morning and had it for dinner that night. Can you tell we loved this place?

We are 2 brothers & a sister - Bruce, Kris & Luann. We live in Colorado, Pennsylvania & Arizona. We were VERY fortunate to have wonderful parents who left us their retirement legacy. We & our families just LOVE it here!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Why this property, it is very simple...WE LOVE IT HERE! Our parents found this property when they came down to visit our uncle in 1987, who lives down the road. They inquired right away, considered it & then purchased the land. They built their dream retirement home & as they fell in love with the area, so did their kids (us)! Another uncle & aunt fell in love too & moved down the road also!
We can say that we've each raised our kids here in the summers & throughout the year - grandchildren & now great children too. Each visit to see grandpa & grandma, & even now without them, we ALL just love it here. It is almost magical at how relaxing it is, watching the water, wildlife, boating, swimming, kayaking, kids paying in the water at low tide, fishing (trying to at least!) etc. We just hope you can feel & experience what we do when we visit!
