The place was not as nice as we thought. It need some upkeep in several places of the house.We were

Weekend stay

The area was was nice. The rooms were spacious. Our only negative was mats in the bathroom were dirty, hair on some of the pillows and the stove top was a little dirty. But, for was we needed our stay was wonderful. Thank you for allowing us to use home.

Disappointed

We checked in on Friday and just using the place to lay our heads down. The experience here with what little time we was here was that good. We found out that the waste, toilet paper and water is all flowing to the backyard. The house could have been cleaned a little better because the floor is dirty and sticky. There is no hot water in the sink and it also back ups. I will like a partial refund for how bad the experience was. Show quoted text

Not a good stay

There was a strong smell of mold/ mildew throughout the home. There were plumbing issues and we had to flush the toilets 3 times in order for it to totally flush. There was a lack of pots and pans as well as towels/washcloths. There was no soap/shampoo/conditioner which has always been provided at every Vrbo we have ever stayed at. The description is also deceptive stating that it is a three bedroom home, but the third “room” is a drafty added on room with nothing but a twin bed in it. The house needs minor repairs, with towel racks, etc falling off the walls. We would not stay here again.

Weekend getaway

Everything was so nice and clean. The neighborhood was quiet. The location is close to restaurants and grocery stores. The host answered all questions in a timely manner and made sure we had a great experience. I will be booking again in the future.

Good location, questionable pictures

We booked this place because our family is now too big to stay with my in-laws during the holidays. We only used this place to crash so it was great for that but we just expected it to be a little cleaner/organized based on previous reviews and current photos. Towel racks were coming off walls, the floors were dusty and the showers/tubs were not up to par, with multiple paint chips coming off of both. Other positive is we were here during a very cold weekend and we had no problems with the heating all weekend.

It never happened. We drove for 8 hours only to find out the property was not available. They claimed an email was sent, which was not true. If that was true, Expedia and this company would have alerted me. Such an inconvenience and down right tacky. We had to scramble to find housing for the next two nights.

We stay in Warner Robins for the whole month of March annually for work. Darreyl was very responsive. This town home was nice, very much suited our purposes, and way better than a hotel room. We would love to stay again next year.

Great price! Plenty of room for our toddler.

The only complaint I can find is the beds. The mattresses could use an upgrade. Didn’t sleep that great on them. Other than that the place is very nice. The kids loved it. A motel would of been to small for the family of 5.

Clean, roomy and perfect option from a hotel.

We came down for a family wedding and the property could not have been better. We brought a blow up bed in case the bed in the third bedroom was not large enough for two. We ended up using it. The house has plenty of space and everything we needed. The person who helps with the rental, Darreyl, is great at customer service! He made outstay wonderful.

Not a 3 bedroom

It says on the site it has 3 bedrooms but it’s only 2. The “3rd” bedroom is just a sunroom with a futon in it. If the other couple would have came for the weekend where would they have slept??????

Excellent Place to Stay

Good location, very clean and safe. Only issue is the lack of kitchen pots and plans and issues finding lights to work. The host was great and helped take care of any issues I had.

Accommodations

Other than the master bedroom, the other beds were horrible! Two of the beds were discovered have crushed box springs, which contributed to back pain to the people that slept in them. The third bedroom was obviously converted from something other than a bedroom and had a daybed with a terribly hard mattress. There wasn't any closet access and there was a lack of privacy for the guest in that room (glass door and window from the master bedroom)

Nice Home

Home is located in a great location with plenty of room for all. Very spacious. Kitchen was well equipped and contact with owner was as easy as could be. Everything went well with our stay and we enjoyed the accommodations. Only thing I would recommend is that the owner checks up on who is cleaning the house as it could use some improvement, but other than that, it was great.

Wife and I enjoyed our stay. Was a little bumpy at first but the manager of the property explained everything and things went smoothly after. Definitely would recommend that place for Family and friends.

Responsive property manager

Condition of the property is serviceable and fits the price charged. The broken shower was addressed and fixed quickly for a holiday weekend. The mattresses need to be replaced and were not comfortable. Kitchen was stocked to fit our needs. Technology provided and entertainment on televisions were great for our kids. Free wi-fi was nice. Parking off street (two-car parking pad) is very convenient. Would be nice to have patio furniture in the back yard for sitting outside, but fenced yard is nice for kids.
