The overall house was clean. The front porch ground had black soot on it. It needs to be cleaned. The light on the front porch needs to be changed. We could barely see how to enter the code to re-enter the house at night. One of the let out chairs stopped working the next day that we were there. I called the maintenance line to let them know that someone needs to come out to the house to check it. No one answered the phone. I left a message. No one called me back. I called the host to let him know about the let out chair. He informed me that since it was the weekend no one would be able to come to the house to fix the chair. This was very unacceptable & unprofessional of him to say this to me, the customer that’s renting your property & I called you with an issue that needed addressing then, not on Monday morning. We were able to unplug the chair & leave it unplug overnight & then it started back working on its own.

The tenant called at 7:30 on a Saturday evening to tell me about the chair. This was a NON-Emergency situation. It would have been almost impossible to find someone to rectify the issue at the time they called. Furthermore, they were checking out the next day at 11 so I saw no need to inconvenience them by coming over early the next morning before they departed. While I can understand wanting every thing to work as advertised when I’m staying in a property, I am smart enough to understand things happen out of the owners control just as they do at my own property. Furthermore, this is a rental property not a hotel. I don’t have a crew of people standing by to fix every issue all times of the nights and weekends. If this was a plumbing issue, the HVAC stop working, etc I would have gotten someone over as soon as possible. A chair not going up at 7:30 on a Saturday evening is far from the an emergency situation. Therefore I handled the issue in manner in which I think 99% of other owners would have. If there stay would have extended beyond the next day it would have been resolved on Sunday.

My birthday girls trip

The house was beautiful smell really good when you walk in beds were very comfortable weather just right to enjoy the beautiful closed in back porch and deck close to everything communication with owner was very good would definitely rent again

Family Gathering for Thanksgiving. Convenient location. Quiet area. Wooded and private back yard. Upstairs bedroom great for freshman college student's privacy and midterm studies. Would definitely rent again.

We had a pleasant stay at this VRBO in Warner Robbins. A real gem. It is quite spacious and neatly furnished. My son is a Freshman at a nearby college and this property was perfectly located. The host even allowed us to checkout late to accommodate college move-in time. I’d say the property was nearly perfect except for an unprofessional exchange with the host. Maybe just having a bad day? I’m leaving photos of the message for you to decide. I’d definitely stay here again if the host would have us.

Easy trip to the gym for the tournaments. Spacious but the pollen was all over in the sunroom where we can’t even enjoy sitting or walking through the back door because we would have brought the pollen in the house. At least clean it to make it less pollen.

Nice Home

We have been to Warner Robins several other times over the last couple years and decided to do a home this time. Home was clean and niclely updated with very nice furnishings. Could use a few more things...can opener, corkscrew for wine, small keurig. We left ealry due to 3 nights of noise from the bar/club in the backyard. Several nights of loud music and cars racing till 3am
