We had a wonderful time here. The place was very clean, great location to be able to walk to see all the sites. You also have access around the corner to everything and anything you would need. Groceries, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, etc. The host is so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed, checked in regularly and provided us with all the info we needed to make our travels around Paris unforgettable. The property was spotlessly clean, and though compact, it was in the absolute perfect location. It had all the charming Parisian style and comforts we could have wanted. The courtyard was the ideal spot for an evening glass of wine to unwind. Our host was exceptionally communicative and provided thoughtful recommendations based on our family’s preferences even before check-in. We’re already looking forward to staying here again!

Everything about our stay was exceptional. Not only was it a fun, clean, well-equipped space to share with my granddaughter, the location is super convenient to the Metro and walkable to the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. We loved being close to rue Cler and enjoyed eating at restaurants recommended to us. Communication with the host was easy and always immediate. I would highly recommend staying in this home.

Excellent place in a charming building in an incredible location. The apartment is seconds from Rue Cler, a pedestrian market street where you can get incredible fruit, breads, and pastries every day, as well as lots of restaurants and bars. You’re also minutes away from the subway and about 10 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. Would highly recommend.

This location was excellent. It is central to everything, and there is a fruit market and several outdoor cafés within a block and easy walking distance. The facility itself is beautiful and was clean and had everything we needed to cook and eat. The hostess was amazing and so responsive. She gave us suggestions regarding the trip and they helped us so much. She was so kind I cannot say enough good things about her.If you are looking for a place to stay that is clean, central to everything, has an amazing hostess, then look no further than this Vrbo. I would gladly stay at this location again and cannot recommended enough. If I could give more than five stars for the kindness of the hostess I would. Stop searching and book this place as soon as possible, you will not regret it.

We loved this unique apartment in the best location. Rue Cler nearby was just so nice and only 1 min walk with no cars allowed and many shops and restaurants. The Eiffel Tower and park are very close as well! Our host was so attentive and made our stay hassle free! We would defined stay here again!

The host was exceptional- terrific communication throughout the booking and stay experience including wonderful local recommendations. This flat is very well appointed and cozy- the perfect home for a romantic long weekend! Lastly, I cannot recommend the location more highly- if you are looking for a truly authentic Parisian visit, you are literally steps away from Rue Cler- an incredible permanent street market full of shops, cafes, and more. 10 min walk to the Eiffel Tower, and 30 min to Saint Germain or the Champs Elysee for other popular landmarks. I cannot wait for my next return!

Wonderful stay in prime location

I stayed here with my daughter and had an absolutely wonderful time. The host was absolutely amazing and there for anything we needed. Very thankful for her and all her accommodations. Only a stones throw away from the Eiffel Tower and nestled around so many great cafes, restaurants, and souvenir shops. We will definitely save this listing for future trips. I am the editor-in-chief of a fashion trends magazine and have been receiving people at my place since 2015. I love it each day (and night :) and I do my best for my travelers. Some have become precious friends.
According to my travelers’ tastes, I might offer them a true taste of French life or leave them be happy and independent in our flat.
What has started as a hobby now yields a needed income. It’s not a full-time job, though. I’m not a hotel professional nor a hospitality robot. I expect Vrbo travelers to behave like guests.
The flat is incredibly well located and equipped. However I prefer hosting travelers who choose our property for its original decor and feel lucky to live amongst our remarkable pieces of Vintage Modern furniture.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The building has been erected by my two-times-great-grandfather in 1895. He was a very modern aristocrat, an Eiffel tower fan and fought against the Philistines who wanted to destroy "her" (she is a feminine figure in our eyes). We know the history of this piece of land since before the revolution. It came in the family with a dowry. Its riches were the spring, where now there is the fountain. The flat history embraces four centuries, it's fascinating.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The patio is an unique feature. Not even 7 properties in our very chic neighbourhood can claim such a feature, and none for rental. The walls are very thick and conserve the heat or the freshness well, allowing to use the patio from February until October. The natural air ventilation is very effective during the Summer. This is a little flat for history buffs and distinguished people. Please don't book it if you're just looking for a place to crash. It has its quirks, its narrow stairs, its steep ladder. It's not for everybody.
