Great place to stay!

This was the perfect place for our family to stay. Nice clean safe area. Close to everything we had planned to do while in Orlando. Would stay at this property again if staying in the Orlando area.

Very comfortable and nice!

We loved our stay. The unit is quite large and there was plenty of space for our family of 6. Toby was so helpful and nice to deal with. We will absolutely choose to stay here again in the future!

Great place to stay

The condo was spacious and very clean. Minor issue with slow drains in bathroom sinks. Overall great place to stay. Close to Disney, restaurants, grocery store and shopping. This is my third stay at Reunion and I’ll be returning again soon.

Excellent place to stay!

The Condo is exactly as described with excellent communication from the property manager. The location of the condo is perfect and within walking distance of the water park, playground and pools and a short drive to Disney. The unit is spacious and very clean with a fully stocked kitchen and a beautiful view from the back balcony. I would highly recommend a stay here for a fun relaxing vacation.

Condo at Reunion is our favorite!

This was our third stay at this condo. Toby is great to work with and the condo is wonderful. I always look to stay on Disney property but we end up here - it's nice to get away from the crowds and relax in this spacious unit. We never go out for meals, so we cook in the kitchen which has everything we need.

Very pleased!

Great stay

We have stayed at Reunion quite a few times in the past. This was another wonderful stay. The price was right and the condo is well maintained, clean and comfortable. I had a question for the manager as we were leaving and he was prompt in his response. My only complaint is that the screen to the balcony is almost impossible to move. It was a real struggle a few times to open and close. Other than that it was a lovely stay and we would definitely recommend this condo.

The unit was dated. The pillows and bed coverings were old. Furnishings were worn and soiled. The toaster and coffee maker didn’t work well. Our second night we had to make a late night trip for toilet paper as we weren’t aware that it wasn’t supplied.

beautiful condo

Very spacious and beautifully furnished. Plenty of extra blankets, towels, and amenities that made it very homey. Plenty of room for our family of 6 with 4 young children. We were surprised to find a Wii game and DVDs for a rainy day. We cooked most of our meals in the condo. I would recommend the owner add a few tools to the kitchen. A pitcher for juice, a Tupperware or some kind of storage containers, and a bottle opener would have been helpful. Other than that, everything was amazing. I would definitely highly recommend this condo!

Great location. Desperately needed updates. Beds, bedding seemed to be very old and needing replacement. Ice machine was not working as it appeared to have lost its seal causing condensation and clogging ice return. House keeping came into rental and we were told they were not aware of our early checkin even though it was purchased in advance.

Shout out about Whisper Way

We loved the condo! Very spacious and well equipped. In our party we had 6 adults and 2 children and had a very comfortable stay. We had many meals on the balcony with the lovely view. The resort has many pools close to the condo and we found the Terrance neighborhood pool has a grill where we had a BBQ. Most of the pools are in walking distance of the condo. We drove since it was excruciating hot! probably less than 1 minute to most of the pools. Resort is also very close to a supermarket and pharmacy. Excellent location! Since this condo is private we purchased waterpark tickets separate. We have small children and they loved it. We experienced the bar at the waterpark to be rather expensive since we aren't resort guests. Our stay at Whisper way in Reunion resort is one of the best we had in Florida. we have been to 4 different resorts previously.

Beautiful unit!

We had a wonderful stay in this unit for five nights in August! Toby was very responsive and pleasant to rent from. The unit is very clean which was important to us due to allergies. All the linens and beds were very comfortable and the unit has more than enough towels. When we arrived the bathrooms were unusually low on paper products but Toby quickly resolved that issue for us. The condo is huge, more space than we needed for our family of four, but allowed us to host some friends also staying at Reunion. The dryer worked much better when the closet door was left open. The unit does not come with golf or waterpark privileges but that is advertised. Kitchen was fully stocked, living room tv/stereo system worked great, and the kids even played the Wii a little bit. Loved the keypad instead of having to deal with a key. Close to Legoland and Disney. Overall we had a great time and would stay again!

Great location, terrible property mgmt

We rented this condo for 3 weeks. During that time there were multiple maintenance issues that existed from day 1 that were never addressed. Some items were obvious like the patio which was pictured with 6 six chairs but only had 3. Then there was the dryer which NEVER dried clothes. Despite multiple calls to property management it was never fixed. Instead we were told that the dryer was under warranty and therefore couldn't be fixed because it would violate the warranty!! Even simple things like changing light bulbs took 3-4 days to resolve. If i owned this property I would fire the property management in a heartbeat. The rest of Reunion was delightful. Great service and accommodations in a prime location.

Wonderful Condo Experience

This was my first Home Away rental, and I'm so glad that we did it. My previous Orlando experiences have been Marriott Vacation Club properties, and this was the standard I used when selecting, and now comparing the Reunion condo. (It passed the test with flying colors). The condo is in one of the most beautiful parts of Reunion with a nice view out the balcony. It was very clean and well stocked with towels, extra blankets, etc. Starter supplies of kitchen sink, laundry, dishwasher and bath soaps were provided. We only used one of the beds and it was very comfortable. Perhaps the best part of the experience was working with Toby, who provided excellent info ahead of time on check in procedures, quickly worked with me on last-minute changes and just made the whole experience easy. I was never left to guess on communications. Thank you Toby. Reunion itself is a beautiful and secure community. We visited several of the pools around the property and walking/jogging was plentiful within the gates. If we head to this part of Florida next winter, this property would be my first choice to book. I have zero hesitation in recommending this property for your stay.

Look no longer, stay here!

We live in St Petersburg and frequently stay in reunion in various condos and private homes. From the start dealing with the owner Toby was fabulous. Toby is very responsive and made our visit feel like we where at home. Booking was made simple. The rate can't be beat. The accommodations are luxurious with all Tommy Bahama decor. It was spot on clean and equipped with every amenity needed to make your trip hassle free. This unit by far is one the nicest condos in reunion. . Corner units are the best. They're larger and have more windows. The large balcony overlooks a private reseeve. The pictures do not do it justice.. Very serene view plus it's walking distance to the community water park, to the 5 star hotel and to the signature club house. Very pedestrian friendly. The hotel has a great bar and excellent food.. Quick foods like flatbread pizza and the best hand rolled sushi. There are 3 championship golf courses that meander through reunion. The challenging courses are in immaculate condition. Disney world is just a couple of exits away. We didn't want to leave so we stayed another 5 days. When leaving we met the property managers Leon and his lovely wife, bith from Scotland. They where wonderful to help with our departure.. It was sad to leave. This was a 6 star stay! Thanks Toby for making our stay the best ever in reunion!

Disappointed, condition not as listed

The description of this property is not accurate. The picture of the washer/dryer is not from this unit, the actual W/D is older and smaller. All of the furnishings are worn. The couch would spit out feathers whenever sat on. Linens are listed as being provided, the only sheets in the unit are the ones on the beds, towels were gray and there are only 6 towels for a unit that can accommodate 8 people. There are water stains on the ceiling in the bedroom with the queen beds and the attached bathroom. One of the queen beds made creaking sounds everytime there was any movement on the bed. The freezer was leaking, and was looked at twice by a maintainence person, never fixed. We stayed here for 6 weeks, we contacted the Management numerous times and received very little help. After the 5th week we finally received additional towels, left inside our unit while we were gone. Anytime we would contact the Management, depending upon who answered the phone, we would get a different answer or promises of resolving the problem with nothing happening.

Wonderful Experience!

This was our first stay off Disney property and we weren't sure if we would enjoy it since we had been spoiled to staying on site. The grounds of Reunion are beautiful. Even though we rented through VRBO the staff at Reunion were more than willing to help us with any questions we had. We also enjoyed our first dinner on site which was not only convenient but really tasty. The pools are clean and well maintained. If you are trying to decide if you want to stay off site---DO IT! We were concerned about traffic, how difficult it would be to get out of parks, etc. From our past experience staying in Disney and having to catch busses at the parks and everyone cramming into a bus and possibly making multiple stops.......this was so much better!!! IT did not take us long at all to get to our car and get out of the parks. You simply walk out of the park and catch the tram and they take you to "area" in which you parked. I cannot explain how nice it was to get in your own car and head home. Regarding this specific condo, it was everything that was advertised. Here is a breakdown of our experience: BEDROOM: Plenty of sheets, comfortable beds/pillows BATH: Plenty of towels, bring your own shampoo/conditioner, soap (there is a very small soap provided but no shampoo/conditioner), hairdryers in each bathroom KITCHEN: Well stocked. They provide dishwashing soap, 1 pod for the dishwasher and 1 roll of paper towels. WASHER/DRYER: bring laundry detergent and dryer sheets. They provide 1 box of detergent. TRAVEL TO ACTIVITIES: 15 minutes to Disney, 30 min to Universal (I-4), 25 min to Seaworld (I-4). All of these attractions are close, the traffic and congestion make the travel times longer. CONVIENCE: CVS, Public, McDonalds--1.6 miles away, Walmart--2.5 miles, Perkins Restaurant--3 miles. We loved having access to all of this. Very easy to navigate the area. This is a well stocked condo. As with any rental there are usually things you "find" and have to contact the owner about and we could not have been happier with Toby. He was great to deal with and very on top of things. He responded to us very quickly. We would rent this unit again in the future.
