Cette magnifique maison de plage est accessible en fauteuil roulant. Une chambre au rez-de-chaussée est adaptée aux personnes handicapées. Le cadre de la porte de la chambre à coucher et de la salle de bains pour personnes handicapées mesure 36 ". La salle de bain a un banc de douche. Un siège de toilette de sécurité avec bras et un banc de douche et une rampe sont disponibles sur demande. L'ouverture de l'ascenseur est de 36 ".

The BEST home we've ever rented at the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 17 in our group and all of us were really pleased with this home! We are hoping to come back next year. The kitchen was stocked well and having 2 refrigerators was great! The elevator came in handy bringing all the food in. Overall it was very nice. The only problem we had was I could hear a roaring noise in the master bedroom and it made it difficult sleeping.

The amenities were great. Our one and only complaint were the beds. They were so very uncomfortable. 16 of us in the house and not one got a good night sleep. Waking up stiff, sore and tired from tossing and turning all night is enough to ruin and otherwise perfect vacation.

Family vacay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic trip. Loved the home and location. Only recommendation would be to replace mattress in master suite. Not very comfortable and bed was noisy whenever you moved. Other than that it was awesome. Loved every minute of our vacation. We loved the fact that the house was so quiet when you were on the upper or middle levels you couldn't hear much from the games room which allowed people who wanted to stay up later play games and not disturb the babies sleeping on the other levels. I would rent this home again.

A great home for a large group

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We very much enjoyed our stay at this rental. The house is beautiful and accommodated our large family well. It had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit and the game room kept kids entertained. Beach access is walking distance. The maintainance staff addressed our concerns promptly and were very courteous. It would be nice to have a chair in the master bedroom to be able to sit in while getting dressed or relax away from the activity. Also I am older and could barely get into the very high bed so a footstool would have been helpful. It was a beautiful home and we would come back again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bed linens in this house were in bad need of being replaced. Pillows smelled of rank body grease and one coverlet and its pillow shams were disgusting. The kitchen floor was extremely dirty and many of the dishes had food on them from previously being used. We had no Internet, Cable or working telephone in the house from Friday afternoon until sometime after we left. For the amount of money spent on such a house I would expect it to be cleaner.

Nags Heaad Beach Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great,near Fresh Market and central to everything. The beach access was close,easy to walk to. They also had a parking permit if you wanted to drive or had elderly peope in your party. The home has an elevator which was key for getting groceries in to the top floor. Pool was nice and very clean. Hot tub is at end of life and was dirty. It was leaking water out and had to be refilled so the jets,which were not moveable,would not shoot water straight out. Home itself is very nice! We were surprised that they didn't leave any toilet paper at all,every other home we rented had some to get you started. They also didn't have any spices at all- not even salt & pepper. I would still recommend this home,just wanted to be specific with details that might be helpful to the owner and future guests!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a wonderful location. Close to stores and activities as well as the beach. We spent every evening on the front deck enjoying the ocean breeze. There were quite a few items that needed maintenance and most of the beds were terribly uncomfortable. We did have to wipe down a few items when we arrived that had not been cleaned.

Evidently, the people who rented this house the week before had a white dog and the cleaning crew did a bad job of getting all the hair picked up. There was white hair everywhere.

Reviewer Comments: We had an unusual experience.one day after our arrival we began to see 13 of the 16 persons in the house come down with a tough 24 hour Virus. I have never had nor heard of such a situation. No one had any symptoms prior to our arrival. Just have us hesitant to stay there again. This was our 5th year at this house and never had anything like this before.

First Trip to Nags Head

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The process of renting the home was quite painless. I did spend many hours finding the right property to suit my family's needs, as different homes have different layout & bedroom set-ups.Upon arrival the house delivered everything promised....and it was fantastic. It was clean, functional and incredible. Everyone found a bedroom to their liking and the common areas handled our group easily. While the houses are all very close together, we didn't feel a lack of privacy, as the houses are so big! The house is within a 5 minute walk to the beach. And the ocean & beach were amazing! Coming from landlocked Nebraska, we don't get to enjoy the enormity & beauty of the ocean everyday, so we made sure we did while we were there. We primarily dined in and found every utensil necessary for food preparation. Plus, the reasonably priced Food Lion was a 2 minute drive for additional or forgotten food items. The TV's were a little tricky to operate, but that's typical of every tv, cable box set-up. None of us wanted to leave at the end of our stay!
