George & Sas Going Away

British neighbors returning to the UK next month, and this was their going away weekend to gather up friends to hang out. Small issue with the "heated indoor pool" they could not get it to work. Not sure if this would be worth it during the winter. However, everything else was great. Perfect weekend.

Beach basic

Property itself is ok. It could use a bit of TLC and decorating. The space around the pool is very limited for such a large house/group. The housekeeping or last renters left (stinky) trash and we didn’t get the usual midweek pool/hot tub service that we normally get from other realty companies. However, we had everything that we needed and had an excellent time.

Place needs attention

One bedroom was unuseable. Tons of ants. Ants in kitchen. One dishwasher doesn't work. Mold in air vents in mater bedroom Outside pool area hasnt vern cleaned in ages. Loose boards and rails on decks. The owners need to spend a few days there inspecting this place.instead of j7st taking peoples money. Over all outside is dirty. .

Great location but DIRTY

The house was big and the location was great, but the property was filthy. Management was responsive when I called to get house keeping in to clean the floors again. Our feet were black walking on them after an hour on day 1. My biggest issue was with the outside property. The pool area has cigarette butts all over. The pool area had weeds all over, dirty paper towels and cigarette butts. The middle decks was filthy with muck, a dirty wash cloth, bird poop, and mold under the benches. The top decks had nail heads that were sticking out, wooden boards that were lifting up, and slats of the wooden side tables that were not nailed down. The outside wood was all mossy, moldy, mildest, needed a good power wash. The only positive was the location. The Wi-Fi did not support such a big house and basic streaming of movies was difficult. I would not recommend this property!!!

Deplorable and Filthy

Upon arrival in Sunday, the house was not clean. My family and I cleaned the kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas. The curtains in the bedrooms were filthy and had to be washed. The pool area was disgustiing with black mold, around the bathroom and shower area. The hot tub palmetto bugs in it. The pool had to be serviced before we could use it. On the second day we found out that the house was infested with ants. All of the food we bought and left on the counters had to be thrown away. One of the bedrooms was so infested in the bed you could not sleep in it. We contacted Resort Realty. They sent the cleaners back on Monday, and she (Jen) apologized because the house was filthy. The pool guy came out and serviced the pool on Monday afternoon, but the exterminator did not come until Friday evening and our check out was Sunday morning. We spent extra money to replace food, buy ant traps and sprays, etc. I requested a partial refund from the owner and reimbursement for our food and other expenses and were told they do not offer refunds and the maximum they could offer was $200.00, which I have yet to see. Needless to say our vacation was greatly and negatively impacted. I will NEVER use Resort Realty again and advise anyone who considers the Pearl Jam property to Run for your lives!!! P.S. I have pictures and videos to support this review.
