Great time

We visit every two years with the entire family. This was the first rainy week we have encountered. The house perfect even with the rain. The grandchildren used the pool a lot and the games occupied them in between. I have to thank the staff for their responsiveness no matter how minor the issue.

Wonderful Family Vacation Week

Our family of 18 stayed at Cape Coral and had a fabulous week. The house was impeccably clean when we arrived and was plenty big enough for our family. The 2 refrigerators plus 2 other smaller ones, 2 dishwashers, 2 coffee makers and double oven were definitely utilized for our family meals. Having the golf cart made it easy to transport gear to the beach. We spent many hours poolside in the pool and hot tub. The host company was extremely responsive in replying to any questions/concerns that we had. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious home with every amenity! Perfect for extra large families or groups, pool volleyball and hot tub along with lounge chairs by the pool are perfect for entertaining teens- and just inside the pool area is the giant game room with extra wet bar area! Wet bar area located on the middle bedroom floor near the video games made for easy access to drinks when hanging out there too. Golf cart was the cherry on top to tote around the area and to the beach. Beach bathrooms were clean too. Perfect vacation!

Amazing house in great location!

The house is amazing! It is spacious and has everything you can think of. It was very clean and very well organized.The location is ideal! It is a very short walk to the beach access, and the golf cart is available to make it even more convenient. There were 14 of us, raging, in age from 4 years old to 80 years old. We never felt crowded, and there was something for everyone to do in the house, from the pool table, to the video games, and the pool outside. We loved having TVs in all of the rooms, and we can’t say enough about the two refrigerators and two washers and dryers. The parking was also a bonus, as we had six cars with us. Even with all of our clothing, beach items, and everything else we brought along, we still had plenty of space in and outside of the house. Additionally, anytime we had any concerns or questions, we received a very quick and helpful response. I would highly recommend this house to someone looking for the perfect place in Nags Head!

Amazing Stay

We chose this house due to the layout, and attached bathrooms that allowed multiple couple to have their own space. We stayed while enjoying the 12 bars of Christmas and Misfits Bar Crawl. It was perfect to come home to and relax, play a game of pool or just enjoy the fireplace. Clean, beautiful space, everything was well labeled, communicate was great. We plan on staying here again next year!

Great house and location

We loved Cape Coral. It is a beautiful house and awesome location. The owners provided everything we needed for the week. The pool and hot tub were great after a sun filled day at the beach.

Everything was perfect!

We enjoyed everything about Cape Coral! The location! The amenities, especially the game room, pool and hot tub! And even the beds were so comfortable!

Lovely house with great facilities and nice location

Very clean , modern with lots of equipment including two dishwashers and two refrigerators Close to beach access with golf cart to carry people and beach stuff.

Perfect!

We were a group of 13 friends. Cape Coral was perfect for our reunion. Comfortable quality furnishings, plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, top notch appliances, wonderful heated pool, beautiful beach nearby and location, location, location!
