Perfect place for the whole family

We were vacationing to attend a wedding. The house provided a comfortable space for our whole group. It has a cute deck and backyard space to hangout. Close to attractions and wineries too!

We had a great time. We didn’t realize the4th bd bath were down. We couldn’t find enough towels at first but we did. Your place was very clean and our family was very content to be there.

Wonderful Property in a Wonderful Area

Check in was very easy and the place was beautiful. My group was in for work for the week and this was a nice place to unwind. Private back yard / deck area is wonderful.

This was a great place to stay and convenient in the area! The Host was great and had a lot of amenities in the house plus a grill and wood in the fire pit. Our trip was amazing was a nice place to rest while we were visiting!!

Great accomodations

The house was perfect for extended family to stay and close by to the wedding site. It was well equipped and had everything that we needed. Communication was great and definitely recommend this house for anyone in the area.

Perfect vacation home

We have stayed in several rental homes over many years and this was by far the best! It was very clean and accommodating. We did not notice any smell of cigarette smoke or anything else as previous review stated. The location was perfectly in the middle of everything! We highly recommend this property for families and couples. We are definitely looking forward to visiting again in the future.

Spacious home

My daughter was getting married at a winery nearby, 8 of us stayed at the house. It’s very spacious and super clean. The beds are very comfortable, nice back patio with furniture. Definitely will stay here again.

Long weekend

Nice house, clean and comfortable, close to everything. Nice lot surrounded by trees. The house was well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc. Accurate description. We would definitely stay again.

Comfortable and functional

The house is in a great location near the town of Lake Leelanau, making it easy to get to Leland, Suttons Bay, and Glen Arbor. The layout makes really good use of the space and we had ample bedrooms for our party of 6. Everything was clean, and the process of getting in and out was easy. The bed linens and towels were all really fresh and seemed new. The kitchen had a somewhat random assortment of dishes - we cooked a fair amount and ate meals there and could have used some more bowls and spoons, and a tea kettle (we just used a pan to boil water for tea, which was fine). The giant mugs were great. My only one real issue was the strong smell of cigarette smoke. The house is non-smoking, but the whole thing really smelled like cigarettes when we got there, and there were air fresheners in every room to try to cover it. We opened up windows and aired it out the entire time we were there, and it did get better, but it never completely went away. If someone with bad asthma or a smoke allergy stayed there, I would imagine it could be difficult. We had an overall positive experience, and I feel bad complaining at all, but the cigarette smell was hard to ignore.

Wedding stay with famil and friends

The house was perfect! There were six adults and we had plenty of space. Room for two more without a problem. It was clean and we enjoyed the outdoor deck in the evenings. Close to Suttons Bay and the wedding venue Starry Nights. Beautiful stay and many memories made!

Great Location

We really loved the location of this property. It was close to everything and made it easy to get to. Great restaurants, beaches, close to Sleeping Bear Dunes. The property itself was nice. It had the requirements and was very clean. Plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids (6, 10 and 13). There were not beach toys, chairs or towels, but had everything else you would need. My only complaint was the smell. There has obviously been a smoker in the home. I DO think they know and they're trying to mitigate it (they have odor eaters set up throughout the home). But it's something to be aware of if you're sensitive to that. Overall it was a nice property.

Leelanau Adventures

The house was very clean and well maintained. It was in the perfect spot on the Leelanau Peninsula to access beaches on Lake Michigan, shops in various towns, and excellent wineries. The property served as a peaceful setting for relaxing and enjoying each other’s company after a couple of days of exploring the area.

Great location with easy access to Leelanau points of interest

The house is centrally located on the peninsula in scenic area. Good restaurants in Leland, Lake Leelanau and Suttons Bay. Explored Sleeping Bear Dunes, Mission Peninsula and area attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

family girls trip

wonderful location for easy travel to surrounding activities. we went golfing on 5 of our 7 day stay at multiple courses, we did a bay cruise, rail bikes, escape room and toured the former mental health hospital in Travers City. all of the restaurants had wonderful food and we ate too much. overall a great vacation.

Simple, convenient home for Leelenau County

We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to Fishtown, Sleeping Bear, Traverse City, and more. The home was simple, tidy and fairly clean. The only real disappointment was a distinct odor of cigar smoke throughout. We were able to mitigate the odor with the AC and fans, but we would hope for a smoke-free environment in a non-smoking listing.
