Belle villa à seulement 3 miles de Disney dans le gated et la sécurité surveillé populaire Windsor Palms Resort. Accueil dispose de deux suites de maître avec un lit king size et un lit queen size. Les deux autres chambres ont des lits jumeaux. Chaque suite principale a sa propre salle de bain complète. Chaque chambre a sa propre télévision. De nombreuses rénovations ont été effectuées en 2017-2018, notamment des murs, des plinthes, des placards et des portes fraîchement repeints; nouveau plancher de céramique dans toutes les salles de bains et la buanderie; nouveaux tapis pour toutes les chambres; nouveau climatiseur et terrasse de piscine repeinte.

Le spacieux salon décloisonné dispose d'une grande télévision à écran plat et d'un lecteur DVD avec des canapés confortables. Des centaines de titres de DVD, y compris les nouvelles versions peuvent être loués à la communauté.

Cette charmante maison offre le confort de la maison et les commodités de la station. Le complexe dispose d'une piscine olympique et d'une pataugeoire pour les enfants, d'un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne, d'une salle de jeux, d'une salle de cinéma de 58 places, d'un terrain de beach-volley et de tennis.

Great Location

We had a great stay at this villa. Our kids loved the pool & the villa had everything we needed. It was great to be so close to Disney & all the other theme parks. With a convenience store & restaurants only a couple of minutes drive away we couldn't have had a better location while still being private, quiet & incredibly secure in this gated community. Thankyou.

Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this house during our two week vacation in June. It had everything we needed and having our own private pool was very nice. The owners and management staff were great to work with it. It was also very convenient to the Disney Parks (no more than a 20 minute drive to any of the parks). My only negative for the house would be the temperature. They asked that you keep the temp set no lower than 75 degrees which is just too warm. It wasn't bad during the day, but made it uncomfortable at night. We slept with box fans that were provided and that helped, but it would have been great to have ceiling fans if the temp is not to be adjusted. Also, there is not a door separating the bath/shower/sink area from the master bedroom. Was not really an issue for us, but since we were staying with friends, we just had to make sure we kept the bedroom door closed when taking a shower. The toilet in the master bedroom is in a separate room that leads right out to the pool which was very nice with little kids. We would stay here again on future trips.

Dirty house, Dirty bedding so gross. Floors and carpet unclean. Old house.

This place is nasty, they do not clean it. It's run down and they do not keep it up. Has A noisy old fridge with one door shelf missing. Dirty walls, carpet, floors. Bedding was not clean. Dishwasher leaks all over floor. Cable and internet worked about 40 percent of the time. Towels are really old And do not absorb water. Toilet paper was the cheapest I've ever seen. Bed mattresses have stains all over them so nasty, I'm sure they have never been replaced. Just one nasty dirty old house. Called twice about some of the problems and was never called back.

Very nice stay in a beautiful home.

We were two couples together staying for two weeks in this beatiful home of Gary and Cherry. We had a very pleasant stay in this quiet and safe neighbourhood. We might very well stay there again on our next trip to Orlando 🙂.

Just what we needed

This property is in a great location and convenient to local stores, and Disney parks, etc. It was roomy and had in a very quiet location. Some of the items in the home can use some updating as they are dated. There are no ceiling fans at all in any if the rooms but box fans were provided to circulate the air. In the 105° heat index Florida weather, it was hard for the house to maintain accurate temperature. The pool in the backyard was awesome and suited our needs. All in all the house was just what we needed. We had to call the management company for a few minor fixes of things that were damaged on our arrival. Also, although the owner allowed us to have an early check-in, when we got there the house was not cleaned and unfortunately as such it was not completed until after 4:30. Owner was very attentive and responded to our inquiries immediately. The management company was also quick to fix the items that needed to be fixed. We would definitely stay there again despite the minor issues but would encourage the owner to invest in some ceiling fans to help with the temperature of the home.

Florida stay

Said it was heated pool, but we had to Pay an extra $10 each day to heat it. WI-FI was always sketchy. Had to reset WI-FI multiple times a day. Sliding door off kitchen to pool could use dome work. Handle was loose and door did not slide too easy. Overall though we were very pleased with the house and location. Well stocked for us on arrival. Would definately stay again.

Great Location

Enjoyed our stay, very close to Disney parks. The heated pool was a bonus and our two grandchildren loved it. Check in process was simple. The villa was spacious, only negative was that decor and soft furnishings a bit tired, on a positive note villa was well equipped. Would recommend for families.

Windsor Palms is a nice area

Nice area. Spacious home with a nice layout. Needs to be cleaned. Cleaning company doesn't do a good job. Both couches have huge holes in them. Management company needs to do better walk through, change the light bulbs that no longer work. Would be a wonderful home with a little TLC.

Haus ist in einer ruhigen und gut gelegenden bewachten Anlage. Alles sauber und schön eingerichtet. 4 Schlafzimmer. 3 Bäder, davon 2 on suite. Poolheizung war bei uns im Preis mit inbegriffen. Alles sauber.

Enjoyed Our Stay

We were pleased with our stay in Gary and Cherry’s home. The home was very clean and well stocked. The pool water was in beautiful condition. We enjoyed the large televisions as well. It was an easy walk to the clubhouse and the resort is close to restaurants, shopping, and Disney. Windsor Palms is a family friendly environment. Gary has been easy to work with and my husband liked that the pool heat was included in our rental price. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay

The villa is in a nice quiet location and had just about everything we needed. It was clean and tidy. There was no long list of rules that you get in some villas, which was nice. The only thing we wanted to know was when the bin was emptied as we know some villa owners get fussy if too much is left on the last day, but all good here. We had a good vacation and would not hesitate to stay in this villa again. Thank you.

Spacious and close to all the Parks we wanted to visit

The house was roomy enough for myself, my husband and my three grown children with their significant others. The kitchen was great, making it easy to prepare meals and not having to go out to eat every night. Our only complaint, and it's a small one, was the fact that the internet was sketchy. We had internet, but it could be very slow and spotty at times. I would definitely stay here again when we return to Orlando.

Beautiful house and great location in a gated community with private pool!

We have stayed in several places in Orlando and I was very happy with this location. This property has a great layout with family room and kitchen overlooking the large private pool. It was conveniently located close to all major attractions and amenities. The owner and property management company were both extremely responsive providing top notch service. The house was clean and comfortable and I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!!!

Great location close to celebration hospital and disney. Very safe neighborhood. House was good size

The owners were especially nice. I had to have an extra day because my husband was under a drs care. They were so nice and answered right away. I truly appreciated them extending me an extra day. Always answred me very fast. I recommend this house and will stay again.

Great place for Disney!

We stayed for two weeks at the end of January of 2018 and had a wonderful time. The house was big and all on one level which is great with kids because it’s pretty quiet. The owner was very helpful and responsive and replied to my email questions within an hour or so. We had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was better stocked than most places I have stayed. There was even a pantry in the kitchen. The only improvement I can come up with is there is no large pot for cooking pasta, but we worked around that. My kids loved the pool in the backyard. It was nice and warm and that made it fun to play in even though it was January. The pool table was fun, too. We were there for Disney, and the longest drive we had was 15 minutes. Animal Kingdom is really close. We would absolutely recommend this place to our friends. It’s the kind of place you could totally live all the time.
