Easy access to all major freeways and both Houston airports. Relatively short driving distance to the primary office areas and business parts of the city. This location is in a part of Houston which does not typically experience heavy traffic delays or heavy street flooding. The neighborhood ranks very high for safety on the Houston Police Department statistics map. The neighbors keep to themselves and are nice in all interactions so far. The neighborhood has occasional private security patrols.

It is a 2 bed / 2 bath, with one bedroom and one bathroom located on each floor. Each bedroom and bathroom are of approximately equal size.
