It is located in a quiet, mixed-use area a few blocks from the vast White Oak Bayou city park system (hike & bike trails & large disc golf park) which links with many other parks in Houston. Easy access to all major freeways and both Houston airports. Relatively short driving distance to the primary office areas and business parts of the city. This location is in a part of Houston which does not typically experience heavy traffic delays or heavy street flooding. The neighborhood ranks very high for safety on the Houston Police Department statistics map. The neighbors keep to themselves and are nice in all interactions so far. The neighborhood has occasional private security patrols.
It is a 2 bed / 2 bath, with one bedroom and one bathroom located on each floor. Each bedroom and bathroom are of approximately equal size. Each bedroom has access to a separate private bath with tub and shower. One bedroom with king bed is located downstairs. The other bedroom (queen bed) and living area (with convertible sofa) are on the second floor. Attached garage parking for 2 cars.
Check in was very convenient, quick responses from property manager, comfortable beds, and perfect location for our needs. Townhome per online pictures. Large couch needs to be replaced due to poor seat cushions(used extra bedding comforters/blankets & pillowsfor extra cushioning) with only one other arm chair for great room seating. Would stay again if couch replaced.
