The house was beautiful and very comfortable for our family! The host responded to massages quickly and was overall outstanding. The check in process was simple; the house was clean on arrival. The beds were the most comfortable I have slept in away from home! I wound highly recommend this house to others!

This home is exactly as pictured—absolutely lovely, with a beautifully designed modern aesthetic. The surrounding area may seem a little questionable at first, but once you arrive and step inside, you’re welcomed into an upscale, top-tier home. The customer service was spectacular, and I will definitely continue renting this home in the future.

I stayed with 4 guests and a dog. The house was great. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. I loved being able to park in the garage. We were 13 minutes from the Toyota Center. The host was very helpful when I had problems downloading the app for the garage.

I stayed here for my birthday, two nights in January. The host was very communicative and responsive regardless the time of the night. My only complaints were that the stove top/oven were not working and the WiFi didn’t work properly (however, the TV apps work fine and there are LAN cables for gaming consoles.) Overall, I had a great time in the house and I really enjoyed being able to have open and helpful conversations with the host without any backlash or anger. Very nice property!

My reservation was canceled two hours before check in by email. There was no phone communication from a representative and no real explanation as to why the reservation was canceled. It was truly unprofessional and a major inconvenience to be traveling with a child in a group of 4 and having nowhere reserved to stay. Had I not checked my email when I did I would have had less notice about our canceled stay. It was so very difficult time to navigate.

Unfortunately, an unexpected plumbing issue arose that required immediate maintenance. If it had not been addressed right away, it could have caused serious damage to the property and significantly impacted the comfort and safety of your stay. We understand how frustrating it must have been, especially while traveling with your family, and I truly regret the short notice. The decision was not taken lightly, but it was necessary to prevent a situation that could have disrupted your stay even more. House was very clean, nice size rooms, plenty of space for four of us. The unfortunate part of the trip was that we had no warm water, and the gas stove did not work and was not fixed during our three day stay. Overall we had a positive experience staying at the house!
