Fermer dans Rancher situé dans la région des vergers de Lewiston. Plusieurs restaurants dans la région à distance de marche, ainsi qu'une piste de bowling. Cette maison a été entièrement rénovée et décorée avec goût partout. Il dispose de deux chambres avec de nouveaux lits queen-size à plateau-coussin. Une salle de bain, cuisine complète, salon et salle à manger avec table et chaises pour 6 personnes. Vous vous sentirez comme chez vous à notre place. A également une clôture privée dans l'arrière-cour pour vos chiens. Il n'y a aucun frais pour jusqu'à 2 chiens.

A nice quiet place

Our stay was great, the location was perfect as our grandaughter was performing in the All State Chior. First impressions driving up to the house were a little scetchy. The outside of the house is in need of repairs. We had to contact the manager for the code to access the house, it was about a 30 minute waite. Seems like the code could be sent to my phone at least 30 minutes before check- in. That would have saved alot of stress after our long drive. Once in the house it was very clean and worked fine for our stay.

The first thing I seen was the mouse poison in the cabinets, there is a crack in the ceiling where it looks like it’s leaked and peeled, the place has hardly any kinds of decorations, it’s barley furnished, the basement says no one‘s allowed down there, but it’s just open. there really should be a gate or a door of some sort if you don’t want people down there. It took a long time to find the directions for checkout. They were not very clear and I had to message the owner to get the codes before I got there because I was never sent an email with checking information.

The house was clean and welcoming. The back yard was a perfect size for our dog. There was no hand rails in front causing my husband to take a fall though.

No heat

When we arrived the house was freezing cold. The furnace had run out of oil, and hadn't been filled yet, or nobody had checked to make sure it was running again. After finally getting ahold of a person, we were able to ask for a refund, and go findsomeplace warm to stay.

Property has potential, being denied the basement area is quite odd and it was difficult to keep the dogs from this area. Had to barricade thethreshhold with chairs and move them everytime we let the dogs out. No access code given and couldnt reach renter for 45 minutes into check in. The yard could use tlc to be considered dog friendly with fox tail growing in the back yardthe back yard

Great Spot, a little overgrown.

Great little place to stay for me and my family while they were visiting. However, the backyard was rather overgrown and needed to be mowed as well as the front yard. Fit our needs and was comfortable.

Not “Entire Ranch Home”

Garage locked and sign at basement stairs “No Entry” Stay out of Basement. First night at house the temperature was 66 degrees, no heat. Messaged the owners, 24 hours later they notified me that the oil must be out. Then fuel was delivered then we had heat. Throughout our stay, the heat in the house ranged from 68 to 72°. One night we had rain and water was leaking in the kitchen ceiling. There is an obvious leak. Paint peeling in the kitchen ceiling. The lawn/flowerbeds need weeding and attention. The dumpsters were full. When we took our trash out there was no room, we had to pile ours on top of already full trash dumpsters. The bathroom tub drain is slow to drain resulting in building of water and sludge resulting in the tub being extremely slick. Beware! It’s unsafe! The bathroom sink hot water does not flow very good at all. It’s slightly more than a dribble. I paid extra for my niece and her small dog staying however, we did not receive a credit for the inconvenience of being without heat for 24 hours. Buyers beware.

Not well maintained

Poorly maintained rental. Curtains were flimsy and didn’t fit the windows in both bedrooms. Bathroom towels were musty smelling and frayed. My kids found a cigarette that rolled out from under the couch. There was only a 1/4 roll of paper towels and same for toilet paper without replacement rolls anywhere on the rental. Random bottles of toiletries were left but look dirty. All the washcloths were stained and dingy. The outside landscape was overgrown and not maintained. Property is situated on a 1 way street making it difficult to get to and from.

Worked fine for our needs

First and foremost, the beds were really comfortable! That's always a plus! The property was conveniently located for our needs. The neighborhood is not well-kept, but we did not feel unsafe. If you like wine, Clearwater Canyon Cellars is an easy 2 block walk from the house. And their wine is delicious! The house could use a deep clean and a few details like clothes hangers in the closets, shampoo when it lists shampoo as an amenity, and an upgrade on basic cooking utensils like spatulas, etc. The yard could use some love too, but as far as utility goes, the house served our needs; we were not there to spend a lot of time in the rental.

Perfect Fit

The house was comfortable and wonderfully located. It didn’t take long to get anywhere we wanted to go and it was easy to find. The hosts were very thoughtful and kind. Such a quiet neighborhood. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The house pictures are accurate of property. Had issues with lock on door. Owner was there quickly and resolved problem.

As I suggested the last time I stayed here. Chairs in the bedrooms would be nice to be able to sit down while dressing. One bed is too high off the floor. The bathroom shower is inconvenient to use and the light in the living room doesn’t work.

Driving up a little disappointed on landscape Great location very spacious kitchen area was roomy and lots of amenities House had a lot of animal hair in corners and on bedding towels in bathroom had musty smell I am an animal person but feel it should have been not there on my bedding should be cleaner I would have washed them but no washer and dryer available

Clean and quiet

House description was accurate. House was clean and odor free. Host was responsive and friendly. The power went out and the neighbors came by to check on us. They were very kind. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Not up to par

I have stayed in VRBO before, different location. This home was poorly maintained inside and out. I had to call the property manager regarding 4 over full garbage cans and a lawn that was over grown. Someone came and mowed the grass, but the garbage was not removed until the day we left. Outside of the home has substantial paint peeling issues. Inside of the home there was food in the cupboards that was expired by over a year. It gritty feeling areas in the bathroom and kitchen. The toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet, I found out it was loose and readjusted it myself. I got the impression the home had bed vacuumed, but no real cleaning done. I will be in Lewiston again, although I will not be renting this one again.

My name is Rick and I personally got tired of staying at loud motels and hotels. I began staying at VRBO's and Home-Away's so I could get a nice nights sleep. Our place offers a quiet nights rest and no loud noises all night long from someone in the room next to me or above me. It seemed as if every time I checked into a Hotel, I always get the infamous herd of elephants in the room above me or the loud slamming door in the room next door. You will enjoy our home as it is everything you will need to have a peaceful stay for the entire family or just an escape for you.
