We were in Lewiston for our niece's wedding and this condo ended up being just what we needed for our stay. Its nice and close to everything, however the exterior condition of the main building and the neighborhood made us a little nervous upon arrival. But the condo itself was nice and clean!

In our case much more convenient than hotel. Beds we’re comfortable and while we only used the bathroom and bedrooms it was nice to have the amenities offered with the condo.

Very clean and spacious property. Full kitchen with everything we could need. We left something behind and had to contact owners to get back into the unit and they were accommodating and quick. There was A/C that kept us cool even during some really warm days. Great view from the deck, easy access parking, we had a reserved spot but since we have a big truck we parked on the street right behind the unit. Next time in Lewiston or Clarkston we will be very happy to stay here again.

Very comfortable convenient location great view across valley from deck, the host and owner extremely helpful, as we had an accidental lock out the owner came almost immediately and got the unit open , very friendly. I will recommend the property to anyone going to Lewiston for work, as I did , or vacation,

Great for our needs!

The appt was comfortable enough. It had the basic stuff you would use in the kitchen. It had plenty of sleeping options. There were two roll away beds in the closets in main bedroom if, like in our case, my daughter didnt want to sleep in the same room with her big brother lol. But in the 2nd room there is bunks and a trundle..which is cool. The check in process was quite simple. The appt was clean, all but the fridge and tub in the master bath..I believe that falls on the cleaning crew. I would suggest the property manager have a talk with them. Everything else was clean. Beds were comfy. We were not disturbed by neighbors. all in all it was a nice stay..

Old Apartment complex converted to "condos"

Definitely will not stay here again...one of the neighbors chained smoked cigarettes and weed all night long and it stunk up the unit so bad that we couldn't even stay our 2 nights that we had booked. We stayed 1 night and booked a hotel for the second night. When I messaged the property contact he finally got back to me a day and a half later and was less then helpful. The kitchen is completely empty there wasn't even a toaster. When we first walked in, one of the other neighbors must have been steaming brocoli because the walls are paper thin with sounds and smells permeating the unit. Don't waste your money here you are better off staying in a hotel.

Hi Heather, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- To clarify, the property has always consisted of condos since its construction in the 1980s, and it has never been an apartment complex.- We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by neighbors smoking, as this is beyond our control. Rest assured, this hasn't been an issue in the past. - Your feedback regarding the toaster is greatly appreciated, and we've already purchased a new one for the convenience of future guests. Thank you for the recommendation; we're committed to improving the guest experience. - The walls are standard 2x6 construction with a firewall rating, and each unit is insulated, providing more sound-dampening than a simple 2x6 wall.Once again, we appreciate your review and your valuable feedback.

Bad smell covered by scented air fresheners

The smell was overpowering when we arrived. There were 7 air fresheners for the space. They were there to cover up what smelled like a mold smell and cigarette smell. The property seemed clean until you look at the bottom of your feet or touch the walls. The bedding and towels were old, worn, and stained. We also found boys underwear and pants in one of the bed rooms. The upstairs windows had some issues with not being able to lock and/or getting stick in the open position. The shower head is also comically low. For a tall person, you have to squat to get your head wet.Deadbolt the door. We had an incident the first night where someone may have gained entry with just the knob locked. No issues after using the deadbolt. We left one day early.
