There is a large fridge with filtered water and ice, sink, microwave, tea/coffee. The unit has a private fridge, microwave, and sink. Access to shared full kitchen with stove also available.

Hosts live in the upstairs unit on the property. Both hosts work in downtown Monterey.

Carmel Valley is the sunniest part of the Monterey Peninsula and the perfect climate. It has California's best weather with temperatures in the 60°s F to low 70°s nearly all year. Deer, wild turkeys, quail, raccoons and the occasional shy bobcat are all local citizens. Just far enough from town that skies are bright, twinkling and sometimes meteor streaked.

Ample driveway parking but be cautious turning around. Twelve miles from Monterey Airport, just off Corral de Tierra Rd. Within 20 - 30 minutes of downtown Monterey, Pebble Beach, Carmel or Pacific Grove. Carmel Valley, Laguna Seca 10-15 minutes. The start of Big Sur is a little over 30 minutes.
