Quaint Carmel Valley Village is nearby with restaurants, wine tasting rooms and boutique shops to delight; Carmel-by-the-Sea is a pleasant 20-minute drive west through verdant Carmel Valley, and other coastal towns like Monterey, Pacific Grove and Pebble Beach are just a little further. This is the perfect location to stay while attending special events like Monterey Car Week, Carmel Bach Festival, racing events at Laguna Seca and more.

The lofty living room has a wood burning fireplace perfect for cool nights, a wall-mounted flat screen TV and a wall of windows with double sliding doors that open to an upper deck with an outdoor dining table.

Kitchen and Dining
Custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a wood paneled refrigerator adorn this well-equipped kitchen. Sunlight streams in from multiple directions. Extras like a wine fridge and small appliances aplenty make this gourmet kitchen a chef's dream. A large peninsula countertop with stools is a great place to enjoy chats with the chef.
The dining area is ready to welcome you for meals and games, or step outside onto the large wrap-around deck and enjoy meals al fresco.

The trees and mature landscape around the pool provide privacy, a sense of seclusion and some shade for lounging. Sun-lovers will enjoy the decks, patio and pool on this property.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The primary suite (bedroom #1), living, dining, kitchen, laundry room, and one guest bedroom (bedroom #2) are on the main/lower level.
Bedroom #1 is a primary suite with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and separate tub.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.
The lower level hall bathroom has a shower.
Upstairs:
Bedroom #3 has a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on the top.
Bedroom #4 has a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on the top.
The upstairs hall bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

The garage is not available for guests parking but several cars can fit in the driveway.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month and longer term stays are welcome. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are often possible.
