Cette maison récemment rénovée de 1919 est au cœur du quartier historique des jardins. À seulement 4 pâtés de maisons de Sherman Ave. pour faire du shopping, manger et se divertir. Montez à bord d'un des vélos Beach Cruiser et dirigez-vous vers le lac. Notre maison offre le cadre de jardin idéal pour la famille et les amis. Bain à remous, barbecue et foyer, kayaks, planche à pagaie et croiseurs de plage tous pour votre plaisir et inclus dans le prix! Le remodelage de la cuisine sera terminé le 15 décembre, nous publierons bientôt de nouvelles images. Veuillez nous contacter pour toute question que vous pourriez avoir. Fabulous house i

This is a wonderful house. Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. My family and I stayed here for a week. Everything was spotless. The beds are so comfy. Wonderful house so easy to communicate with the hosts . Would not hesitate to recommend. Would definitely book again

Wedding Weekend with Family

We were 6 adults and a black lab. We had a family wedding weekend at the resort. We preferred to stay at your VRBO so we could have quality family time under one roof. The attention to detail in this home is amazing. Thank you so much for the use of this beautiful home.

Golf trip

Great house, perfect location

We had a great stay in CdA. The house was beautiful and had all we needed. The yard was beautifully maintained and came with lawn games, fire pit, hot tub, chairs, and more. There are even bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards to enjoy. We would definitely stay again!

So accommodating and makes the stay extra special!

I went for my bachelorette since the property is a short walk to the main strip and other restaurants and bars. The host was super communicative and even set out special additions to help us celebrate!

Amazing House!

We rented this property for a Birthday/Girls trip weekend. I was perfect! Everything you could ever need was at the house. Plus extras, like a hot tub and igloo enclosure with heater. The house was warm and cozy, the rooms had wonderful beds and a ton of room. Everything was in walking distance from the house. Samantha was so wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this house and will be visiting again!

This house was so welcoming and the amenities went way above any expectations. The coffee/drink bar was a hit with the entire family. The outdoor space was perfect for undwinding at the end of the day. The home was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the very clean and cozy home. It was extremely warm outside and the ACs throughout the house kept us cool. The only drawback was the cramped upstairs bathroom but that's a small drawback to what is a very pretty home. The hot tub is great.

Great property

Beautiful older style home, we were only able to stay for one night but the kitchen was fully stocked (loved the many coffee options/amenities). Might be hard for some to go up and down the stairs however a bed can be made downstairs. Igloo was so cute and we ordered a smores board that topped the experience. Highly recommend staying here with friends and family it was a perfect place to celebrate my friend and Is 29th birthday. Wished we were able to stay longer than one day. Very comfy home and host went over and beyond

Wonderful gem in downtown Coeur d’Alene

We had a wonderful time. The property is darling! Nothing was lacking. We loved every little detail from the decor to the coffee bar to the complimentary beach cruisers! Definitely will be back!

Wonderful home retreat

A perfect little getaway! This home was well stocked with anything we could have wanted. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and plenty of space to congregate as a group of 8. Not only could we all fit around the table for games but the backyard fire pit was another great touch. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home with incredible attention to detail. Had pleasure of meeting owner and so enjoyed her. Our kindergarten (from 1965) reunion was great. A wonderful visit in a gorgeous place with every amenity!

Good Location

This house is very well appointed, and Samantha is very responsive. We were very comfortable in the house, as a family of six. We enjoyed our time in CDA. The location of the home was good for us. We were able to walk to the lake from the house, and be able to leave our vehicle at the house.

CDA Getaway

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The owner was incredibly responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. There is a fine attention to detail at the home that makes all the difference. We cooked quite a bit while we stayed and the kitchen was well stocked (I even found a juicer, blender, and hand mixer) with updated appliances. Overall a lovely rental!

A wonderful gem (but keep it a secret)

We have stayed in CDA for years for an annual family trip. This house exceeded our expectations and the lovely host made sure our stay was comfortable with amazing communication and so many amenities, truly a home away from home! We can’t wait to stay here again (and again)! As much as I’d like to keep this gem a secret, everyone should experience true hospitality and don’t forget to spend some time on the porch - a highly underrated activity. Thanks Sam and Gracie, see you again!

Our favorite stay yet

We have been staying in vacation rentals for years and this by far has been our absolute favorite. The house is absolutely beautiful with charming details in every room. When I say this house felt like home, I absolutely mean it. Samantha was so kind and considerate, she knew we had an infant and was sure to leave out all the necessities from a pack and play to baby monitors, and the most adorable little ducky bath towel! The coffee bar was delightful, we felt spoiled. The property is inviting and cozy and made traveling with a bunch of kids feel like a treat. I can’t express enough how in love we are with this house and how much we appreciate the hospitality of Samantha. We cannot wait to come again!

Everything you could want in a vacation getaway! You’ll find yourself within easy walking distance to Coeur d’Alene public beaches, parks, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Walk to Coeur d'Alene Resort and Golf course (known for its infamous floating green). Whether you’re taking a stroll around the boardwalk, hiking on Tubbs Hill, or watching the kids play at Fort Sherman Playground or splash on the splash pad at McEuen Park, you’ll love that you can get around without a vehicle. Atlas dog park runs along the Spokane River/water fun for you and your pup!

You’ll enjoy preparing meals in the fully stocked kitchen equipped with upgraded appliances including a gas stove and quartz countertops. The indoor kitchen dining area seats 8 guests. Outdoor dining offers seating for 10+. This home also offers a full size washer dryer.

Plenty of off street parking & one additional parking space in the back which can accommodate 2 cars and most boat trailers.

The Master bedroom has a luxurious king bed. The 2nd bedroom offers a most comfortable queen bed and the 3rd upstairs bedroom offers two twin beds . There are two bathrooms in the home, one upstairs and one located downstairs—beautifully restored claw foot tub available for your R&R.

When you’re not out exploring Coeur d’Alene, you can gather in the large fully fenced and beautifully illuminated backyard. This area is complete with a hot tub, outdoor dining tables, BBQ , fire pit with rocking chairs, and more than enough room for the kids—and/or pups—to run around.

The welcoming living room creates a cozy space to relax and watch your favorite program or watch one of our DVD movies on a 65” ROKU flat screen. There is an entertainment center to enjoy listening to your favorite music on Bluetooth, CD, Cassette Tape or Vinyl Record.

The den offers a cozy place to curl up and enjoy a favorite book. Choose from hundreds of books and multiple board games/puzzles available to you during your stay.
