Inside, youâll find a bright, open layout with a clean, modern feel. The living area features a cozy gas fireplace, comfortable seating, and a warm, inviting atmosphere perfect for gathering after a day on the water, exploring town, or enjoying a round on the golf course.
Enjoy automatic shades in every room, allowing you to adjust light and privacy with a quick tap.
The modern kitchen includes high-quality appliances, a full cookware set, dishes, utensils, a coffee station, and everything needed for cooking meals at home. Whether youâre preparing a full dinner or a quick breakfast, the space is designed for ease and convenience.

Maximum of 2 dogs per stay. Guests must bring their own pet supplies. Food and water bowls, dog towels, and bedding are not provided. Please see our house rules for specifics.

We have actively recording exterior security cameras at the front door and above the garage which records video and audio. There is also a smart garage door keypad that actively records video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property. No cameras face the backyard or interior spaces.
Guest Access -
Guests staying in The Twin Pines House enjoy full, private access to:
- The entire main house
- The private backyard
- The private hot tub
- All patio and outdoor spaces
- The entire 2-car garage and driveway
No other guests have access to, or visibility, into your backyard, hot tub, garage, or any private outdoor areas.
The only shared element is the driveway, which is used solely for walkable access between the two listings. Guests staying in The Twin Pines Loft (a separate unit above the detached garage) have access to:
- The shared driveway for on-foot access onlyânot for parking
- Their private loft unit
They do not have access to the garage, parking on the property, the main house, the backyard, the hot tub, the patio, or any outdoor spaces belonging to The Twin Pines House.
Your stay remains fully private, including all parking and outdoor areas.
Need More Space? Add The Twin Pines Loft -
If your group needs more room, added privacy, or space for extended family, the Twin Pines Loft above the garage is also available. This private ADU includes its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and living area.
