Beautiful home, excellent location

This was one of the best vacation homes we have ever stayed in. Wonderful floor plan for a large family. Comfortable beds. Very well stocked kitchen. Great location close to downtown. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful home near the lake and restaurants. Plenty of room for our family vacation. Flowers and cookies on arrival was a nice surprise. Loved our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, clean and spacious home. Plenty of beds and baths. Cozy backyard for BBQs and hot tub nights. Easy drive or walk to everything CDA has to offer.

Great Place...

Truly a great house. Very clean and updated. Loved the backyard and got to enjoy the hottub. Inside of the house very modern, very nice and served our needs perfectly. If ever in the area again, would definitely consider staying there..

Family Vacation

House was spacious, very clean with modern furnishings. Location was great - close to town & the lake. We'd definitely stay again. The owners also provided many extras which made the stay comfortable - lots of soaps, shampoos, conditioners. And a bonus of fresh flowers and cookies when we arrived.

Fantastic downtown stay

We booked this property for a bachelorette weekend and were blown away by how beautiful the house and property were. The location to downtown and the resort is perfect walking distance. The house was clean, spacious and fully stocked. The backyard is magical and we loved spending time there relaxing. You will love this home!

Perfect spot for everything

Came in town for a Tree climbing competition and arborist convention. Perfect location allowed us to walk everywhere. Super cute updated and comfortable house. Will definately come back amd recommend to others.

Amazing!

This property is outstanding!! The garden space is absolutely beautiful and made for a great place to relax in the evening with friends. The house provided comfortable beds, spacious rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and so much more! Ideal location close to downtown makes this a place we will definitely be returning to!

Just what the girls needed!!

We had a small group of friends gather to celebrate a birthday. The house is beautiful! The location is just far enough from town to get nice walk in. The beds were outstanding as well as the extra attention to detail such as full size lotion, shampoo and shower caps!!!

GREAT house! Clean, updated, fresh and welcoming. Kitchen stocked very well, as were all the bathrooms. Particularly enjoyed the patio and beautiful landscaping. Great location – walkable to coffee shops, boutiques, and downtown attractions. Not one complaint to share.

Great Location - Clean / Comfortable / Luxurious

This VRBO was awesome. The location was great as you can walk down to the park or downtown from here which includes walking to the lake. Kids loved the park that was close by. The home was very clean and had plenty of space to stretch out. The hot tub was a hit . The back patio was amazing and clean. The landscaping was well kept - no complaints whatsoever. We will be back to this one for sure next time we head to CDA.

Adorable bungalow

First time in CDA and really enjoyed our stay. Such a beautiful house. The neighborhood was great. About 6 blocks from the resort. And 2 blocks to the grocery store. Everything in the home was new and well cared for. The host left us flowers and cookies as a welcome. Backyard garden was beautiful. Hot tub was a nice touch to relax in at the end of the day. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Wonderful place to escape

This is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at! It was just perfect in every way. The location was fabulous as well as the home had everything we needed. The owner was a joy to communicate and we cannot recommend this place enough. We definitely plan to stay here again. Every inch of space was perfectly used and provided us with the perfect fall break getaway. The office was so nice for my husband to have space to work in when he had to. The hot tub was just lovely to relax in after a long day of hiking. Our 12 year old daughter loved her upstairs bedroom and took full advantage of the treadmill in her room to keep her training up for cross country during our week away. The location was so ideal and everything was so convenient. We highly recommend!!!

Beautiful home within walking distance of downtown

Home was beautiful! I feel like it was even better than the pictures! The hosts were amazing and everything you could think of was fully stocked! Definitely a cool hangout for probably elementary age kids and up, and perfect for adults too! Perfect downtown location and the hot tub was amazing as well! The only piece I docked a star was for cleanliness; all the important parts were clean - beds, showers, toilets - all nicely cleaned.. but lots of dust bunnies under the couch, someone’s hair tie between pillows in the couch, dirty bowl in the dishwasher, something spilled on the stove - very very minor things, that most people probably wouldn’t even care about but in my opinion, worth noting because it did make me question what else may not have been cleaned. Overall we had a great stay and we were very comfortable in this home!
