Other Things to Note:
The sofa bed is currently unavailable for use, the sofa is still available but please be careful as there is some damage to it.

Air conditioning: There is a small but effective portable AC unit in the apartment, we encourage its use but would like to let you know that there's a water drawer that needs clearing every day.

FLOOR TILES: Please note that due to a previous guest there is some damage to the floor tiles. We've covered it with a rug in the meantime while we arrange for repairs.
