Cette charmante maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains est située à l'extrémité sud, à proximité des commerces et des restaurants. Comprend un tout nouveau bain à remous, un foyer extérieur avec chaises et une immense terrasse avec barbecue au charbon. Joliment meublé avec 2 télévisions à écran plat, jeux, buanderie et garage attenant. Dispose d'un cadre privé sur un double terrain avec beaucoup de stationnement hors rue. (7 personnes) Cette maison est une nouvelle liste. La plage n'est qu'à un pâté de maisons d'ici.

Comfortable accommodation. Well furnished but not so fancy you couldnt relax. Easy access to beach. Walking distance to grocery, restaurants.

Great location

Property was okay. The garage smells a bit like mildew and it is making the rest of the house smell. We opened windows and then everything was fine. Everything no else was perfect. The location was the best part of the house but other great things to note is the hot tub, fire pit, all the space in the house.

Beautiful Beach Getaway

We thought we were booking the perfect getaway for our long weekend in Seaside, and it turned out to be even better than expected. Whether it was the location a block from 2 restaurants, a block off the beach/promenade, or the quaint walk to the main strip, it all was just delightful. The property was big yet cozy, and we enjoyed soaking in the hot tub and sitting by the fire (inside & out) in the evenings after long beach walks. Last night there we bought fresh fare from the local seafood market and made a big spread in the well stocked kitchen. Aside from the property, the host was absolutely wonderful making sure we had accurate instructions for the sling TV, and even going above and beyond to return a sentimental item left behind. Couldn't give a higher recommendation, and definitely will be back!!!

This quaint beach cottage is in a great location for easy beach access and a short walk to downtown Seaside. The house was clean and ready on time for us to check in. With a cozy and homey feel there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is nicely appointed and we especially loved having lots of plates. The backyard firepit and large deck are awesome for relaxing in the evening and we could hear the ocean from there. The washroom is great for keeping coolers and extra chairs and shoes. It was nice having two bathrooms with spacious showers and plenty of hot water. We didn’t have the chance to try out the hot tub or the bbq grill (which is propane, not charcoal as shown in the listing).

Great communication

Got a call just before check in that the guests before us had a real good time. Since we weren’t coming in until after dark, the cleaning team had extra time to put the house to rights. When we got there—after a long day of travel—we discovered that, though the house was immaculate, their party extended to the hot tub. I reached out to Lisa in the office and had a very quick response. She got someone out as soon as possible, and we were able to use the hot tub the next night. She offered to extend our stay, credit toward our next day, and a refund of the hot tub fee. This is the kind of customer service that is not just well thought of, but sets a standard that should be industrywide. Would absolutely use this rental company again.

Cute little house in the perfect location! We loved being so close to the ocean and the prom. We did a lot of hiking and beach walking and a nice soak in the hot tub was a wonderful way to end our day.

It was a great place for our friend group! Super close to the beach and 5 minute drive from all the shops and restaurants. Lisa made sure we were taken care of and would recommend this place for bigger families or a few friends making the trip out to Seaside. I would book again!

Fave Seaside House EVER

My family loved this house! It was so roomy, and we all had our own spaces to sleep. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and loved the firepit out back! The air hockey table was so much fun. The house is full of charm and all of the spaces are so well used and comfortable. My only complaint is the king bed mattress is the hardest I’ve ever slept on…I remedied it by folding a couple of extra blankets and putting them under the fitted sheet, and that did the trick. The location is great…two blocks to the beach, a block to a restaurant and market, and close to the golf course. Theres a playground nearby as well, but we didn’t make it over there this time. I highly recommend this property!

Great place

The house was great. Big enough for everyone. And the location was perfect. Far enough out so there wasn't a ton of traffic, but close enough to get where we wanted quickly. The people there before us trashed a few things, but the property manager was very helpful and very quick, and replaced things as we needed them!

Spacious and comfortable home.

Spacious and comfortable. Home was clean, hot tub was great along with the fire pit outside. We enjoyed playing air hockey as well during the rain. Very close to the beach and quiet neighborhood. We will definitely return.

Cozy Cottage

Loved this cozy two story cottage! The gas fireplace added to the ambience as well as quickly taking the chill off in the early mornings. The house was very clean and the deck was tidy. We enjoyed the hot tub in the afternoons. Location is quiet, shady and just two blocks from the beach. The king and queen beds are on the firm side and the staircase would be a challenge with anyone with mobility issues.

My family looks forward to coming back to this house

The top of my list of houses that worked for my family of four. Clean house quiet neighborhood great floor plan for a small family. The house has great personality with old fashion charm but tidy and well kept. We had noticed the fireplace was not working and the weather was rainy we inquired about it with the listed property manager. The property manager stopped by twice to try different things. In the end it did not get resolved but we were grateful for the effort and we were impressed by her persistence in trying to resolve the issue for us.

Seaside w/hot tub

House is super charming! Love the 1940’s style left intact. Fireplace in living room was nice. Air hockey in man cave was fun. Upstairs is very cool with vaulted ceiling. Only cons - It was a hassle to take cover off hot tub because bushes are so close and ground not level. Could use some cover on back porch. No pot holders found in kitchen.

Hoist has great communication. This place is nice an cozy and in a great location. Perfect for just about any occasion at the beach. I would recommend this place to anyone and I’d definitely stay again myself
