Détendez-vous dans cette maison de piscine 3BR, 2BA. Merveilleusement meublée avec du mobilier et du linge de maison neufs, cette maison vient de sortir et est prête pour vous. Venez profiter d'un grand coin salon qui s'ouvre sur un patio couvert privé donnant sur la piscine blindée et sur la cour arrière entièrement clôturée. Détendez-vous dans la suite principale avec salle de bain principale luxueuse et grande douche à l'italienne. Ou trempez-vous dans la baignoire de la deuxième salle de bain, le plan d'étage sur deux étages garantit l'intimité de tous les invités. Situé dans le quartier de Pine Lakes, à proximité du parcours de golf de Pine Lakes, à une courte distance de tous les magasins et restaurants et à environ 15 minutes de Hammock et de Flagler Beach. Seulement 25 min à St Augustine et 1 heure à Orlando et Jacksonville.

Wonderful home!

Had a wonderful stay! Jill was an amazing host, great communication, home was clean and well stocked, pool, lanai, and fenced in backyard were amazing. We had a minor stove accident at the property which we offered to correct but Jill was extremely gracious and understanding. Unfortunately, she has this home up for sale snow ma Lot he renting I in the future.

Tropical Oasis Pool Home

Everything and more you would need for a vacation stay. Beautiful pool home plenty of space..clean and comfortable. Owner very attentive and communicates well. Would definately stay again!

Very Nice House in quite neighborhood

The property has everything you need to for a comfortable stay. The layout of the house is ideal especially the patio and pool area. Communication with owner was easy and she was very amenable. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Perfect place to relax

Jill was great with communication and the house was perfect to relax and get away to unwind! We enjoyed the heated pool and our dogs loved running around in the fenced in yard. The house has everything you need and the location was perfect.

The home was very clean and well decorated. We were impressed with the well stocked kitchen. It is also in a great location. We enjoyed walking around. Jill is very easy to contact and responds quickly to questions. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home, great location

The home was comfortable and well-appointed, and close to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. The pool area was lovely, and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs to run around and play frisbee in. The neighborhood was quiet and well-kept. Communication with Jill, both before our arrival and during our stay, exceeded our expectations.

Fantastic Place, Fantastic Host

House is really great, on quiet cul-de-sac, house very clean and pool spectacular. The host, Jill, probably the best host I have had in the 10 plus years using VRBO, really really cares about the property and your experience. Treat this house well if you stay here, it's a gem.

Wonderful Wildwood

Our stay at Wildwood was wonderful! The property exceeded our expectations. Tastefully decorated, the kitchen is well stocked with cookware and a beautiful assortment of glasses and tableware. The pool and lanai are a perfect place to relax and get away from it all. Jill was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We will definitely be booking this property again, we had fantastic experience!

Great property. Clean with lots of extras. The hostess checked on us to be sure we had everything we needed and promptly responded to questions. She had plenty of extras in the home - even condiments and coffee! Also had extra beach items like coolers and chairs available for renters. There are a lot of glass items in the house, so take that under consideration if you have small children. Would definitely stay here again!

Palm Coast Getaway

This home was by far one of the best experiences we have had in our lengthy history with VRBO! The perfect house in a quiet neighborhood close to just about everything. Our host (Jill) was perfect and very attentive to all of our questions and she went above and beyond to ensure we had an awesome stay. Thank you Jill! The home was very modern and had all of the amenities you would hope for, and the heated pool was absolutely incredible! We hope to stay at this location again and create more memories that will last a lifetime...This place is amazing!! Palm Coast Rocks!!!

Great home. Lots of extras!

We had a wonderful week at this home. It is a beautiful house in a quiet residential area. The home was clean, has a great pool, check in process was easy and good communication with the owner. What we loved was all of the extras. A basket of snacks awaited us after a long day of traveling. There was coffee for morning and everything we could ever need for the pool or a day at the beach. I can’t say enough good about the house or our stay there. If you are looking to be in the midst of the hustle and bustle of a tourist area, this is not it. For those of you looking for a vacation in a quiet area where you can spend time by the pool, grill, have a fire, cook some meals at home but still be near major tourist attractions, cities, and beaches…this is the one. Check it out!

Pet lovers dream home

I can't say enough about our host or the house, as both were better than expected. Our host really took the time to get to know us, what we might need, and stayed in contact throughout the process. I have two geriatric dogs and she went out of her way to ensure we had what we needed so that our dogs would feel as welcome as we did. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures convey, especially the covered lanai and heated pool area. I stayed here with my mom and our two dogs, as a nice vacation before the start of the new school year, as she teaches at an elementary school, and lives with my sister and her 4 kids, so I wanted to give her a nice relaxing place where we could do as much or as little as we wanted. If you've never been to Palm Coast you'll be in for a treat. It's halfway between St Augustine and Daytona, and has its own beautiful parks, nature preserves and beautiful beaches. This property truly provides for all types of getaways, trust me you won't be disappointed.

What a amazing property !!!

Have stayed in many vacation homes and is as great as the description and this is by far the best. Beautiful, clean, has more than expected. When we walked in the door we were amazed at how clean and beautiful decorated the house was. What you see in the pics is what you get. We spent most of the time at the pool and it was awesome. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Took many walks and did not feel unsafe at all. The home’s location was close to Flagler Beach, Daytona, St Augustine with lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores in the area. You will need to drive places. We also received quick responses from Jill whenever we had a question. Not on the beach, you have to drive everywhere but everything is reasonably close and that is what i prefer. Ww teared up a little having to leave and go back home, but will rent this home again. You will definitely not be disappointed renting this home.

Harassment and cigarette smoke

This property is 9 miles from the beach. The pool was not well maintained, and there was mold around the edges. The mattresses are extremely uncomfortable. The fridge filtered water came out with black stuff. The worst part was that the whole place smelled like cigarette smoke upon our arrival. The beds smelled lie smoke, the couches, the towels, really everything. There was also dust everywhere. We spent most of the night cleaning, washing towels and sheets. We left cups of vinegar around to try to absorb smell. Upon leaving, our son must have spilled a little vinegar on a trundle mattress, at the top of the mattress, and she tried to get us to pay for an entire new mattress and cover! She kept sending me messages trying to get my wife and myself to pay for these items. She claimed it was urine, which was wrong. We cleaned the entire property before we left, even doing dishes and putting them away, sweeping the floor, wiping surfaces, and taking out all the garbage. The place looked about the same as when we arrived. She sent us harassing messages saying that we left the place dirty. We have video to prove that this was not the case. This was a terrible experience. Be careful travelers. Something smells fishy.

Supplies galore , small pool

The house was great. Many supplies throughout, but also has a feeling of invading owner’s stuff as there is so much we can use (pros and cons). Fully equipped kitchen. Pool though is on small side, 3 swim strokes and you are on other side but it is heated year round and lots of toys for kids (both pool and beach toys). Note: it is 1.5 hours from Disney, but only 15 minutes from the beach (highly recommend Washington Oaks State park for clean, isolated beach, but no lifeguard). Jill is responsive most times. House in great shape, only comments are: master bedroom does not lock, and beds are very soft but that is a personal preference, good quality beds though, I’m sure, just prefer firm beds).

Wonderful

The property has a complete fence that eased my mind when it came to leaving my puppy outside. The pool was clean and we enjoyed going into it after a day out. Inside, the bed was comfortable and all needed amenities were provided. This is one of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed at. In addition, Jill was a pleasure to work with.
