Thank you so much for the wonderful 5-star review! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay at Coral Paradise and found the home to be a great place for your Palm Coast getaway! We appreciate your feedback regarding the king mattress. Comfort preferences can vary from guest to guest, and we'll certainly keep your suggestion in mind. October is such a beautiful time to visit Florida, and while the pool water can be a bit refreshing as temperatures begin to change, it's still a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you found the home clean, enjoyed the location, and appreciated the nice neighborhood. We understand that privacy is important while on vacation and would like to provide some clarification for future guests. As noted in our check-in instructions, the pool and landscaping are professionally serviced on a regular weekly schedule, and we ask guests to allow these service providers access when they arrive. Because this is a private pool home with landscaping, these routine visits are necessary to keep the pool clean, properly balanced, and safe for our guests, as well as to keep the lawn and exterior of the property maintained. Service schedules can occasionally vary due to weather or other conditions, which may result in visits occurring on different days. These vendors are there only to perform the necessary maintenance and typically complete their work as quickly as possible. We're sorry the routine service visits affected your sense of privacy during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and are glad that you otherwise enjoyed the home's cleanliness, location, and neighborhood. Best Regards, Valarie and Jason

The owner has recently made improvements to the outside of the home, which held a special place in their heart as it was their late father's residence. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. To clarify the concerns regarding check-in communication, the arrival information was sent prior to your stay to the email address provided through Vrbo. On the day of arrival, you contacted us through Vrbo messaging approximately two hours before check-in, and we responded promptly. You then called our office approximately one hour before check-in, at which time we answered immediately and resent the information to an alternate email address you provided, which was successfully received prior to arrival. The home is professionally maintained and inspected prior to each guest’s arrival. The pool receives weekly professional service as part of routine maintenance, which is standard for vacation homes in Florida and disclosed in the property information. The property is also on a regular professional pest control program. While Florida’s climate can occasionally bring outdoor pests despite preventative treatments, no concerns were noted during the pre-arrival or post-stay inspections. The home is represented accurately in the listing photos. Recent updates include a new dishwasher and refreshed window treatments in the sunroom. The front landscaping was impacted by this year’s unusual hard freeze and is currently recovering. We value guest feedback and remain committed to providing a positive experience for every guest. Best Regards, Valarie and Jason
