This is our second time at this location, and we are just as thrilled this time as we were the first time. We gladly give this a 10 out of 10, and the reasons are numerous. Let's start with the view, the view from the lanai is breathtaking, the ocean is about 100 yards away, and the sound of the surf and the beauty of the sea is incredible. The condo itself is clean, well furnished, and the furniture is comfortable, but when the sun was agreeable, we were always on the lanai. And if you're still warm at night, the air conditioning in the bedroom is wonderful.The grounds of the complex are beautiful, and it is obvious that they go to great lengths to keep them that way. We arrived about five weeks after the hurricane went past the island, and the strong winds obviously did a great deal of damage. But the grounds here were amazing. The groundkeepers do a marvelous job.The hosts are outstanding! We had some unavoidable glitches this time, but our hosts went out of their way to make us comfortable in every way. We have grown to deeply appreciate Howard and Patty, even though we have never met them.If you are looking for a place that is beautiful, centrally located, has outstanding hosts, and is comfortable for your stay in Kauai, you will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Wonderful condo with a great view, relaxing sounds of the ocean waves, and refreshing breezes! Howard was very attentive and kind regarding any questions we had. The unit is very clean and more stocked with essentials than almost any other rental I’ve stayed in. The bed is very comfortable. When we weren’t out exploring, we spent most of our time on the private lanai enjoying the views. The quiet, beautiful, and well-kept grounds were appreciated. The location of the condo is ideal for visiting different areas of the island. There is a market area just a quick walk from the condo with groceries, treats, restaurants, some live entertainment, and shopping.

Perfect condo for an extended stay

This condo was so well appointed it truly felt like a home. Very well supplied kitchen, beautiful decor, comfortable bed and the grounds and beach were gorgeous. We look forward to staying here again.

Great time in Kauai

Perfect relaxing location. We really enjoyed venturing out in the mornings and relaxing at the beach in the afternoon. The owners were very helpful and available if needed. We will definitely we coming back and staying at the same place.

Incredible Location

The condo was clean and comfortable (in addition to being well stocked in kitchen ware and basic condiments). The location can't be beat, the beach and pool were both very nice. Lots of shopping (Coconut Maketplace) and restaurants close by.

Beautiful Hawai’i Stay

We’d had an incredible stay! The location was great for us and very manageable to get to both sides of the island. The beach right out front of the unit was so peaceful and not crowded. The unit was spacious with plenty of other accessories like beach chairs, coolers, nice coffee maker, etc. Great place to spend our honeymoon and plan on returning soon!

Well maintained with great location

The property was manicured daily. The pool is large and the location couldn't be better. Walk to a half-dozen restaurants, instant ocean-access, plenty of secure parking and the condo was well-equipped.
