We are Mark & Patricia from the Netherlands. We love this place deeply ourselves, and we want our guests to feel just as free, happy, and connected as we do.
We regularly travel to Juan-les-Pins to enjoy the peace and to personally take care of the maintenance, so everything is always in top condition.
We believe that a real holiday is all about quality of life – relaxation, connection, and creating beautiful memories. That’s why we developed our own ‘Holiday Compass’ for different age groups, so that every generation can have a great time.

Discovery and relaxation: Escape the daily rush. Discover local markets and culture, walk to the beach or restaurants, cook together, relax in the warm pool, or plan a boat trip to Cannes, a train ride to Nice, or visit the romantic villages in the hills.

Freedom and exploration: Nightclubs within walking distance, bike rides to Cannes or the cliffs of Cap d’Antibes, take the train to Nice or Monaco, plus swimming, diving, table tennis, and chilling in the hammocks.

We are working on a unique holiday concept: a 1-year 'holiday pass', which gives you and your family or group of friends access to our spacious homes in the South of France and Switzerland for 6 weeks per year.
You will experience – all within walking distance – life by the sea and the beach as well as the mountains and snow.
In short, no more stress about finding high-quality holiday destinations in top locations, certainty about your bookings, and the possibility to plan annual holidays with family, friends, or even colleagues. Just pure enjoyment!
