Belle et charmante maison jaune à quelques pas de la plage sur l'île de Fenwick. En plein cœur de l'action de Fenwick à proximité de la plage, des restaurants, des films et plus encore. Avec 6 chambres et 4. 5 salles de bain, c'est l'endroit idéal pour une grande réunion de famille (15 personnes). Grand canapé confortable, grande cuisine pour cuisiner et plusieurs porches créent l'espace parfait pour se détendre et profiter d'une semaine à la plage.
Locations RÉDUITES pour la saison 2019 car nous sommes sous une nouvelle propriété. (* tous les clients doivent apporter des draps et des serviettes) et PAS d'animaux de compagnie s'il vous plaît.

Absolute Perfection!

I can't stress enough how wonderful our stay was! The house is awesome, with more than enough room for all of us (15 women) and everything you'd need for cooking, beaching, etc. Very clean and comfortable. It really is "steps from the beach," making it so easy to relax on the beach all day but pop back for lunch. Communicating with Brigitta was easy - she was accommodating and quick to respond. 10/10 would recommend!

Great Experience at the Big Yellow House

This property is in a great location with easy access to shops and restaurants and any easy walk to the beach. The house was terrific with ample parking and was very clean. The owner/property manager communication was excellent with very clear instructions ahead of our stay The owner was very attentive during our stay with any concerns/questions addressed immediately and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a pleasant one. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Fenwick Island/Ocean City Maryland.

Big Yellow House steps from Beach

Everything wonderful!! Only thing that would have been nice to know before our visit. We received the layout of floors and bedrooms on each floor the day before our entry. It would have been nice to know when looking at home. We had one family with 2 feet -1 cracked bone(healed) and bad sprained (healing). Just not sure where best floor for her to sleep on and bathroom layout to limit steps. Just would have relieved her anxiety before the day of traveling. Thank you.

Great Vacation

The big yellow house was perfect for us. Great location for a young family and a family reunion. The beach is gorgeous with lifeguards. The water was perfect as was the weather. I definitely would recommend staying here! Thank you Brigitta for being a great host.

Multi generational vacation in Fenwick Island

The house was beautiful and we loved the amenities and surprises left for us by the owner. The house accommodated grandparents, siblings and spouses and our kids. We all had a very fun week at Fenwick Island!

Great stay at the Big Yellow House. Plenty of space to stretch out or get some alone time. Great location just steps from the beach, ice cream, water slides, etc. Overall a fun week.

wonderful family stay!

My family of 14 stayed at this beach house for a week in June and had a wonderful stay! We especially loved the large family rooms and the well stocked kitchen. Our favorite part was how close we were to the beach :) Brigitta was so helpful and communicative. Will def stay here again if we get the chance!

We were there in the off season, so I can only imagine it's that much better when it's beach weather. Place was big and clean. Owner was on point, and readily available if needed.

Great family vacation

Our family group has had a summer vacation together for over 30 years. We have stayed at many nice properties on the bayside so this was a special treat being Oceanside. The house was wonderful and accommodated our large group very well. Also we were next door to another group of family members. Great location and very close to everything. Highly enjoyed our stay.

The Big Yellow House was PERFECT

This house was absolutely gorgeous, immaculate and decorated beautifully!! The huge kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need! I loved that in the bedroom closets they had built in drawers and shelves!!! The location is very accessible to both great restaurants and stores in Delaware and Ocean City! The beach is only a few minutes away. The owner, Brigitta, is a very gracious hostess!! She supplied the bed linens, towels, beach chairs and some additional welcoming surprises!! Anytime I needed anything, or had a question, she answered promptly!! Believe me, you won’t be disappointed if you rent this property!!! I DEFINITELY want to go back!!!

Beach perfection

Everything about Brigitta's beach house was excellent. The location is perfect - a 3 minute walk to the beach. The house is extremely well-equipped, and it was impeccably clean. Brigitta is super responsive, and she answered all of my questions clearly and quickly. We had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend, and this was largely due to her wonderful house!

Fantastic

Beautiful house very close to beach, walkable to several stores and restaurants. Easily housed our three families. Communication with owner was amazing, including an immediate reply to a question posed after 10pm. And I love the labels everywhere. :) We will definitely stay here again!

The big Yellow House

The big Yellow house was beautiful. It was well kept and very clean The kitchen had an abundance of items My husband, my 3 sons, their wives, my 7 grandchildren and I stayed there over our Thanksgiving vacation. Great Time at Big Yellow House

We had a wonderful time at the Big Yellow House! It was our first trip to Fenwick Island and we were thrilled with our choice to stay at this location. Prior to arrival, the owner Brigitta was quick to respond to any questions and check in was simple. The house was very clean. It was less than a block to the beach which was great for our little ones. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and three mini-golf options right across the street. Be aware that like many newer beach properties it is built tall so several flights of steps but it was not an issue for our group including my 75 year old mother. Overall, a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

All around wonderful!

My family and I had such a beautiful week at this lovely home. There was plenty of space for 14 of us. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook with, linens and towels were supplied (the nice fluffy ones!), and there were even games there for us to play as a family. It’s about a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and you are right in the center of everything- we could let the kids walk to Kohrs brothers for ice cream alone bc it’s right next door. Water park, golf, candy kitchen, boardwalk fries, fishers popcorn, even a little fresh seafood market- all within walking distance (and I mean like, 2 minute walks). The house is just gorgeous and Brigitta was WONDERFUL. Any little issues we may have had she honestly went above and beyond to rectify. Highly recommend this home!

Fenwick Gem

The house exceeded expectations for our large family. It’s beautiful, well equipped, and in a perfect location. Brigitta was a wonderful host. We initially had an issue with a broken bed in one of the rooms, but Brigitta was incredibly responsive and had it replaced within hours. We are alredy looking forward to returning to this property next year!

Super house and location!

I have nothing negative to say about this property for a stay. The proximity to the beach is great. If you wanted to go home to go to the bathroom or if you forgot something it was a 5 minute walk. Plenty of parking. The communication with the owner was amazing. The first day we had an issue with trying to find the sheets for the beds, but it was quickly resolved. The owner also checked in mid week to make sure everything was good. We had 8 adults and 6 children ranging from ages 0-6. There was plenty of room. There were balconies to relax on. My husband and I had the top floor with out own sitting area, bedroom, bath and balcony. It was great when we wanted some quiet time away from the grands! Kitchen is stocked with utensils, etc and there is a second refrigerator in the laundry room which was great for the beverages. This place is a GEM! Nicely appointed. Thank you, Brigitta for making this wonderful property available for our family reunion/trip. If we do this trip again, this is the place!

Great house in Fenwick

You can probably throw a baseball across state lines into ocean city from this house. The house was immaculate, has plenty of room for large groups, and the property manager was great.

Location, Location, Location. You can't get much closer to the beach and also sleep this many people! You're also in all the hustle and bustle of Fenwick island and can walk to many fun restaurants, attractions, and water activities.
