We responded promptly by replacing the cookware and addressing the AC, including the installation of a brand-new compressor during your visit to ensure guest comfort. Regarding the deck railing, monthly inspections are conducted and repairs are promptly made when issues are identified. While we understand your safety concerns, we do want to clarify; pets are not permitted on the property as stated in our house rules and children must be supervised around all water features. The hot tub has been fully serviced and is in working order. Your input helps us continue to improve, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to address these matters both during and after your stay.

Regarding the microwave, we deeply regret the inconvenience caused by its sudden malfunction. Despite our efforts to provide a replacement promptly, we understand that the logistics of the island presented challenges in sourcing a new microwave immediately. We are grateful for your understanding and resourcefulness in utilizing alternative cooking methods during your stay. We acknowledge your concerns about the wear and tear on the property, including the condition of the window shutters, deck, and porch structure. While we strive to maintain our property to the best of our ability, we understand that certain elements may show signs of aging over time.
