The house was very well appointed. All the bedrooms face the ocean and there are 3 master suites with on suite bathrooms. There's is also a large bunk room with it's own bathroom which was great for the kids to share. The linens and towels were ample. All the appliances were in good working order. The beach is the draw. It's very private and large. Of course it was January and we were there during a rare freeze, but the daytime temps reached 60 by the end of the week and we were often the only people walking the beach. Close enough to groceries and restaurants. The kitchen was very well equipped. I've never been in a rental with this many pots and pans and utensils and other items needed for cooking. You could cook a feast of you wanted. Also good to be aware that the bedrooms lack curtains, so you'll be up with the sunrise. The only negative to that is if you have kids who nap and need less light, you'll have to find a way to block some light. We made it work for the infant vacationing with us, but curtains or blinds would be a nice upgrade. Also, the house was pretty clean(kitchen and bathrooms very clean) but could use a deeper clean of cabinet fronts and corners and in the bunk room around the mattress where there is accumulated dust and debris. We never found a broom that we could use to sweep up the floors inside. These were minor things though. I would definitely rent this house again in a heartbeat.
