With an unobstructed panoramic view of the bay from two private balconies facing the western sunset, along with two decks overlooking the east side with one of the widest, most pristine canals in the area, you will toast the sunset each evening and enjoy the best fishing and crabbing outside your backdoor from morning to night. Soak up the sun on the spacious decks or play games in the shade on the lower patio where the bay breezes will keep you cool. A grill and downstairs beverage refrigerator are conveniently available for your use. There is a swim ladder for access to the canal, a covered boat dock for tethering your boat or water toys, and two crab traps to get the fishing started.

If you ever feel the need to go inside, you will find spacious rooms and private baths so that everyone can have their own space. The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances and all the amenities you can think of. Two comfortable living areas boast big screen TVs. And of course, wifi is provided. On the practical side, enjoy the use of a large utility room with brand new front loading washer and dryer.

There are beds enough to sleep a crowd--20!!-- but the house is designed so that you won't feel you are all sleeping on top of each other, unless, of course, you are sleeping in the bunk room! Two master bedrooms, one upstairs and one down, have king-sized beds, en suite baths, private balconies, and for convenience, the upstairs master is equipped with an added luxury: a handy two-person coffee maker for morning balcony quiet time, and a wine bar for sunset toasting time! Additionally, there are two secondary masters with queen beds and private en suite baths. This setup makes this vacation retreat perfect for a multi-generational family trip or a couple's weekend with four couples plus kids. And about those kids--the bunk room provides beds for 8! Plus a sofa bed in one living area, and a twin/trundle in one master make room for some overflow. And for the tiniest humans, we provide a pack and play for your convenience. Each bedroom boasts a luxury extra large shower, with the exception of one, which has a shower/tub combo for those tiny tots.

Don't want to share your ensuite bathroom with the masses? Well you don't have to. There are half baths on both the first floor and second floor.

Where's the beach? Only about a mile and a half down Bob Smith. Just head down to the pocket park on the other side of Stewart Drive with your towels, chairs, umbrellas and ice chest.
