OPTIONAL FEES:

• Winter pool heating: $175 per day / each day heated (hot-tub always heated free of charge)
• Pointe West Resort Fee: $25 per person for the duration of stay (kids 4 & under are free, more info below)
• Pet fee: $150 for the duration of stay (traveling with your furry friends? A $150 fee will be required if you choose to bring pets)

HOUSE RULES:

• You will be required to review, sign & send back a rental agreement / liability waiver within 48 hours after you book the property... if you are not comfortable with it, you can decline to sign it and request that we cancel your reservation without a cancellation penalty. If you do not send back within 48 hours, your reservation will be cancelled.

DISCLAIMER: There are outside cameras directly from the front door & over the garages... only on the front side of the house pointing to public areas for added security & safety.

POINTE WEST BEACH CLUB:

For community amenities, there is a $25 per person charge paid directly to the Pointe West Beach Club. This allows you access to all amenities for the duration of your stay.
