Beautiful property in Paso Robles. Extremely clean and lots of space. Within walking distance to downtown PR, close to lots of restaurants, shops, etc. Great home base if you exploring the wineries!

Great location ! Close to the fairgrounds and within walking distance of downtown restaurants. Plenty of room and split floor plan allows for 2 couples to stay comfortably. Could use new larger couches to fit 4 people and move tv above the shelf.

great location

great location - just a feew blocks from downtown and restauraunts, nice neghborhood, clean, nice kitchen with good cooking appliances, two bedrooms at opposite ends of the house with separate baths. Host very responsive. Will stay here again.

Our stay in Paso was SO good! Excellent little bungalow in a great location. Comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, and lovely outdoor areas. We will definitely stay again.

Paso weekend

Great trip to Paso Robles with friends for a weekend of wine tasting, dining out, and live music. The unit was perfect - clean, modern, comfortablel and walkable to downtown.

Nice house

House was very clean, quiet neighborhood close to town, great house for 2 couples or family with 2 kids. A/C worked great, it was 110+ when we were there. Cooked dinner one night, kitchen is well stocked with utensils/ dishes/ pans. Would recommend this place for sure.

Overall it was a very enjoyable stay and property. I would be happy to stay there again or recommend it to anyone, with the following caveats: 1. Needs a curtain in the shower window, 2. Needs a door to the bathroom.

March 2023 Stay

This was such a fantastic house to visit Paso Robles from with our daughter and son-in-law; the house was clean and inviting and in a great location! Plenty of space, we weren’t on top of each other. The kitchen was nicely stocked with great equipment and dishware; it was fun to cook in, while enjoying conversation with everyone. We comfortably played games by night on the dining room table, walked to restaurants, and could come back between wineries to drop things off or change clothes. We would definitely stay here again!

1 week wine trip to Paso

Overall the Bungalow on Vine was a great choice for us. The house had pretty much everything we expected and needed, the location was close enough to walk downtown and the neighborhood was quiet. Some good: - having the fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and all the cookware we needed was really nice. - the large closets were great to unpack and have everything ready to go. No living out of a suitcase here. - the outdoor space is nice (we didn't use the grill so can't comment on that). Some bad: - the AC unit works, but is pretty loud. If you are a light sleeper it will probably wake you up at night. - the hot water ran out on us during our showers the first morning -- and there was only 2 of us! So the other mornings we had to be quick. - it would be nice to have curtains or some type of shade on the patio door in the dining room. The neighboring house is "right there". We didn't feel unsafe at all, but it would be nice to be able to close it off at night. - the trash can in the bathroom with the flip-up lid is beating the paint off the walls where it continually hits - there were a couple long blonde hairs in the basket with the wash cloths - the knives could be a bit sharper and a few more "normal" size coffee cups would be nice (there were only 3). Maybe some directions to use the Keurig machine? - knowing exactly what could or couldn't be recycled was not listed and I had to look up online.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: vacation rental was just as described. It was very clean, well appointed, very walkable to downtown, only three blocks away. Property Management staff very professional, friendly and helpful when we needed assistance in figuring out how to turn the computer on. Even after they called the owner and sent in a maintenance person who also could not get it to cooperate. My only suggestion would be for the owner to possibly provide a picture of where the button is to get it to turn on. It is a perfect house for 2 couples with each having their own ensuite. I will definitely be staying there again.

Great location home is just a few blocks from the square. The house is nicely furnished with all the modern amenities. Kitchen is very nice and comes with everything needed to make full meals. When we arrived, the dishwasher had water in the basin and it smelled terrible. Visible sign of mold throughout and washer would not drain. I contacted the property manager and she quickly sent out a repair person. The dishwasher drain system was repaired and we were told to run two cycles to clean away the mold and foul smell. The smell was better but not completely gone and the mold was still visible. We did not use the dishwasher during our stay. Also, it was 95 degrees plus during our stay and the guest bedroom was always warm. The cool air from the AC system struggled to push air into the guest bedroom vent. It was very uncomfortable for our guest which caused them to spend a couple of nights in the living room. The interior of the house had lots of cobwebs which we cleaned ourselves. Other than those three issues we enjoyed our stay but would probably not rent the unit again.

Its location was just a couple of blocks from the main part of town. Easy walk to restaurants. (Parking was difficult downtown.) We were visiting Paso Robles for some wine tastings at several vineyards. This rental had everything we were looking for..... location, off street parking, 2B/2B and reasonably priced. We would stay here again! I highly recommend this property!

Really nice home blocks away from everything. The bed in the main bedroom was really comfortable. Check in was seamless and we had no problems entering the home. Kitchen was great, fully stocked with whatever you would need for cooking, lots of wine glasses on hand!
