Stay on a Vineyard~ The Winemakers Porch is tucked away in the beautiful rolling countryside of Paso Robles. A short drive to the heart of downtown, this charming barn-to-abode is perched on the hillside of Francis James Vineyard. This wine country retreat offers unparalleled views of the sun-drenched grapevines and dotted oak trees throughout. Open the barn doors and invite the outside in as you settle into your new home away from home in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath house. Sleeps 4 guests.
About the space:
Kitchen:
Walk through the barn doors into the first floor living area. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, all of the essentials needed to prepare a gourmet meal and even a dedicated workspace. Small appliances include a Keurig Duo coffee maker, French press, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, blender and so much more.
Living Area:
Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining space is set for four guests while the living room features a large, cozy couch, two reclining chairs and 50â Smart TV for guests to enjoy. Amenities abound including numerous books and board games.
Bedrooms/bathrooms:
Head upstairs to the spacious primary bedroom which has a luxurious queen size bed with upscale linens, kitchenette with a microwave plus mini fridge and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Enjoy a private dinner at your own dining table or adjourn to the cozy fireplace. Upstairs you will also find a quaint guest bedroom with a queen size bed, upscale linens and table for two. There is a reading chair to enjoy some relaxing down time as well. The guest bathroom is located downstairs on the first floor with a step-in shower. Each bathroom is equipped with hair dryers, luxury towels, shampoo/conditioner/soap, hand soap, makeup towels, and more.
Outside:
As you exit outside onto your front porch and overlook the sprawling vineyard landscape, enjoy a glass of Bordeaux style wine made from Francis James Vineyard. Experience al fresco dining while BBQing as the sun sets over the hillside. Wander over to the outdoor firepit for an evening under the stars, play a round of horseshoes or swing under a majestic oak tree. This rental offers a one of a kind experience in wine country where you can stroll through the rows of a working vineyard just steps from your front door. (Ask us about our frequent visitor discount when you book a second time!)
***This property has an amazing history as a former bed and breakfast for 14 years and also has been a successful 5-star vacation rental for the last 7 years.
Items to note:
-Property owners live in the main home on the property.
-There is no washer/dryer onsite.
-NO parties. Not to be used as a wedding event space in any capacity.
-Maximum 4 guests at property. No additional guests allowed.
-NO smoking.
-The property is fully gated.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, access to stroll the vineyard rows, BBQ, horseshoe pit, fire pit, corn hole, board games, books and private (gated) parking.

This home is a quick 12 minute drive to the downtown Paso Robles square. Close to the best craft breweries, wine tasting rooms, charming coffee shops, restaurants and local gift shops. Explore all that our town has to offer from the convenience of this vineyard home.
Pet Policy:
We have a strict NO pet policy here. Please leave your furry friends at home. Any guests who do not abide by this rule will be asked to leave or incur a fine of $500.
ALL Front Porch Properties include these LUXE amenities:
Kitchen: Coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, mini snack basket to enjoy, olive oil, spices, Saran Wrap, foil, Ziploc bags, dish sponge and paper towels.
Bathroom: Shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, paper products, Q-tips, cotton balls, towels, makeup towels, toothbrushes.
Bedroom: Linens and extra blankets.
Extras: Our curated booklet of Nicole + Tressa's favorite wineries (there are 300+ to explore), restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and activities! Check-in/check-out instructions.

Itâs just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and youâll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. Itâs simple: finish these steps, and youâre all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info wonât be sent without completing these steps, and refunds arenât possible if skipped.
