Beautiful property. The house was a nice size, well appointed and very comfortable. The outside area is also very nice. We had a nice long weekend here and it is perfectly situated in the Paso wine country, with quick access to many wineries. Would recommend for 1 or 2 couples.
The guest house was even better than the photos. It was spacious, well stocked, comfortable beds/linens and quiet. Location was fabulous and very convenient for wine tasting. The hosts were very welcoming. If we come back to this area, we would definitely stay here. It was a wonderful two night stay!
Wonderful! Very comfortable in a beautiful location. We were busy with Cal Poly graduation while in town and only wish we had more time to relax at the VRBO. Would definitely come back.
This darling ranch style guest house was just what we needed for our three day stay in Paso Robles. It is well equipped, comfortable and met all our needs. The view of the Vineyards and Oaks are gorgeous and Chuck was quick to answer. Any questions we had. We will be back.
We have stayed here several times now and still love it. Such a beautiful location which is close enough to easily get to town yet far enough to feel like we are away from it all. I highly recommend this home as a base for your Paso trip. So relaxing to come back to after a day of wine tasting.
A short get-away with old friends---the house is perfect for 2 couples with each bedroom having an attached bathroom. The house was very clean and located in a beautiful and accessible area to main roads in Paso. We loved having the jacuzzi and Bar-B-Q! We definitely will be back!
âŠto a great VRBO property in Paso Robles. Super convenient to everything! Chuck is very responsive to our needs. My guests proclaimed that the beds had the most comfortable mattresses. Canât wait to return.
This property was great and had beautiful vineyard views from the front yard and the backyard. The house is located in a very nice, quiet, and private area, so it is very peaceful and relaxing! The home and property had great amenities and was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was great and we canât wait to visit again!
We really enjoyed our time on the vineyard. It was just a short drive from the highway, easy to find, and very private. The house has a beautiful view of the vineyard. We had everything we needed, they even provided coffee pods, half n half, and a bottle of wine. We would definitely stay here again!
We had a wonderful stay for my friendâs birthday. The home was very clean and Christian communicated with me prior to our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed (although I wasnât able to respond as my VRBO was not working). I would love to come back and visit again in the future.
This is our third time staying at this property. We love this location and the house is always a welcoming place to be. We got to enjoy watching the goats graze in the vineyards during this visit. They were so cute. The house always has everything we need. We hated to leave, especially since the location is so peaceful. We will be back again!
Very nice property in a beautiful location within a vineyard. Quiet and peaceful, this well kept and sparkling clean property is close to some of the best wineries in the region. The host exhibits exceptional hospitality. We hope to return soon!
This property exceeded expectations! Clean house with all amenities needed. Hot tub was a an extra to enjoy. Highly recommend this beautiful property that is close and convenient to town, shopping, and wine tastings.
The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Clean and well stocked. The property is breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub, stargazing and listening to the early morning birds while sipping on coffee. I canât wait to return for another visit in wine country. Thank you!!
Had a great time at this property. Charles was great to work with and we felt we had the entire vineyard to ourselves. Looking forward to our next visit!
Very nice house in the middle of a vineyard. Everything we needed was available and the house is close to downtown and other wineries. We would definitely stay there again.
I have lived in Southern California my entire life. My wife and I have enjoyed our visits to the wine country over the years and have always thought we would own a working vineyard some day. We live on the property and you will see us around with our two Australian Shepherds, Wilma and Fred. They are our Flintstone dogs.
We had been looking for the right property for quite some time when we first saw this property. We immediately fell in love with the property for a number of reasons. First, at 15 acres it is the right size for us - we have almost 7 acres planted with Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Verdot vines. Secondly, we feel like we are out in the country, but we are only 10 minutes from downtown Paso Robles. Finally, we have an extra home on the property that we can share with our friends and guests.
The sunrises and sunsets are magical here and we generally get a cool afternoon breeze every day in the summer. It can get cold in the winter, but generally warms up to the high 60âs or low 70âs during the day. Itâs not unusual to see temperatures over 100 during the day in the summer, but it usually drops into the mid 60âs at night.
The guesthouse is the original ranch home built on the east side of Arbor Road. The property was first developed in the mid 70âs by a lima bean farmer from Orange County. He moved up to Paso Robles from Orange County because he thought Orange County was becoming too crowded at that time. He originally owned most of the property on the east side of Arbor Road. When he needed money during retirement he simply subdivided a 15-30 acre parcel off and sold it. There are only 14 residences on Arbor Road.
Arbor Oaks Vineyard is located on the favorable west side of Paso Robles. Guests can easily walk to at least 3 vineyards from our property.
The owners are willing to assist with recommendations for restaurants and wine tasting. We enjoy meeting our guests at some point during their visit, however, we want them to feel like they are staying in their own home so we tend to give them as much privacy as they would like.
