Idéalement située dans le quartier recherché et branché de Notting Hill à Londres, une superbe maisonnette de trois chambres offre un hébergement substantiel au rez-de-chaussée et au rez-de-chaussée avec un jardin arrière exceptionnellement grand. Trois chambres, deux salles de bains et un grand jardin.

La maisonnette comprend une généreuse salle de réception, une cuisine moderne, trois chambres, deux salles de bains, WC séparés et jardin privé

Talbot Road est une rue bien située à quelques minutes des restaurants, des boutiques et des bars de Notting Hill et de Kensington Gardens. Portobello Road et son fantastique marché et ses bars et restaurants branchés sont à quelques minutes.

Pour les automobilistes, un accès facile est fourni à l'A40 (M) pour les trajets à destination et en provenance de Londres, Queensway (ligne centrale) et Bayswater (lignes District, Circle et Central) sont les stations de métro les plus proches et les services de National Rail sont accessibles via la gare de Paddington (Hammersmith & City, District, Circle et Bakerloo Lines).

Notting Hill est un quartier de l'ouest de Londres, dans le Royal Borough de Kensington et Chelsea. La région est surtout connue pour le marché de Portobello (sur Portobello Road, sans surprise), qui se déroule tous les jours sauf le dimanche, et le carnaval de Notting Hill, qui a lieu chaque année le dernier week-end d'août.

Bien sûr, nous ne pouvions pas parler de Notting Hill sans mentionner le film. Sorti en 1999 et mettant en vedette Hugh Grant et Julia Roberts, le film a fait beaucoup pour promouvoir et susciter l'intérêt dans la région. La fin des années 90, après tout, était encore une époque où une grande partie de Notting Hill subissait des changements et une gentrification.

Notting Hill est un endroit idéal à visiter, de ses cafés et restaurants, son marché et ses boutiques, à ses nombreux pubs et bars. Il détient beaucoup de divertissement, quel que soit votre intérêt - que ce soit le shopping, la restauration, le cinéma, la boisson, le clubbing ou plus!

Great apartment in a lovely part of town. Really enjoyed being in the Notting Hill area, very walkable and close to shops and cafes. The apartment was perfect for us- 2 couples, one with a toddler. Great space to hang out in between sightseeing. We also enjoyed the yard space with the little one! Easy check in and good communication with the host.

A great spot and well set up for families. Close to Potobello Road/Notting Hill cafes and bakeries, and the great pubs of Westbourne Grove. Definitely recommended.

Family in Notting Hill

We spent the first part of our holiday in a spectacular hotel near St James Park - but everyone enjoyed staying here even more. Lovely flat in a lovely neighborhood and a fantastic spot where you can imagine what living in London might be like - dreamy! The flat is well provisioned, and just as described - a perfect spot for our four adults, but children would have been easy here too. We hope to stay again next time we're in town.

Perfect location for exploring London

The house was as it appears in pictures. It was clean and everything was usable. It's a great location for exploring London. There are a few Tube stops within walking distance, but also plenty of bus stops. If you use the TfL Go app, you can plan any trip you want in the London area and get to it easily. Loads of great restaurants and cafes nearby. No complaints, would stay again.

The property was located in a very convenient location with easy access to all that London has to offer. Check in process was smooth. Upon opening the door, all 5 of us were disappointed. The listing claimed it was newly renovated, but we found scuffs on the floor, stains on the furniture, cobwebs hanging, and its in need of a deep clean. Our greatest disappointment was that there was no hot tub present. The listing had mentioned a hot tub and a bathtub. We only got a bathtub. It was hot during our stay, and there were only 2 room fans in the 3 bedroom apartment and only one window that opened in the lower floor where all 3 bedrooms are located. It was very stuffy and no cross ventilation. The door from the bath to the backyard was inoperable which left a musty odor throughout. It would have been very helpful to have a welcome guide with a few nearby restaurants, pubs and grocers highlighted. We arrived late Saturday evening after traffic delays and missed the shops and food service. The wooden railing to the backyard was loose and wobbly and the bottom stair was missing a tread. A USB Plug adapter would have been very welcome to recharge our phones as we had to wait until morning to purchase one.

The apartment has a bathtub, as described, but there is no mention of a hot tub, so we are sorry if there was any misunderstanding regarding this. Regarding cleanliness, the apartment underwent a professional deep cleaning prior to your arrival. We nevertheless take comments about cleanliness seriously and will review the points you have raised with our cleaning team. As for the USB plug adapter, this is not an amenity provided with the apartment. As plug standards vary between countries, guests travelling internationally would normally be expected to bring the appropriate adapter for their own electronic devices. We appreciate your additional comments and will take the constructive points into consideration. At the same time, we feel it is important to clarify the above details so that the description of the property and the amenities actually offered are accurately represented.

Amazing trip!

We waited until the last minute to book a new year's Eve vacation in London. Hotels were booked so we turned to vrbo and found this house. We could not have been more pleased. It was very easy to get to from the train station and within walking distance of portobello road and lancaster street and so many spots of interest. Very safe and lovely neighborhood. We had dinner the first night at one pub and it was amazing. Our last night my husband and I went out to dinner at an italian restaurant and had the most amazing truffle ravioli. The house was toasty warm and had everything we needed with two teenagers and an 8 year old. The owner made the check in process very easy. Absolutely stunning place.

Great place in a great location. The property itself is very nicely decorated and well-appointed, and it is in an ideal location in Notting Hill. For the location and most of the experience, it would rank 5-stars, but we had some difficulties in our stay. These include cleaning that began after our check-in time, decorative door handles that fell off of doors, and a clothes washer that was non-functional due to an error code. I reached out to the property owner via email, but we must have had some difficulty connecting (who knows, it could’ve been a spam folder issue or some unexpected issue). All of those items were manageable, and could be easily rectified. Do not let these transitory issues impact your decision: it is a terrific property, very comfortable, and ideally located if you like Notting Hill.

Dirty, terrible linens, worst Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve stayed in many

Refrigerator filled with old smelly food, no room to put our food. Utensil drawer in kitchen was dirty, making it so we needed to wash them to eat. Upstairs living area was good. Never did find bin liners for the trash Downstairs, there were two lights tat didn’t work. Linens were old and uncomfortable.

Nice Option in London

I made a reservation at this residence in Notting Hill at the last minute due to a change in work plans. The location of the house is quite good being close to some very nice areas in Notting Hill and Portobello Road Markets. The unit is on the first floor which provides access to a very nice rear yard area. The dining area / parlor floor is quite nice and airy. The kitchen is small, but well laid out. It could be quite easy to just prepare meals in the home if there weren’t so many good restaurants nearby. The bedrooms are downstairs. The bedroom and en-suite bath in the back have recently been re-tiled. The bedroom in the front of the home also has an en-suite bath, but the tub might not be suitable for everyone.

Quiet but close enough to central London

Really came to love the Notting Hill neighborhood. Had never been there. The underground stop was close enough that even my husband with mobility limitations could easily manage it. The apartment was convenient when some of us wanted to stay back and rest from sightseeing, and it wasn't terribly noisy. We were a little concerned about the lack of A/C with the warmer temps in summer these days, but it was ok. Manfredo said he would provide fans if we needed them, but we managed without. Bedrooms are on the lower level, so don't heat up as much.The back bedrooms do not have windows for air circulation. Front king bedroom has a large window which we kept open most of the time. Nice large fridge for keeping drinks cold after a long day of sightseeing. And a good sized freezer to make ice cubes!!! We would stay there again.

Great location, otherwise a mixed bag

We've stayed in over a dozen VRBOs over the years, and this one was mixed. Notting Hill is a lovely neighborhood and is close to great restaurants and transit stops. But the flat itself needs maintenance. There was just one set of keys for our whole family, and we were on different time schedules and so had to place the one key in a lockbox down a rickety set of steps below the front door, with a railing that wobbled seriously. The carpet was stained. The back door was nearly impossible to lock. The steps down into the back yard were even more wobbly than those in front, with the railing swaying more than 8 inches side to side. The main shower downstairs backed up on our first night. We'd consider staying here again only if the owners addressed these issues.

Un seul mot : Parfait

Très beau duplex. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le grand double sejour avec cuisine ouverte. Espace nuit était également à la hauteur et vraiment adapté à notre famille. Localisation parfaite dans un quartier top.

Great location, great space

This is a very nice place with a big back garden. The bedrooms are lower level but very pleasant. The shower room is awesome. We were very comfortable in the house with 5 people staying.
