Magnifiquement rénové 1bed / 1bath condo avec un loft !!! Ce condo a des plafonds voûtés, climatisation, lave-linge / sèche-linge, barbecue, et est la seule unité avec une terrasse donnant sur la piscine. Le loft dispose d'un grand lit et lit simple double. Juste à quelques pas de Del Mar Racetrack, la plage et des bars / restaurants. Le complexe dispose d'une piscine / jacuzzi chauffée, d'un sauna, d'un garage pour une voiture et de nombreux autres places de parking. L'emplacement est très souhaitable avec un accès facile à l'autoroute de super. La location de vacances idéale pour toute personne et tout le monde !!!!

GREAT PROPERTY & LOCATION

This was our 3rd summer staying 30 days at this property! We love how quiet it is and the AC, private garage, cleanliness and value will keep us coming back. The porch w/BBQ looking at the pool & hot tub are great - and the loft with 2 beds are perfect for our boys. Thank you Brock for being so attentive and let us keep on coming back.

Fabulous place, especially location

We just completed a one month stay at Brock's place which was delightful. The unit was as described by pictures and other reviews: Nice bedroom with plenty of storage, well-stocked kitchen and ample living space. The upstairs loft was perfect for working remotely and for the guest we had during our stay. We brought our dog and were thrilled to discover a great open area on the east side of the condo complex to let her run off leash. Having the enclosed garage space was also a big plus, and it was large enough to accommodate our bike as well as the car. The location is awesome - 10-15 minute walk to the dog beach, 15 minutes to downtown Solana Beach, 10 minutes by car to Torrey Pines to the south and Encintas to the north. Brock was extremely responsive to our questions and the entire check in/out process was incredibly easy. All in all, we highly recommend Brock as a host and this condo in particular. Thanks Brock!

Quiet complex with AC and all the amenities

Perfect location that is a short walk to the beach. Having a garage is a big perk over a 30 day period. This is our 2nd stay +30 days at this property and we love how quiet this particular unit is and neighboring community. The balcony/patio has a new BBQ is a great extension of the main floor with a view of the pool and hot tub. The master bedroom has a new/updated shower and a really comfy bed. The loft with 2 beds were perfect for our teenage boys. Brock is accessible and accommodating. We’ll definitely be back a 3rd time.

Summer Get Away

Great Solana Beach location near everything. The loft in the unit worked perfectly as an office, for my husband who was working from home. Well stocked kitchen was a plus, but some appliances are aging. Loved our morning walks in the area and access to the pool. Brock, the owner was very responsive and helpful.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for a family of 4, the loft is a great spot for kids! We loved being so close to the pool as well. The location is perfect, walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops and beaches. Thanks again for everything!

Lovely condo in a great location

My husband and I loved our stay. The condo is very comfy and has everything you need to feel at home as soon as you walk through the door. The location is ideal. You can walk to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. We were there with our dogs and having an off leash beach in walking distance was fantastic. The condo is close to the 5 so it is easy to get anywhere, yet far enough that you never hear any noise. It is a nice and quiet location. We met several people that live in condo complex. They were all very friendly and really made us feel welcome. It was truly hard to leave at the end of our stay. Brock was an excellent host. Before, during, and after our stay he was very helpful and responsive.

Great location!

This is our second stay here. Great location: close to the beach, I-5, shopping, even downtown San Diego is not that far. The condo has everything you need: washer/dryer, garage parking, a small deck that looks out over the community pool, and, most importantly, air conditioning. Maybe you didn't need it years ago but you definitely need it now during the summer. Brock, the owner, is very accommodating and easy to get a hold of and always answers our calls/texts quickly. We've never had any issues and are looking forward to staying here again.

Great experience!!

Stayed at this condo for an extended period. Super clean, great neighbors, parking was a bonus, and a really nice area. Great location! Close to I5, walk to Cedros, trail and beach, close to the 101. A few small (normal) things popped up and Brock was super responsive and handled immediately!! Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful Solana Beach condo!

We rented Brock’s condo for a couple of months and it was perfect for us! Great location within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and Cedros Market District. The condo is updated and tastefully decorated with everything you need for your stay. We hope to come back!

Homey and great location.

We’ve been summering in San Diego the last four years and we really like this place. Perfect location - close to the beach, not far from downtown and an easy drive to Carlsbad, one of our favorite places to visit. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Very comfortable, nice kitchen and the patio overlooks the pool. We always travel with our dog and there are plenty of grassy areas to walk him. Brock, the owner, was very accommodating and quick to respond when we had a question.

BEST location and UPGRADED condo!

Condo located between I5 and the beach, across from Del Mar racetrack/fairgrounds. 2nd floor so vaulted ceilings made it feel roomy. We stayed for 5 weeks and loved it. The King bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in, the master bath was upgraded and the kitchen was upgraded and felt like home. Our boys (12/14) stayed in the loft and loved the space/privacy, and that they had their own beds. This unit had its own garage which made it convenient to always have a parking spot and space to store our beach stuff. Loved the pool/spa and the view off the balcony. We were surprised how quiet this unit/complex was. Owners were very responsive. We’ll definitely be back next summer. Best VRBO experience we’ve had.

Great property and location!

The condo is clean, updated, and in a great location. We have family in Solana Beach, so the location was perfect. The kitchen was well-stocked, i.e., plenty of spices, dishes, coffee maker, crockpot, etc. and larger than most places we've rented. We were able to have our family over for dinner and the dining area seats six comfortably. There is great storage in the condo, and it's nice to have designated parking and a stackable washer/dryer in the condo. We enjoy watching sports, so we appreciated the nice TV in the living area and in the master bedroom. Great shower, plenty of linens, and nice double sinks in the bathroom. Although we didn't use the pool due to cool weather, it looks nice and is visible from the deck. You can walk to a few restaurants; it's only a short drive to shopping, and the beach is only about a 10-15 minute walk. We also really appreciated the opportunity to have our fur kid with us. Brock was always very helpful and kind. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Solana Beach Condo .. Close to Everything

This is a really nice, clean, updated and well equipped condo. The unit came well stocked with basic supplies to get us started in our stay. Nice big master bedroom with plenty of room for storage. Master bathroom is nice too with a stylish walk-in shower. The location of the unit overlooks the landscaped pool area and as a result, gives the kitchen/living area space lots of natural light and a feeling of openness. The complex itself is very convenient too, with lots of restaurants and shops within reasonable walking distances. Of course, the beach is walk-able too (Dog Beach is the closest). And if walking’s not your thing, it’s only a two-minute drive. Lastly, our host Brock, is super nice and responsive to our needs! Stay here – you’ll love it!

Great place and great host !

The property has everything you would want and need. Extremely well updated and high quality. Also, Brock could not be more accommodating as a host. He responds quickly and truly wants you to have the best stay possible. My wife was very pregnant when we stayed there and due to that we had a couple unusually requests and he did everything he could to accomodate them.

Delightful stay!

We are new to HomeAway system, having only stayed at one other property for 5 days. Committing to 30 days plus was a little scary since you don't really know the specific location and surrounding neighborhoods until you are booked. Any concern evaporated once we reached the property. Even though it is close to the fairgrounds and lists it's address as the main street, the condo is tucked back and surprisingly private. Being a condo, we were leery of a high density residence. The property is on the 2nd floor of a 4 unit building with one staircase leading to it and the only other neighbor. During our extended stay, we only saw them twice. The balcony overlooking the pool was also rather private since there were no open decks on either side. The layout is scattered with lovely landscaping and green areas for dogs nearby. Inside the unit ,the description and photos are spot on but there's a tranquility that doesn't project in pictures. Everything was spotless and well appointed and equipped---the deck has a gas grill that Brock even provided with an extra propane tank---which we needed! Many of the residents have been there for years and we met some very nice people. The demographic included all ages------ families with young children, single professionals as well as active seniors. We loved the blend! Even though we were so close to much of the Del Mar action, the property itself is very quiet. Dealing with Brock was fantastic and we hope to be back there again soon! We were sad to leave.....

Totally great.

The unit was a perfect size for us. Very nicely remodeled; lots of storage for our month stay, nice size bedroom, spacious bath, great kitchen, DR and LR. The unit included 2 large TVs, Wifi,and pretty much any device required . Loft was nice for when our grandkids came for a weekend. Garage is very convenient and overall the complex has nice amenities - pool, spa, nice dog areas. Location is fantastic; close to everything - shopping, restaurants, beaches, etc - easy access to major tourist attractions. We loved the whole experience and plan to return.

An excellent oasis in Solana Beach

My family and I stayed at this wonderful Solana Beach home for the entire month of July, 2017. It truly felt both like a vacation paradise AND a home away from home. The furnishings were great -- modern, stylish and comfortable and the house was well-stocked with everything we needed. The patio with a gas BBQ overlooking the pool added a nice touch. The kitchen, bedroom and living area were comfortable and spacious. The owner, Brock, was very helpful and always available to answer our questions. The location -- close to the highway, the track and only a mile from the beach and adjacent to both Solana Beach and Del Mar was perfect. The next time we are in San Diego, we will be sure to make a trip back!
