- No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties OR anywhere in the complex
- No pets
- For work from home we always recommend having a hot spot
- There is one flight of stairs from the parking garage up to the ground level, and then a flight of stairs down to the unit. The complex does not have elevators or luggage carts.
-This property is in a condo complex with neighbors all around. We don't monitor construction or noise from neighbors and this should be taken into consideration when booking
- 1 assigned parking space in gated garage
