Stunning Cliffside Condo | Oceanfront

I'm sorry our guest, Harris, was not satisfied with the cleanliness of our condo. We communicated this with our housekeeper who was also very sorry that her efforts did not satisfy Harris. We all failed and do apologize. We have re-doubled our efforts to ensure this does not happen again. One thing to note, Harris was quite upset when he realized that the condo does not have A/C. While this is made clear in our listing, Harris must have missed this and it seems to have really hampered his enjoyment during his stay. From the moment he realized that the condo could get warm on hot afternoons (too warm for him at least), he was not happy with anything and the complaints really started rolling in. Unfortunately, Harris was also rude to members of the HOA staff on-site the property as well. Overall, it was a poor experience for us and we left a 3-star review for Harris, the lowest review we've ever given. Regardless, we truly strive to make all of our guests happy with their stay, irrespective of anything else. So thank you again, Harris, and we do apologize. While we wouldn't be willing to host you again, we do thank you for the lesson learned and we will strive to ensure it's corrected for all of our future guests.
