Si vous aimez faire affaire avec des propriétaires vraiment cool et ne pas passer par une agence impersonnelle, si vous aimez le service amical et les tarifs très raisonnables, vous êtes au bon endroit !!! Michael et moi sommes fiers de notre service client amical et de notre belle villa. Dormez comme un bébé sur notre MATELAS CERTIFIÉ BIOLOGIQUE EN MAÎTRE ET REINE Matelas sur 2 étages !! Notre villa est à quelques pas de 12 miles des plus belles plages de sable blanc de l'océan Hilton Head Island. Il a été dit que Hilton Head possède les plages les plus larges de la côte est. Cette villa privée orientée plage est magnifique et a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour des vacances reposantes en famille et / ou entre amis. Récemment acheté, rénové et entièrement neuf (jusqu'aux montants et sous-planchers). Nouvelles fenêtres d'ouragan partout avec de belles vues sur le lagon des trois niveaux. Une terrasse avec mobilier de jardin et barbecue à gaz, ainsi que le balcon privé au 3ème étage de la suite principale avec un grand espace de rangement. Notre villa offre toutes les commodités de la maison. Téléviseurs à écran plat dans la salle familiale et dans chaque chambre, console de jeux vidéo, plan d'étage ouvert, laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Accessoires de plage, livres, magazines et informations sur l'île fournis ainsi que 2 piscines d'eau salée sur place. Un mini-frigo et une station de café dans la chambre principale créent une escapade romantique dans la villa elle-même avec son propre balcon privé donnant sur le lagon et la pièce d'eau. Seascape est situé sur une belle piste cyclable de 40 miles et les meilleurs terrains de golf de Hilton Head ne sont qu'à une courte distance de la villa. Shopping et restauration sur la place Coligney est une courte promenade. Cette villa est magnifique! Commencez des années de souvenirs dans cette spacieuse villa avec tant à offrir.

Il y a aussi un pavillon privé et une passerelle vers la plage pour nos clients. Nous vous fournirons les informations nécessaires pour accéder aux toilettes et au dressing propres et pratiques.

Island Thyme

Location was great, short shaded walk to the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable. The second ac unit upstairs in the master was perfect and the little deck off the master with coffee machine upstairs and mini fridge to enjoy your morning coffee in peace!

Restful week

This place has everything you need. The kitchen is fully stocked and even has trash bags and tp and paper towels to get you started. It was a good 8 minute walk to the beach but there was a cart and lots of beach supplies which was awesome. Beds were super comfortable and we all had enough space.

Summer trip , great stay June 2025

We loved our stay in the Hilton head Vila. Christie was an excellent host and even available to us when we had questions throughout our stay. She sent very thorough info about Hilton head and local areas/restaurants to check out and the check in was so easy. We stayed with our 2 adult children and the master suite was perfect to allow privacy for us and them to be up later than us and not have to worry about waking us.up.The second floor deck was so nice for coffee in morning and a cocktail in evening . Every thing is well stocked and the beds very comfortable. The added ac on third level made sleeping so comfortable . We would mostly bike to beach in 2-3 minutes , but could walk with the beach wagon to bring a bigger cooler when needed. We would defiantly stay again .

Wonderful Stay

This property was perfect for our family. There were 5 of us- 2 parents and 3 adult children. I loved having a master bedroom suite on the top floor. We had a lot of privacy. The bed was so comfortable. Our adult children had plenty of space in the other two rooms. We really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit especially after having the airline lose our gate checked luggage and not having any clothes for a couple of days. The owners texted us on the first day to let us know that the property was clean and ready to go and we could go in early that day. Unfortunately we were not able to take advantage of the extra hours because the same airline that lost our baggage canceled our earlier flight and we had to rebook a later flight. We enjoyed the walking distance to the beach. It was a quick 5-6 min walk. The host has beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys and a beach wagon to carry it all. There is also a bathroom near the beach that you have access to so you don’t have walk back to the townhome. There is also a bbq and we used it quite a bit. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dinnerware. It was so nice to have a clean and spacious place to stay after we had such a disastrous time trying to get there. It helped us decompress. Thank you!PS - the airline has the initials AA.

Everything you need and more

The property had everything we needed for our stay. It was a nice touch to have many extras eg baby cot, beach toys, salt, oil etc. Host was easy to contact and responded promptly. Great position for the beach and Coligny plaza. 2 accessible pools nearby which the boys loved. The Marriott nearby had music and happy hour 4 to 6 each day, nice stop on way back from beach. Throughly enjoyed our stay Thank you

Beach Days

We totally enjoyed the villa. The AC worked great on all floors in the 90 degree weather. We cooked out on the patio some nights and ate out at near by restaurants. The villa is an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and near by shops. Everything you need is available in the villa. We had a great time.

Family get together

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was perfect for our family- privacy for all and the back deck was wonderful sitting out with all the shade and beauty of the Island. Beach access was not too far and we rented bikes and were able to go so many places on the Island. Christie was an amazing host and communication was so easy with her. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! One of our favorite stays in Hilton Head!

Fun break at the beach over the holiday weekend

We had a great time at the house. It was a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. The house was clean and well updated with small details that made the stay enjoyable. The host seemed very interested in making sure we had a fun and safe time.

Golf Trip

The house and host were great. We were four 50 yr old men down for golf and some good food. The house was spotless and exactly what we needed, with great location to everything we wanted. The host was very communicative and a pleasure to deal with. Had a great time!

Another Great Island Thyme Stay!

This was our second time staying at this property and once again the property and location exceeded our expectations! The owners are fantastic! Every detail is taken care and if we ever had a question, the communication was great! Please see my original review from April 2023. Beach vacation

We have stayed at this property several times now. It’s amazing. Everything is as described but better. Christie is so kind and easy to work with. We love the master suite on the 3rd floor and the balcony is amazing looking over the lagoon. Is so relaxing and a short walk to our favorite beach. Our grandson enjoyed walks looking at turtles and the pool. We plan many more trips at this property!!

Amazing location & condo!

We spent 3 nights here and just loved the condo and amenities. Christie and Mike were attentive hosts and their place is so comfortable and well supplied. Short walk to the beach, Harbor Town and Coligny were close and the Piggly Wiggly is not to be missed. Will definitely stay here again and recommend Island Thyme to all our friends who travel to Hilton Head!

Amazing Hosts

Working with the hosts of this property was such a delight. They were incredibly communicative about the property and any information that we would need during our stay. The configuration of the rooms was perfect for our family, with a "kid-friendly" room on the middle floor and another king size bed in a large bedroom right next door. The top floor was a primary suite with balcony and large bathroom. Our group consisted of one family (with kids) and an additional couple with no kids. So, having two (almost) primary bedrooms was a great set up. The property provides lots of beach necessities, including an easy to carry and set up umbrella that we were glad to have since we did not have our own to bring. Lots of spare spices in the pantry also. The location was not a far walk from the beach, but it also (obviously) was not right out the door. The property was only about a mile from the Coligny area, so was super convenient to everything.

We did not have to communicate with anyone during our stay because we had no issues. The condo was very roomy and clean, we had everything we needed, and we had a great vacation. I would definitely stay here again. Great location.

Seascape is a must-stay!

We had an amazing stay at Christie’s place in the Seascape Villas! Christie communicated so well throughout the whole process and answered any questions we had! The villa is a short 2 minute walk to the pool and a 5-6 minute walk to the beach. The villa was very clean, well-stocked, and nice and cool in the Hilton Head heat! The AC unit in the 3rd floor master was a treat and the bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up in the morning! We would definitely stay again!

Beyond Incredible!

I just can’t say enough good things about our stay! Mike and Christie are the best to work with! They were super communicative, kind and when we had a mishap they were quick to resolve! The Condo was clean, great location and spacious with everything we needed. We enjoyed bikes around the island and great places to eat! I can’t say enough good things! We are HONEST people and we have INTEGRITY. We believe in DOING THE RIGHT THING.
We have three children, all married, and our family is growing now by leaps and bounds, up to six wonderful grandchildren and counting!! This gorgeous villa will affords us many fond beach memories as our grand babies grow up.
We also believe that communication is the key to a happy guest, therefore, each guest will have my personal cell number should you need an answer to a question or basically anything at all, I am just a phone call away!!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is just perfect for our family, and our guests. It's 1500 square feet of comfort with the bedrooms upstairs and not in the hub of activity. I just LOVE the master suite too. It's huge, has a gorgeous bath area, and as an added bonus, a veranda with table and two chairs to sit on and enjoy the lagoon view. You will be able to keep the hot flash sweats away ladies, we are the only villa in the complex with a wonderful mini split air conditioner right there in the bedroom. The AC can be used for heating or cooling and is controlled with a remote, so you can make adjustments without ever getting out of the bed.! The kids room has a play station 3 and two of the bedrooms have ceiling to floor windows, the view is amazing. Why this property, because it's just perfect!!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

1. Great Communication with our Guests
2. Flooring is either tile or hardwoods except for the stair which are carpeted for safety. If you have a chemical allergy, I can offer you a "green clean" prior to your arrival, and we don't use plug-in's or scented candles. Pets are not allowed either, so dander is not an issue.
3. We have a WELL stocked kitchen!! I am a big cook and am happy to say that you will find just about anything you need to prepare a great meal at home.
4. We are the only villa in Seascape with a mini split AC unit on the 3rd floor to ensure a cool (or warm) comfortable stay. No more worries about that hot west sun heating up the room!!!

There is SO MUCH to do on the island, you will have to return to try something new each time. Day trips to Savannah or Daufuskie Island are an option, great outlet shopping at Tanger One and Two in Bluffton, water sports in Shelter Cove and South Beach, or our favorite, just sitting on the beach with a book and a grandbaby!!!
