Among its outdoor areas, two porches and a large patio are perfectly suited to the different plans and moments to enjoy in your day to day life. The back porch guarantees a good start in the morning with a delicious breakfast before walking to the beach or simply relaxing at home reading a book in the charming chill out area. At midday, a wonderful built-in barbecue invites you to prepare a good barbecue feast and then spend the afternoon and, who knows, into the early hours of the morning having a good laugh and enjoying a glass of wine on one of the outdoor sofas.

The architectural style of the house gives it a very special charm and character. Combining traditional features with modern touches, the property welcomes you into a spacious air-conditioned living room, where you can watch satellite TV or simply relax for a while. A large archway leads to the dining area and kitchen. Here, you can prepare your favourite dishes on the ceramic hob or in the oven and serve them easily at the dining table or out on the porch, which has direct access from the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you need to cook in comfort. The laundry area includes a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. When it is time to rest, you will find three bedrooms with double beds, one of which also features an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a second shower room serving the rest of the house. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide up to two cots and two high chairs. Four fans complete the property’s amenities.

Cala Llombards is a quiet urbanisation located in an absolutely privileged natural environment with a breathtaking sandy cove of turquoise waters. The best of it all is that you will reach it in just a few minutes walking because it is only 650 metres from the property. Cala s'Almunia and the impressive Caló des Moro are very near, as well as the Natural park of Mondragó, the perfect place to enjoy nature and make some excursions. You have some grocery shops for your daily shopping in Cala Llombards, and also bars and restaurants where you can taste the Mallorcan gastronomic culture.

The fireplace in the living room cannot be used.
