If you want to relax in a quiet environment, surrounded by nature and overlooking the mountains, this apartment in Son Mesquida can accommodate 4 guests.
The exteriors of this cozy farmhouse, surrounded by nature and native trees, invite you to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate in a peaceful and authentic setting. The chlorine pool, shared with just one neighbor, is perfect for cooling off during the summer months. It measures 10m x 5m with a depth ranging from 1.70m to 1.80m and is secured for childrenâs safety. You can also relax on one of the sun loungers or enjoy a drink at the outdoor table while admiring the views. Another table is located at the entrance, with two chairs where you can unwind and read a book while enjoying nature. Behind the door, there is a small chapel available for your use whenever you wish. Please note that there are neighbors, and privacy is partial.
The interior of the property, with the typical style of a Mallorcan estate and stone walls, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. In your apartment, youâll find a small living area and a kitchen equipped with gas stoves and all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. When itâs time to rest, thereâs one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and your companions can stay in another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have fans. The second bedroom has access to a terrace where you can enjoy spectacular views and tranquility while relaxing with a drink at the small table with two chairs. This second bedroom can also be accessed independently via an external staircase. A washing machine is available. If youâre traveling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair.
The location of Son Mesquida is ideal, as itâs in a very quiet area with easy car access to many important spots on the island. In just 10 minutes, you can reach Felanitx, a popular destination for both tourists and locals. Itâs known for its traditional Mallorcan architecture, with narrow cobbled streets perfect for a relaxed stroll. You shouldnât leave without visiting the Sanctuary of San Salvador, located on a nearby hill offering impressive panoramic views of the surroundings. If you prefer a beach day, within 20 minutes youâll find coves such as Cala dâOr, Cala Sa Nau, Cala Marçal, or Cala MondragĂł, all with crystal-clear waters perfect for sunbathing on their white sand. Donât leave without tasting traditional dishes such as âfrito mallorquĂnâ, roast suckling pig, or Mallorcan soups. The area is also famous for its wines, with several wineries offering tastings and tours.
To ensure a comfortable stay and fully enjoy the island, having your own vehicle is essential. Please note that the pool hours are until 9:00 p.m. during July and August, and until 8:00 p.m. in September and October. Finally, keep in mind that the property is home to several resident cats living on the estate.
