La Casa Letizia est un confortable appartement d'une piĂšce situĂ© Ă  l'Ă©tage mezzanine d'un Ă©lĂ©gant immeuble Ă  30 mĂštres du cĂ©lĂšbre Due Torri. Nous sommes dans le vrai centre historique de Bologne. dans une position idĂ©ale pour rejoindre les musĂ©es, thĂ©Ăątres, Piazza Maggiore, la basilique Saint-Pierre, la cĂ©lĂšbre Piazza Santo Stefano et le marchĂ© historique «Pescherie Vecchie» en quelques minutes Ă  pied. À la maison, de nombreuses brochures vous montreront les itinĂ©raires pour dĂ©couvrir la ville et vous seront mis Ă  jour sur tous les Ă©vĂ©nements en cours. Pluie ou neige, soleil ou vent, avec ses prĂšs de 40 kilomĂštres d'arcades anciennes, Bologne est une ville unique au monde (les arcades de Bologne sont un atout culturel italien candidat au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO). Dans la rĂ©gion, il y a de nombreux restaurants, des trattorias avec une cuisine typiquement bolognaise, des bars Ă  vin, des endroits pour prendre un apĂ©ritif entourĂ©s des bĂątiments mĂ©diĂ©vaux suggestifs du centre historique de Bologne (nous avons la plus ancienne universitĂ© du monde). Du centre, vous pouvez rejoindre la foire en bus (15 minutes) Ă  l'hĂŽpital S. Orsola Ă  pied (10 minutes). De Bologne, vous pouvez rapidement rejoindre les plus belles villes italiennes en train: Venise, Florence, Sienne, Ferrare, Parme, Ravenne. Si vous aimez les moteurs, Bologne est le siĂšge de la cĂ©lĂšbre sociĂ©tĂ© Ducati oĂč vous pourrez visiter le magnifique DUCATI MUSEUM. Le centre historique de Bologne est une zone Ă  circulation limitĂ©e (ZTL) de 7 Ă  20, il est interdit d'entrer en voiture. Cependant, des permis journaliers peuvent ĂȘtre achetĂ©s. Les samedis et dimanches, une partie du centre devient une zone piĂ©tonne (depuis les deux tours) et il est agrĂ©able de se promener dans la ville. We loved our stay at Casa Letizia One at the Two Towers! The location was AMAZING! We enjoyed being so close to everything in Bologna. The apartment is lovely. The size was perfect and quiet and it was great to have the clothes washer. The internet worked great and we loved that the apartment was one floor up but also had a lift which we used for arrival and departure. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The apartment was great, very clean, modern for the area and an amazing location, just steps away from all the main piazzas and where the action is in Bologna. Although it was in the hub of everything it was on a slightly quieter street so not too much noise at night. Letizia was a fabulous host who was extremely responsive to communications and met us at the apartment to explain everything. She also helped us set up a taxi on the last day to take us to the train station. A very gracious host!

Fabulous Apartment

We spent 4 nights in this fabulous apartment. The location is perfect, just a minutes walk from the 2 tours. Letizia was very helpful and met us at the apartment on our arrival. We couldn’t fault the amenities and cleanliness and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Perfect little spot in the middle of everything

We LOVED our stay at Casa Letizia! It was so perfectly located, incredibly comfy, and just big enough for the two of us. The air worked great (it was BOILING HOT when we were in Bologna) so that was big plus. Nice big bathroom and Letizia is a graceful hostess. The bed was very comfortable and the place was so quiet. Had everything we needed.

Perfect stay in Bologna

Perfectly located and hosted by the lovely Letizia this was a perfect spot for my week in Bologna. The location is right in the heart of Bologna, very close to the “Two Towers” and so many shops, restaurants etc. The apartment is clean and well cared-for. The kitchen is well equipped and includes the basics like olive oil, salt, pepper, tea and coffee. Overall highly recommend.

Great Location & Stay

The apartment is just as pictured. It was clean and well stocked. The kitchen has everything you need to make a small meal in and the markets is just down the way. The bed was comfortable and has nice linens. The bathroom was large with plenty of counter space. Letiza was a wonderful host and she responded quickly to any questions or needs that we had. I would highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again if in the area.

Perfect location! Perfectly outfitted! Perfectly clean! Perfect check in! Thanks Letizia for the use of your lovely apartment. It suited us perfectly! It was exactly what we needed as our final landing spot in Italy. Comfy bed, fluffy towels, huge bathroom, quiet with windows closed, great AC and the kitchen was very well equipped. Letizia is a wonderful host. Apartment is in a great location, very close to Piazza Maggiore. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed and couch. Bright modern bathroom. Washer and DRYER in one unit so you don't have to hang your clothes on a rack as with so many places in this country. Highly recommend!

Heart of Bologna

We were impressed with the location of the flat, it was so close to the heart of Bologna which is an amazing city with lots of energy. Letizia kindly met us early so we could leave our luggage. The apartment was quaint, clean and tastefully appointed. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was very large. We loved being so close to everything but you do notice street noise during the day and evening. It is after all a big city. We would definitely stay there again if we are fortunate enough to visit Bologna again.

Great Find. Great Stay.

We were looking for an intimate, quaint and lovely place for our 4 day stay in Bologna. We wanted a place in city center, where we could experience the local vibe. We needed a base to explore the city since we are looking to move there. We found it with Letizia's place. Letizia is a wonderful and attentive host. â˜ș. Her place is super clean, wonderfully decorated, very comfortable, centrally located. The kitchen had starter coffee etc. The kitchen was well equipped for light cooking. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom large and warm in the winter. This is a place to stay at again. We loved it and can't wait to go visit again.

Casa Letizia. The perfect Apartment

I am very late in posting this review but want to make sure that I tell everyone what a special place this is. My partner and I stayed here in 2015 on our first visit to Bologna. I think the fact that we came back a year later tells you all that you need to know. If I could I would come and stay here every year, and I may well do that! The apartment and location are wonderful and Letizia is such a lovely person and very efficient in dealing with you. Everything that you need to know is in my previous post and all the other 5 star reviews here. Perfect!

Magical Bologna

My husband and I fell in love with Bologna. We had been to Italy many times, but never to Bologna. The location of this apartment was perfect. We were less than a block to Le Due Torri and we had to pass by every day. It was wonderful. We walked everywhere. Piazza Maggiore was a favorite, as was Santo Stefano, the pórticos, etc. We walked everywhere. We attended Gelato University, a cooking school, the Ferrari Museum, ate lots of gelato and pasta. Letizia was a wonderful host. She provided a lot of information. We would stay in Letizia’s apartment again.

PERFECT in every way

There could simply not be a more wonderful place in all of Bologna! The pictures and description do not do it justice--Letizia has thought of everything--lovely linens, well equipped kitchen, large bathroom (however, the shower is quite small!) and the small apartment is laid out so well, and also has a queen size bed, which is very welcome. Letizia was a wonderful resource of information about Bologna, and the location can't be beat--if we were any closer to the action, we would be in the cathedral! A lovely pizzeria is just a few doors down, and you can just lean out the window to check the line! The air conditioner is also very welcome. We will be back!!

Delightful apartment in ideal location

The apartment is exactly as described with many amenities, spotless and well-appointed. Large bed and bathroom, well stocked with everything you need and nice extras like bottled water, breakfast pastries and coffee. The wifi is great and the apartment is quiet even though it is in a central location. And the location is ideal for being close to the market, Santo Stefano, Piazza Maggiore and lots of great restaurants and cafes. I felt like a local living there. Letizia is a wonderful person who could not have been more helpful in making arrangements to meet and in providing detailed information about the city and its highlights. When I arrived she spent time going over maps, recommending places to eat, asking what I would like to see and making sure I had everything I needed. I speak a little Italian and she was very gracious with my attempts in speaking it. She makes you feel at home which I did staying there. I would definitely stay here again and hope to do so for a longer stay next time.

Wonderful apartment in perfect location

We can only agree completely with all of the praise given by other visitors to Casa Lutezia. It is a very special place to stay in the heart of the wonderful city of Bologna and Lutezia is the most helpful and charming host. From our first enquiry she was prompt and efficient with her responses. She was so friendly and helpful on our arrival even though it was late in the evening and she was going on her holiday the next day. She even emailed a few days later asking if all was going well and we were enjoying ourselves, so very thoughtul. The apartment is really as good as it looks in the photographs. It is clean and very comfortable and quiet, we just felt so at home from our first day there.You only need to look on the map to see that it is in the most wonderful location to be able to walk to all of the major sights. There are also great food shops and lovely restaurants all within a short walk. When sometimes we arrived back late in the evening tired from our day out, we were grateful for the pizzaria just a few doors along. Open until midnight and the most fabulous pizza! We have obviously fallen in love with Bologna! It is the most wonderful place and we spent many happy hours walking beneath its porticoes and sitting at cafe and restaurant tables enjoying the beauty and life of the city. We have always loved Italy and liked Italian people very much but we both though that the people of Bologna and the Emilia Romagna were especially friendly and charming. Everywhere we went, from little shops to restaurants or on buses we met with a friendly, helpful response. We can only speak a very little tourist Italian but it was never a problem. Another great thing, if you have the time during your stay, is to be able to visit other lovely places. The station is just a 30 minute walk or 8/10 euro taxi ride. We visited Ravenna, Ferrara, Padua and Modena, all very beautiful. Every train was on time and being used to train fares in England, incredibly cheap. We will certainly return to Bologna and when we do, to Casa Letizia. Thank you Letizia. With our best wishes to you, Ian and Virginia
