Magnifique grenier avec deux terrasses à quelques minutes à pied de la Piazza Maggiore

Beau grenier à quelques pas de la Piazza Maggiore.
Calme, élégant, de grand charme, 150m² avec deux terrasses privées. Il est situé au troisième étage d'un magnifique bâtiment historique; il n'y a pas d'ascenseur mais nous serons toujours là pour vous aider avec les valises.
L'appartement est réparti sur deux étages. Au premier étage, il y a un grand salon, une cuisine équipée et deux chambres avec salles de bains relatives. Via un ravissant escalier en colimaçon en bois, vous montez au deuxième étage où se trouve une autre chambre double chaleureuse et accueillante.
Toutes les chambres sont climatisées.
Vous pouvez profiter de la beauté de la plus grande terrasse, siroter un bon vin et admirer la cathédrale de San Pietro qui peut être vue au loin, ou vous détendre sur la terrasse intérieure, regarder un film ou lire un livre dans la pièce principale.
Connexions à la gare et à l'aéroport par les transports publics à proximité immédiate.

La maison est située au cœur de Bologne, à une minute à pied, nous sommes sur la magnifique Piazza Maggiore entourée des bâtiments les plus importants de la ville tels que le Palazzo d'Accursio et le Palazzo del Podestà, devant lequel se dresse la basilique de San Petronio.
Vous pouvez admirer la fontaine de Neptune et voir les deux tours qui ont fait connaître Bologne dans le monde entier, la tour Garisenda et la tour Asinelli.

Better than home!

Incredible apartment with so many things to offer. Rocco our host was welcoming and open to help us in any way. Loved the central locations, the cozy rooms, all the snacks in the kitchen and the beautiful view from the terrace.Next time I’ll plan to stay longer! Thank you Rocco!

Great Bologna Flat!!!

We had a great stay!! Rocco was an amazing host. The flat was exactly as advertised and the host was outstanding and very helpful. We will recommend to all our friends going to Bologna. Super easy access to the quadrilateral and Rocco gave us the best restaurant advice!

Perfect place to stay when visiting Bologna!

If you want to stay in the heart of Centro Historico of Bologna book this beautiful apartment. Tastefully decorated, warm and cozy, with outdoor terrace(s). The kitchen is fully equipped, nothing is missing. We were met by the very friendly and helpful host and fully enjoyed the capital of good, Italian food in beautiful surroundings.

Absolutely wonderful!

We were visiting beautiful Bologna for several days and were thankful to book this gem of an apartment! It was even better than pictured, very clean and delightfully decorated. The terrace was a bonus and made for a relaxing space after long days of seeing the sights. Rocco was so accommodating and answered any questions we had with promptness. Would love to stay here again!!!

Gracious Perfection

We loved the fabulous apartment in historic Bologna. The apartment is charmingly well apportioned, and Rocco is an extraordinarily gracious host. We had dinner on the lovely terrace with a beautiful view of red tile roofs and St Peter's cathedral. I give my highest recommendation and would love to return someday.

Our favorite vacation rental - ever

This apartment is incredible. The location is literally 5 steps from Piazza Maggiore and the apartment is incredibly well appointed. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms have everything you need (including diffusers for the blow dryer!), the kitchen has snacks and coffee stocked, the terrace is even better than the pictures show… this is easily the best vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. The hosts are amazing too! They allowed us to drop our bags off early, helped us get them up AND down, and even took us to the station upon checkout. If I could give this apartment 100 out of 10 I would. Thank you for everything!

Best host ever!

This property is absolutely beautiful. The host was amazing! He set up a driver for us last minute along with a cheese factory tour, wine tasting, and a balsamic vinegar tour/tasting. It was the best day on our trip. He also(last minute) helped me set up a private cooking class which was also amazing. We felt like we had a private travel agent working for us. The apartment was stocked with everything we needed and more. We can't say enough about this property and our host!

Don't give it a second thought...

My family and I just returned home from a whirlwind trip to Italy and the UK. While in Italy, one of our stops was Bologna. Initially we were booked in a hotel, but then shifted to looking at short term rentals sites since this was our longest city visit (4 nights). This unit did not disappoint. From the time I booked this with Rocco, it was smooth sailing all the way. Having never been to Europe, I had many unanswered questions and reservations and Rocco answered them all. Communications were swift and on point and Rocco kept my anxieties to a minimum. As stated in multiple reviews, there are quite a few stairs to climb, but the end result is so worth it! Upon arriving at Bologna Centrale (which is a short 14 minute walk from the unit if you don't have luggage), Rocco met us and helped us carry our luggage up. Once inside, he briefed us on the unit and surrounding area. I had requested some breakfast items which Rocco graciously provided along with beautiful wine and some other wonderful treats. The apt. itself is so warm and cozy. My wife and I sat up early in the morning with candles lit just enjoying the warmth and coziness. The apt is literally a 2 minute walk to the main Piazza and central to everything. Everything was clean and well cared for. The extra touches for the holidays was so appreciated, we truly didn't want to leave. Showers were a tad small (I'm a big guy), but such a minor detail. Also, be forewarned there is a washer, but no dryer so you will be air drying, but again...Minor detail. If you're looking for a spacious, cozy apt in Bologna centrally located with an an awesome host and hoping to make some good memories, then don't give it a second thought and book today! If our return trip to Italy has us in Bologna, I would not hesitate to visit Rocco and this apt again. We appreciate him so much and all he did for us and the family.

Perfect Bologna Stay

First, the hosts are amazing - they went above and beyond to help us out with a couple of things (that had nothing to do with the Vrbo rental!). Second, the apartment is PERFECT for a stay in Bologna. It's beautiful, comfortable, and well stocked. The terraces are wonderful for morning coffee or evening drinks. And the location (right next to Piazza Maggiore) could not be more convenient. Thank you, Rocco & Simona!

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and well appointed! My family enjoyed their stay so much that they have already started planning a return stay! This apartment is in a perfect location close to everything without being on a busy city street. Rocco was an excellent host providing us with information as well as stocked kitchen.

Fantastic Property in the Optimal Location

Everything from the first email from Rocco and Simona thru checkout was perfect. Apartment was spotless and well equipped for guests. Immediate access to the historic center and there is taxi stand 20 meters from the front door to get to places that are too far to walk. Our stay in Bologna could not have been any better. Thank you Rocco and Simona!

Great location, Rocco was wonderful. Helped with the luggage(3 flights of stairs). Wonderful deck, comfortable in every way. Clean, well stocked. If ever I come back to Bologna, This will be my home.

Great apartment in super location and wonderful host

This apartment is really comfortable and in a great location in the centre of Bologna. It is really well equipped with everything you need. The main square is one minute's walk away. Rocco is an excellent host. He is very helpful, attentive and his advice and recommendations are brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble for him. This is definitely one of the best apartments we have used and we can't wait to get back to Bologna again!

Wonderful stay in Bologna

Everything about the apartment was excellent: it is right in the centre with views from one of the two flowery terraces over to the Piazza Maggiore. The owners were really welcoming, helping with booking taxis and advising on the best places to eat and visit. Everything we needed was provided for and more besides. It was excellent value for money and our party of six could not have had a better place to stay. We will definitely come again when we next visit Bologna. Thanks for everything.

perfect location

beautiful apartment, very quite but just steps away from the main street and center. Very clean and comfortable. Rocco was extremely helpful, he welcomed us and helped us with our heavy luggages and with the taxis. Highly recommend it to any families or groups. Thank you !
