L'appartement est situé au cœur de Bologne, dans un environnement très calme. E 'équipé de tout le confort et soigné pour chaque ameublement. Le grenier est sur deux étages et est situé au deuxième étage d'un bâtiment historique.
Le nouveau toit, tout en bois, ce qui lui donne une ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante.
La vue sur la magnifique cour, très calme, et une belle terrasse offre une vue sur les toits et les collines de Bologne. La cuisine est équipée de tout le confort: four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle et machine à laver, bouilloire électrique et grille-pain. Dans la chambre à coucher à l'étage supérieur il ya un lit double et une armoire. De la fenêtre de la chambre donne sur une terrasse qui surplombe fendue d'une belle vue sur les toits et les collines de Bologne.

Contexte: A dix minutes de la célèbre Piazza Maggiore et les Deux Tours, l'appartement est dans une position pour profiter pleinement de la ville. Bologne est la ville qui possède le plus grand centre médiéval de l'Italie, se vante la plus ancienne université du monde et est célèbre pour son atmosphère optimiste et agréable. Il est situé à 1 heure de Florence, Milan, Venise, Vérone, Modène (la ville de Ferrari) et Ravenne; est deux heures et demie de Rome. Il est également proche de la célèbre côte Adriatique, la mer et endroit amusant et Corno alle Scale, station de ski réputée.

Appartement idéalement situé

L'appartement est situé de manière idéale pour visiter Bologne, à la fois dans le centre ancien et près des principaux monuments et musées à visiter et proche de carrefours pour la circulation en autobus. Accueil agréable de la propriétaire, qui fournit les informations utiles, réserve le taxi pour l'aéroport, tout en restant discrète. Le logement est propre, bien équipé et aménagé avec goût. Il est peu mieux adapté cependant pour deux personnes que pour trois (nous étions un couple avec un enfant d'une dizaine d'années qui dormait dans le canapé du premier niveau).

Appartamento delizioso nel centro di Bologna

Appartamento molto comodo e silenzioso al secondo piano situato vicino a tutto nel centro di Bologna. La nostra padrona di casa, Laura, è stata gentilissima e amichevole assicurandosi di fornire tutto quello che serve per una buona permanenza, incluse varie guide turistiche e consigli di dove andare, cosa visitare, ecc. A lovely apartment

I very much enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was perfect for me and Laura was very kind and helpful. Kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a good sized shower, larger than I have seen in other apartments I have stayed in while visiting Europe. And I found the bed to be extremely comfortable! Secure building in a quiet neighborhood, a bit out from the center but quite walkable.

Adorable apartment, well located, super comfortable bed and gorgeous view off the terrace! All the sights, markets and restaurants were well within walking distance. Laura was always available to answer questions. There was nothing lacking in the apartment and we really love the vibe. Cozy and spacious all at once!

The property was just as advertised and just what my wife and i hoped it would be.The location was great within walking distance to every thing.there were plenty of bars and restaurants that the locals used, which we really liked and felt comfortable in.

Very good location

Had some communication issues as owner does not speak English. Worked it out using Whatsapp. I had two back to back reservations and owner was confused. Late check in a result of apartment needing to be cleaned. Lots of stairs. 47 steps to get to unit and a dozen more to the bedroom. Cute place with balcony/patio. AC only in upstairs bedroom. Suggested to owner to ad fan downstairs. No instructions included for European style washing machine.

Perfect Apartment in Bologna

We stayed here for 21 days while visiting Bologna & the Emilia-Romagna region. It’s location is perfect short taxi from arrival airport and short 20 minute walk to train station if you wish to explore other towns which we did a lot. There are good restaurants nearby, grocery stores and many places to have your espresso or morning cappuccinos. Short walk less than 5 minutes the historic sites of Bologna. The apartment was charming and modern. The bathroom has been newly renovated and has a beautiful full standup shower which we were quite happy to find out as my husband is tall. Laura kept in contact if we needed anything. The apartment was well stocked, we made good use of the terrace overlooking the Bologna hillside to have our morning coffee. It was the perfect apartment for our stay and will be returning.

Great Apartment!

My husband and I have a lovely stay at Laura’s apartment. It is exactly like the photos: charming yet modern. It is almost a 30 minute walk to the train station which was perfect for us as we used it four times during our stay. The bedroom is very quiet even though it is a fairly busy street in a large city, so we slept well each night. The historic district is less than 5 minutes away, so it is an excellent location for eating and touring sites. There are also two excellent grocery stores nearby. We will definitely stay here again when in Bologna.

We had a wonderful time, Laura was a lovely host. The communication with her was super easy and she had a lot of recommendations for us. The area is really good to explore with a lot of nice places and restaurants. Public transport is no problem, the apartment is super central. The place is lovely, with a good atmosphere and everything was super clean. We would definitely coming back!

A grandiose Apartment!!!

Sehr zentral gelegen erwartet und die hübsche Wohnung in der Altstadt. Die schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super, die kleine Dachterrasse läd zum Verweilen ein und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, eine Duschwand oder ein Duschvorhang wären hilfreich. Bolongna ist eine wunderschöne und sehr saubere Stadt und ein Ausflug lohnt sich absolut. Laura ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin und hat sich sogar um unser Taxi für den Rückweg gekümmert. Es ist durchaus möglich das wir wieder kommen! Sehr zu empfehlen! Very centrally located and nice apartment in the old town. The key handover was easy and uncomplicated. The equipment of the apartment is great, the small roof terrace invites you to linger and offers a fantastic view! The apartment is very clean, a shower screen or a shower curtain would be helpful. Bologna is a beautiful and very clean city and a trip is absolutely worth it. Laura is a wonderful hostess and even took care of our taxi for the way back. It is quite possible that we will come back! We recommend!

Wonderful Apartment in Bologna!

Laura’s “attic” was perfect for our stay in Bologna. Easy to get to from the train station and Laura graciously introduced us to the apartment and the area. It’s walking distance to just about anything you might want to see in the area, and given it is on a busy street it is very quiet and peaceful. It rained while we were there so we couldn’t take advantage of the balcony, but it was a beautiful view of the neighborhood. The apartment was exactly as described, we would absolutely choose to stay again.

Second stay here

We booked the same apartment almost as soon as we got home from Bologna last year as we both agreed that the location along with the private balcony and inexpensive rent made this the perfect choice for us. Laura is also very helpful and answers any queries very quickly. She even gave us some information about special events that were on during our stay. We had another fantastic holiday in Bologna.

Peaceful apartment in the centre of Bologna

Great little apartment in the centre of Bologna. The location is peaceful with views over the hillside, and yet only minutes away from shops, bars and restaurants. We enjoyed exploring the nearby area on foot. Laura was always on hand to give advice. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Bologna is fabulous

Laura’s little flat was the perfect place for us. We were there for a month. It has all you need for a comfortable stay. The area is becoming very trendy with loads of cafes, restaurants and a super ice cream parlour. There are super markets and corner shops within walking distance. A bus stop is just outside. But we enjoyed all the walks. The main square, Piazza Maggiore, is about a 20 min walk away. Just note that there are 46 stepsup to the flat. If you can’t use the traits, this place isn’t for you. We loved it.

Well-located, comfortable and welcoming

This small simple apartment makes the perfect base for exploring Bologna. It is a 5 to 10-minute walk to Piazza Maggiore, a few seconds from a small supermarket for collecting provisions, quiet, clean and comfortable. What could be better?

Great quiet spot near the heart of Bologna

This location proved to be ideal for our two person trip to Bologna, both for visiting local sites as well as a headquarters for day trips around the area. The address is on a busy street but since the apartment is at the top and faces away from the street it was very quiet and we did not notice any street noise. The check-in was very smooth with Susy, the apartment was clean and well maintained, and the wifi worked great for planning and calling home. Although we did not meet her in person, Laura was a great guide for us and kept in touch before and during the trip, helping us with advice and ideas on getting around and seeing things. Her communication was outstanding, we never had to wait long to get a response from her. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location

I would recommend this property for couples - it is quite small but perfectly suited for a couple to have a comfortable stay (we stayed 2 weeks). The location is excellent for walking in the old town and very quiet with the rooms and terrace being around the back of the building away from any noise of traffic. Loved the quirky layout of the building. Laura was very warm and welcoming and gave us lots of information and advice. She was also quick to answer any queries we had while there, and was happy to book a taxi for us on our departure day. Thanks Laura! We loved Bologna.
