Roberto our host was wonderful. Lots of communication before out stay and lots of useful information for visitors during the stay. Apartment was very well located close to station and old town centre. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

This apartment is a gem. It was absolutely fantastic, meticulous, spacious and comfortable. The decor is somewhat retro and cheery. The bathrooms are completely updated. The owner, Roberto, was gracious and accommodating. We absolutely loved our stay here. We were perfectly located between the main train station and the old historical part of the city so it was great for walking just about anywhere. I would highly recommend this property for any length of stay, but if you are looking for a longer term stay, I can’t imagine a better place to stay.

Lovely Apartment in Bologna

We loved our stay at Roberto and Marta’s lovely apartment. Roberto really makes the process so easy from check in and through out your stay. He is so responsive to any questions you might have as well as providing lots of information regarding local restaurants, day trips, etc. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and having laundry came in handy during our stay. We loved the location a little outside the main tourist area so quieter but still an easy 10-15 walk to Piazza Maggiore and other sites. Also very close to the train station for day trips. We loved our stay and hoping to visit again soon.

Wonderful apartment and wonderful hosts

We had a lovely stay in the apartment in Bologna. It’s so well situated- close to all the attractions but felt very local. The apartment itself is beautiful - so clean and beautifully presented. Roberto and Marta were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to be so accommodating and helpful. Everything was well thought out, from the well stocked kitchen to the phone chargers in every bedroom and the vast amount of information provided to make our stay in Bologna as comfortable as possible. A truly wonderful holiday - thank you.

Great Stay in Every Way

Property central, clean, quiet, and spacious. Equipped with many extras, such as cables for phones and ipads in every room, everything you could need in the kitchen, and written suggestions for restaurants, with maps to show how to walk there. EXCELLENT hosts: welcoming, helpful when you phone, forthcoming with ideas for concerts and such. Cannot praise enough.

Wonderful stay in Bologna

The whole experience was excellent . Our hosts were wonderful with immediate responses from Roberto . He sent a lot of invaluable information re the property and the area with advice on where to eat and what to visit . The property is extremely spacious and well appointed with everything we could possibly have needed . There is a lovely reasonably priced bar 2 minutes walk from the apartment and pams supermarket was a 5 minute walk.walk .

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Bologna. It’s less than a 15 minute walk to the train station, with groceries and multiple restaurants and fantastic gelato within a 10 minute walk. The apartment was spotlessly clean and exactly matched the pictures in the listing. There was plenty of space for my husband and I and our teenager to spread out. It has an air conditioning unit in every room, which was very helpful on the warm days and nights. The hosts were superb and thoughtful. I would absolutely stay at this apartment again on a future trip to Bologna!

From the initial request to book to departure the owners were fantastic. The apartment was supplied with everything you could possibly need. The owner provided so much information about restaurants, the area, tours, etc. everything was fantastic!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Awesome place and hosts

What can we say about Roberto and Marta, other than they and their property are outstanding! Our flights were delayed and we didn’t arrive in Bologna until midnight, Roberto met us at the apartment with no additional fees and a welcome and smiles. The property is as pictured and was fabulous! Close enough to the action but far enough not to be in the tourist trap for restaurant prices. Wonderful clean beautiful apartment

Our family came to visit and take day trips to Venice and Florence as well as experience the food and culture of Bologna. We even saw a Serie A game Bologna vs Lecce. Roberto and Marta make sure that you are taken care of in every way. It feels like a home away from home.

Beautiful, functional, a joy to stay in Bologna

Apartment was absolutely perfect as depicted in owner's photos. Very well decorated and had every convenience a traveler would need. owners were very gracious hosts, making us feel very much at home and helped tremendously with our limited Italian. Close to many tourist attractions , restaurants ,shopping and supermarket.Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Stay

Throughly enjoyed the stay. The apartment is very close a 10 to 15 walk to all the sites. The apt is very nice and well appointed. Would differently stay there again. Roberto is easy to work with and is very helpful.

Fabulous week in Bologna. The apartment is ideally situated for both the historic centre and rail station. Beautifully equipped with everything needed to make the stay enjoyable. Communication with host was exemplary.

Luxury Oasis in Bologna

Clean, efficient and well appointed apartment centrally located in the heart of Bologna. Easy walk to shops, center and train with a quiet ambience at home. Our host was friendly and supportive with any questions we had about our stay and even provided meticulus guides for go-to restaurants and stores. Highly recommend!

Thanks for a great stay!

The location was ideal for walking to all the main tourist sites in Bologna and within easy reach of the rail station for day trips to the other main centres in Emilia Romagna. The hosts gave us a warm welcome and were always available to assist if we had a problem. They provided all the information we needed to plan our trip and were particularly helpful with restaurant recommendations.

Wonderful stay in Bologna!

This apartment was the perfect home base for our visit to Bologna! The location allowed easy walking access to the main square as well as the train station. We enjoyed visiting the many local cafes and restaurants. The apartment was inviting and had all the comforts (and more!) of home. Our hosts provided extremely useful guides, tips and suggestions for our visit which allowed us to find some areas we otherwise wouldn’t have discovered. We would definitely return to this apartment for a future visit!!
