Le 2ème étage dispose d'un nouveau siège canapé-lit et de l'amour dans la salle de lving. Il y a plat TV écran de dans le salon comme weill que les deux chambres. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée pour perpairing repas. Vous pourrez profiter de la vue depuis les balcons juste à côté de la salle de séjour, ainsi que la chambre principale. Bien qu'il existe 3 ascenseurs dans le complexe de cette unité au 2ème étage est facilement accessible par les escaliers. Il y a 2 piscines océan avant, une piscine couverte, des courts de tennis, salle de fitness et 2 aires de griller belles. Seaside Beach & Racquet Club est situé directement sur la plage de sucre blanc qui vous sépare des eaux vert émeraude du golfe du Mexique. Ce condo Orange Beach est à seulement cinq miles à l'est de Gulf Shores, Alabama. Great Stay

We had a great room with lots of room! The pool was huge. The beach was too crowded but easy to access. Check in and out we’re easy. Definitely a great place to stay

Wonder View of the Beach

Great view of beach and pool (not heated)!! Restaurants, kid activities, and stores both souvenir and grocery with in walking (across main road). Condo had everything we needed, was clean, a ton of spots to sit inside or outside and an excellent view of the beach (saw dolphins from balcony. Could rent chairs for beach if needed however condo also had some.

Wonderful family spot.

Beautiful spot. We were very impressed the way that they ensured a beach view from every room. Short walk to the beach, beautiful large pool, pretty well stocked kitchen. Bed in the master could use replacing (broken box spring) but we fully intend on booking again. The phrase, "best beach trip we've had" has been used.

Great Stay Overall!

The property was very nice, super clean and “as described” in the listing. Check-in was a breeze and we had no problems at all during our stay. There was a bit of construction noise during our stay but that’s to be expected this time of year. Overall it was a great experience and we will look at this property again for our next stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had some really nice updates from when we stayed there 2 years ago. The only complaint we have is apparently whoever stayed in the condo before must of had a cat because there was cat hair on the sides of the furniture and the cat must have marked his territory either at the end of the couch or on the rug because there was a very strong odor of cat urine there. I sprayed Febreeze and it helped but in a couple of days the strong smell was back. Other than that we enjoyed staying in this condo.

We liked the access to pool and beach. Unit needs to be updated. Dishwasher did not work. Washer and dryer were subpar. Spin cycle on washer didn’t work accurately. Dryer: Clothes needed to go through the dry cycle 2 times before they were dry.

Not family friendly

While the property was beautiful, the condo was not family friendly. The condo is way too cluttered with to much glass stuff. Less furniture, shelves, glass stuff would make the condo so much more comfortable. The rug in the living room is so dirty that when our kids sat on the floor, their legs would be black. The kitchen counter has so many decorative items, there’s not much room to prepare meals. Less is definitely more in this case. We had to call the property manager, for a stopped up stool. Murray showed up in a very timely manner and got it fixed very quickly. What a great guy! The condo complex itself was very nice. Beautiful views. Would stay on this complex again.

Very nice condo with a great location!

I would give this condo a 4.5 out of 5. It was very clean, 2nd floor location was great, amazing view of the pool and Gulf, close to activities, grocery stores, ice cream, restaurants and shopping! It was nice that the place has security and closed the pool at 10pm for "quiet hours". It had all the kitchen things we needed. The condo was very over decorated with breakable things and we had to take some things down to make room for our food etc or not break something. If you have small kids beware of this. We hung a towel over the front window decoration to give us some privacy as it has no shade that covers the whole window. Everyone who walks by can look in. Oven and stove top took a little bit to warn up, but the fridge was great and ice maker always had plenty of ice! The water pressure in the showers was amazing and the master bed was pretty comfortable for a rental place. The slider door was really hard to open and close, even as an adult (rental company was made aware of this). We just went in and out of the master balcony door. We would defiantly come back, very nice condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: *Parking was tough, not enough spaces for all the residents.*I understand protecting the turtles, but put some amber lights along the outdoor pathways by the gazebo and pool. It was pitch dark once the pool lights were turned off. *Rules say the pool closed at 10pm. Every night the lights were turned off at 9:45 while people were still swimming and hanging out poolside. As mentioned before, it's pitch dark once those lights were turned off. *WIFI is terrible in the whole complex.*Our unit door seal was terrible. The door didn't stay shut unless it was locked. *Kitchen was not well stocked, no scissors, no plastic cups, not enough silverware. *Master bed mattress needs replaced. Memory foam with 2 large divots on each side. no provided pillowcases for extra pillows. *Furnishings were nice, beachy theme. 2 table sets on the balcony were awesome. Nice large balcony.

Great Location

This condo is in a great location, just a few steps and you’re right on the beach. The indoor heated pool was nice, they also have two outdoor pools. The condo is as described, two bed, two bathrooms. Overall I was happy with the condo. The inside of the condo definitely needs some love. The furniture needs to be replaced, definitely wasn’t meant for large people. The curtain rod in the living room over the sliding glass doors was broken so the curtains had to hang in the center. I did report it to the rental company and they offered to send maintenance or we could wait until after we checked out. We chose to wait until we checked out. The laminate on the dining room chairs was peeling off and one chair was actually broken. The whole condo needs to be cleaned better. There’s dust on the headboard in the master bedroom in the crevices at the bottom where the mattress meets the frame. The mattress needs replaced. The rug on the floor in the living room was filthy and needs to be cleaned or tossed. They asked that you keep the condo clean during your visit but the vacuum cleaner didn’t work so we requested a new one from the rental office which by the way is located at another property. We were given a new vacuum cleaner still in the box which worked great.

Recent Stay

It was very clean, although dated -but all in working order. I was there with my cousin and would love to return for a longer stay with my husband. Unfortunately, that is not likely because my husband will not travel without our 10 yr old dog and the property is not pet friendly. It should be as there are apparently individual condo owners who do have pets. There is nothing that our dog could/would do that couldn't be corrected with a pet deposit as other pet friendly rentals have employed. I understand not all pet owners are responsible but that makes it harder for those of us who are! I understand that August & September are the "rainy season" months so that doesn't bother us because we like to watch the storms roll in & out. Please consider if it is harder during this time to find renters, it might be inviting to older couples as my husband & myself if we could bring our 13lb. fur baby with us.

Reviewer Comments: First all I don’t like going to another property to pick up keys.the condo was ok it needs updating parking sucks each condo should have there own parking spaces . No good intranet service .locks on doors are shabby old.also no good communication with the office personnel left paperwork in lock box had return it with keys when we left condo.

Our vacation stay

Confusing to get checked in. Where it was located. Had to figure out which building and room number. It was not what I'm used to. Condo was nice clean. No extra trash bags or toilet paper. Buy extra. Good location. Friendly office staff.
