Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

College get away

Not bad for mom accompanying inexpensive college kids trip who don't spend any time in condo. Not good for someone wanting beautiful view.

We found out stay to be convenient, clean, and cozy. We stayed for a long weekend, enjoyed the pools and the beach. Would stay here again.

Great sugar beach condo

This condo is comfortable and has everything you need for a short or extended stay! The only down side is the view off the balcony is the huge new Phoenix tower and the road; otherwise, this is a perfect place to stay!

Amazing beach stay

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at the Sugar Beach condos. Although this was a different unit, it was amazing. Clean, cute, and quite. We love that it is in such a great central location in Orange Beach/Gulf shores. Be sure to hit up Lartigues fresh sea food right across the street during your stay. We plan to return again.

Wasn’t impressed with view and all the noise from construction! Bed linens was dirty , and had stains on the bedspread. Overall enjoyed the condo and loved the location.

Good memories in a good place

This was our second time staying in this room. We really like it. It is cozy and clean. It is very easy to communicate with the staff and we get quick answers. Everything you need is in the room. Enough towels and bed linen. We really like the decor and style of the room. A wonderful and convenient place near the ocean at a good price

Perfect little getaway place

4 of us girlfriends (all 50+) came in to do black Friday shopping and just spend some time together. This little place was perfect for that. It’s not a huge condo but it’s all we needed. The kitchen is very tiny but it have every pot pans and dishes, etc. that you needed on hand. The only thing is there is no hot tub which would’ve been really nice with the cold weather. I’ll definitely stay there again.

First time to Orange Beach

Floors were icky - filthy! The beds were good. Very much appreciated the washer and dryer! Pools were awesome and the white sugar sand beach was beautiful!! We ended up bringing more sand home with us than we intended 😜 Only complaint was the really dirty floors in the apartment.

overall a nice property and location. only 1 working elevator which made going up 2 flights of stairs necesary unless you wanted to wait half the time on elevator. AC also went out but they did a great job getting it up and running. had a stand to get drinks and snacks that was great fot the kids

Good location

Location was fine. Our window overlooked construction which was loud. There was sand on the counter, a blood stain and snot on the comforters, and a piece of gum under the coffee table. One shower was so tiny we could barely turn around. It served its purpose but I won’t be staying there again

BEACH FAMILY VACATION

Our experience was wonderful! It was easy to check in and get to. The host was very responsive to questions and getting us set up for our stay. It was very nice being able to walk out from our condo to the beach. The only thing that i didnt like was you had to wear shoes or feet would be black so i thought it could be cleaned better. The only other thing is how small the shower is in the master bedroom. You could barely turn around. We had agreat family trip though and would stay again

Construction next door

We had a nice stay. The condo is small but for the two of us it worked. The bathroom toilets are standard so if you're used to a higher toilet it may be a challenge. There is large condo construction going on outside the balcony. Starts between 6-7 in the morning. The kitchen is small, so the dishwasher door does not open all the way hits the edge of the stove. Hard to use. The refrigerator does not open to full width so you can't fully use the two bottom bins. The stove door opens but you need to stand to one side to get inside. The pool area is great. And the walk to the beach is very easy.

The condo unit was perfect. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The unit management was helpful and accessible. We loved the convenience of the Sugar Shack, which is on the property. The only complaint we had was the fact there was only 1 elevator that was operational. Elevator wait times were lengthy at certain times. Even still, we will definitely go back!
