Bienvenue à la maison de plage "La Costa Lotta", où notre HAPPY PLACE fait des vacances parfaites! Cette belle escapade côtière vous permet de profiter de tout le confort et des commodités de la MAISON!

Cette maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain a des sols carrelés partout, ce qui facilite le nettoyage. Un plan d'étage ouvert qui permet l'interaction entre tout le monde dans la cuisine et le salon. Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur dans la buanderie / buanderie.

Le salon spacieux dispose d'un canapé avec canapé-lit, d'une causeuse, d'un fauteuil à bascule inclinable, d'une télévision connectée.

La belle cuisine comprend des comptoirs en granit, un grand garde-manger, tous les appareils en acier inoxydable, quatre tabourets de bar, des casseroles, des poêles, un mélangeur, une mijoteuse et bien d'autres éléments essentiels nécessaires pour un séjour merveilleux. Il y a aussi quelques épices et condiments pour nos clients.

Il y a un petit coin salon dans le salon qui a une chaise assortie avec pouf.

La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, une commode, deux tables de nuit avec lampes, une télévision connectée, un placard pour les invités, un placard pour les propriétaires (veuillez respecter) et une salle de bain privée.

Chambre # 2 a un lit queen size, Smart TV, lecteur DVD, commode et table de chevet avec lampe.

Chambre # 3 a un lit queen size, lit de repos double avec lit gigogne. Petits enfants sur lit gigogne uniquement. Smart TV, lecteur DVD, commode et table de nuit avec lampe.

Il y a une antenne parabolique connectée à tous les téléviseurs, Internet et Wi-Fi pour les clients.

La grande terrasse enveloppante dispose de nombreux sièges pour se détendre et profiter de vos amis et de votre famille tout en écoutant les sons de l'océan.

En bas, il y a beaucoup de stationnement, une douche de sable, des tables de pique-nique, un grill, un barbecue, un chariot et des jouets de sable.

Perfect location and amazing owners

A big group of us come to Crystal Beach every July 4th. This year we were accompanied by a new grandbaby and her great grandmother … 4 generations! The house worked out perfectly. My friends also rented the Salty Olive property behind us, and it was so nice. Will definitely rent again!

Great house!

House is super cute and comfortable! The walk to the beach was perfect! Not too far at all! The only complaint was the RV pads across the street, making it very hard to get our big vehicle into our driveway because of how they were parked. The homeowner was fantastic with communication! The chairs on the upper patio and the washer boards downstairs were a huge hit!

Beautiful beach cabin

We have rented many VRBOs over the last 5 years. This was the cleanest by far. Very well decorated. Comfortable beds and good shower. Cargo lift well worth the extra charge.

Close to the beach

Perfect house for our group of adults (nice having good size beds), but it would work for families too. The house is really close to the beach and the washout area. Everything was clean and functional, and there was plenty of space. We'd definitely stay here again!

Love this cabin!!

We really love staying here. This was our second time. Everything was on one floor so we all hung out together instead of spreading out. It's really clean and comfortable. Beautiful decor. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I were needing a little getaway and this cabin was great for it. Close enough to the beach to see the water and easy to get to. We will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely Beach House

We had a lovely stay at this beach house. It was clean and well stocked. It was very close to the beach you can walk or buy a parking sticker and drive. There really was no downside. Would be nice if the deck faced the water. There are a lot of RVs all around, but that's just a crystal beach issue in general. The place has all the pots and pans and basics you could need. We cooked for several meals and even used the grill. It was a nice time and the beach house was perfect.

Overall our trip was amazing! Communication with Vanessa was so quick. The home was so clean and cozy! Highly recommend. I have 5 kids and they loved all the games they had downstairs and inside the house. Can’t wait to book again!

Lovely property! 5 min walk to the beach. The owners were very responsive when we had questions.

Had a great relaxing visit. Pretty beach decor, nice deck to lounge on, clean house, and well stocked. Not directly on the beach, but just a few minutes walk from it. Quiet beach compared to Galveston, which was great. You can get to Galveston via a free ferry, but plan ahead timewise.

What you see posted on the site is exactly and MORE than what you get. Beautiful, clean, new and provide so many household conveniences from the supplied kitchen, to some beach chairs, beach toys, hammock and board games. The host was super prompt in their responses when we got to the house. The Google Nest for some reason didn't reset correctly to cool the house, and the host promptly responded and immediately sent help. We are just appreciative of their help when we got into a jam and locked ourselves out of the house. The house was a brief walk around the block. We drove to the beach from the house because we didn't want to carry the igloos, umbrella and chairs to the beach. I felt like the house was my home because of the little knick knacks left there in the drawers just in case you forget to pack something. All the beds were nice, supportive, soft and comfy. Couches were clean and comfy, not worn out. There is a lift that is available for $150 for the duration of the stay in case someone cannot use the stairs. So very glad we decided in this last minute stay for the Labor holiday. Much thanks to the host and the cleaning/maintenance crew.

Way better than the pictures!

Most pictures on rental sites are taken at a particular angle to make things appear bigger and better than what they are. Not this place. It was one of our first vacation rentals that the home was much better and bigger in person. We loved it! Less than a minute walk to the beach, TVs in every room, Great speaker that you can Bluetooth too, extremely large wrap around porch with high quality viewing chairs, awesome for entertaining and family games, plenty of parking, location is right where you want to be, close to the Big Store (where you can find anything and everything), we could go on and on. You will not be disappointed, Highly Recommended! (I rarely write reviews, but this place deserved it!)

Girls Beach Weekend

Really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. It is clean, roomy, and functional. The upstairs porch/deck with the colorful chairs was our fav hangout spot. No complaints at all about the house, but the location, near a super crowded beach, is not ideal. The only road to the beach is narrow with heavy traffic. People camping on the beach left lots of trash. We modified our schedule and went early in the day for a better beach experience.

Great place to stay

If anything they might undersell the property in the description because it had EVERYTHING we needed and more. Check in was extremely easy and the house was just as it was pictured. The kitchen has everything you need and more to cook anything from a simple meal to a complex one. Plenty of outside games and sand toys are under the deck along with the sand shower. It rained a lot during our stay, but they had that covered as well. From the smart tv's to an abundance of games in the hall closet we never had a dull moment. Also, I would advise getting the cargo lift! That made it extremely easy to get all of our stuff in and out. Overall a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Great House and Location

Came in for a long weekend and it was great. We needed up cooking in each night and kitchen was very well equipped. House was well kept and the distance to beach was easily walkable. Great vacation.

Nice!

Good location with only a few minute walk or a few second drive to the beach. Very close to access road. House was clean and well stocked. Front porch is HUGE and was a nice place to sit in the evening. (bring bug spray, mosquitoes were thick in the area). We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Crystal Beach is a great place where everyone can kick back, relax and enjoy themselves. The house is a short walk, drive or golf cart ride to the beach. Within minutes you will have your toes in the sand, water over your feet, and your favorite beverage in hand!!! If you just want to relax on the deck, you are close enough to hear the waves. When you are done with the outside, go inside and enjoy the comfort of home!! We hope you; your friends and family will experience the peaceful feeling and have exciting memories that our family have each time we are there.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Right in the middle of it all. Everything is pretty close. Partial ocean view. Walking distance to beach. Linens included. Cargo lift. Master bedroom has a King bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress and its own master bathroom. Queen beds with memory foam mattress in the other two guest bedrooms. Living room has a pull-out sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. All beds have new memory foam mattresses toppers added to them. Surround sound inside and out making your stay musical if you want it to be!! All TVs are SMART TV'S. No satellite or cable. Wi-Fi available
